I'm a little worried. My heartburn has died down quite a bit in the last couple days and I've been eating the same things I usually do. I usually get terrible, terrible heartburn. Yeah, I know I should probably be happy, but now I'm worried something is wrong. Is it normal for heartburn to just come and go out even disappear completely during the second trimester? I know I might sound crazy, please forgive me, I just have a lot of anxiety.
I had a very paranoid day today. My stomach wasn't as big and I had no heartburn. While my heartburn is ridiculous I was in a total panic that it wasn't the typical day and something was wrong. Of course later on I ate dinner and it came back and I was annoyed at myself for not enjoying it more while it was gone lol
