My UO is... When people stop by unannounced. Give a girl 5 minute warning at least, I may need to put on a bra! It really annoyed me when DS was tiny and not on a schedule. Napping baby, plus barking dogs, plus mommy with no sleep makes for a very cranky hostess!
I hear you! My SIL dropped off her boys (5 and 3) last night with 3 minutes notice (seriously they were at our door by the end of her phone call) because they were being brats with her and she couldn't handle it... she dropped them off in the middle of us putting our daughter to bed (she's 1, has a bad cold and has just had her 1yr immunizations so she hasn't been easy the last couple days) so needless to say I was trying to finish our routine with the boys shaking maracas and pressing all the buttons on her noisiest toys and she had an absolute meltdown, refusing to eat and went to bed without anything on her stomach. She ended up being up all night long and my SIL knows I have terrible nausea with this pregnancy so I was NOT impressed with her dropping the boys off like that. Not cool!
@pghctwife I've been giving my personal opinion here so drawing a comparison to approach outside my own to discredit my personal analogy (for my individual mindset) has me quite perplexed.

I was using your analogy to explain and expand on my perspective since it didn't seem like you understood my point. But ok. Moving on. Glad you aren't taking it personally, tone on boards can be hard.
If what's been going on really constitutes "discussion" then ok carry on. But I see a lot of pettiness and disrespect. I'll contribute to topics I personally find valuable. Bye Felicia!
