@NYTino24 I definitely made sure to stock up on some wipes before the work started!! I still just kind of feel slightly awkward and a little skeeved. Doesn't help that DH truly does not understand why this would be an issue ha ha
@pinky917, so sorry about your power and water outage! Are you in the PacNW? H and I are hoping to move there next year if our career plans fall into place.
@LuND I take the Nature's Valley brand PNV and to be honest, I hate them. The pill is huge, for one thing, and they make me incredibly nauseous if not taken with a meal, or enough food. Even the smell makes me nauseous. I'm trying to find a new brand that's a smaller pill...I am used to the nausea because every other PNV ive tried in the past has made me nauseous. They were expensive so I hate to throw them away..
@NYTino24 Thanks. I'm in FL actually, and DH would be about a 4 hour plane ride away. I definitely agree with you that sticking out the year apart is likely best in the long term even though it sucks, however it's just a matter of figuring out the logistics/expense of it all. As for TTC, I would continue temping/charting in the off chance we might be able to get TI in on a few cycles, but the treatment plan we had with our RE would almost certainly have to be put on hold until we were together and until I could get set up with a new clinic. We're approaching our 2 year mark of TTC soon and it just stings a little to hit another roadblock.
@LuND So sorry about CD1. Your gif is so spot on, though. Enjoy the wine. I've been very tempted to pour a glass (or several) myself lately.
@Pepper16 "All the Light We Cannot See" was excellent! I thought the writing was so descriptive and found myself tearing up constantly.
@lulu1180 Thanks for the kind words. As for Target, it's a 10 minute drive from where I live and dangerous. Every time I approach the check out counter I start to add up/guess how much my cart is going to cost and I always underestimate it big time. Also, I love both of your book choices. I'm a middle school teacher and even though they aren't on our reading list, I have copies of both in my classroom for kids to borrow during free reading because they're just that good.
*Lurking from TWW* I just needed to pop in and say I love this GTKY because I need new books to read. I've been thinking of reading The Girl on the Train. The commercials intrigued me and I always prefer the books to movies. It seems Gone-Girl-esque and I enjoyed that book. @BertieMeetsGertie I love Kristin Hannah but haven't read the Nightingale yet. Firefly Lane is one of my faves, though @Pepper16, I've been meaning to read All the Light We Cannot See. Looks like i'm off to amazon!

@manillabar "girl on the train" is so good!! I read it cover to cover on a 6 hour flight and was totally gripped. I'm sure you've heard this, but since you enjoyed "gone girl", I think you'll absolutely like girl on the train!

@NYTino24 I've actually considered Blue Apron!! I think it would actually be cheaper, if not equal with what I already spend on groceries per week. I actually prefer to be in the kitchen alone, but he voluntarily cleans up afterward, which is fine by me! if you're looking to give away the coupons, I'll gladly take one! It would be worth trying, considering our schedules and budget.
I have free meals to give away on blue apron! If you're interested, pm me your name and email address.

It was beautiful at the winery today!! We shared a bottle and had a pizza called "baple" that was bacon and maple syrup. It was EVERYTHING! And if that wasn't enough, we stopped at another place for gelato! When we got home, I did an hour of yoga so I figure I'm even.
@manillabar I haven't read any of her other books yet but I absolutely loved the nightingale.

@LuND - Not sure what happened to the other 1/2 of my post but I take Nature Made multi + DHA. They're bigger pills but they go down easy (for me at least) and I can take them on an empty stomach with no issue.
