How far along are you? 19 weeks!

How big is baby? The size of a mango

Upcoming appointments this week? I have my anatomy scan next Tuesday and I can't wait

Any new symptoms or changes? My abs are sore like I've been doing crunches, but other than that not much really.

Rants/Raves/Questions? I think I've felt the baby move a few times. I mean I can't be 100% sure that it's baby and not just gas but it's still exciting that it's a question in my mind!

How big is baby? the size of a can of soda or an avocado

Upcoming appointments this week? None. I'm in the middle of a 5 week stretch between appointments. Kinda weird to have zero appointments in October but I have three in November (2 prenatal and the anatomy scan).

Any new symptoms or changes? Some lower back pain which prompted me to buy the Snoogle. It should arrive tomorrow! I used a gift card from our wedding over a year ago plus a 20% off code, so it only cost $6. SCORE!

Rants/Raves/Questions? I think, just maybe, a little bit, I kinda felt the baby move the other night. I was laying on my right side and I felt two little thumps. I haven't felt it again so it could have just been bodily functions. Also, got the Harmony test results and everything came back "normal, low risk" (to use her words) and we are having a little boy!

GTKY: "Never have I ever ...." watched all the Star Wars movies. Or the Lord of the Rings movies. I have seen 2 Star Wars and 1 LotR, but don't remember a darn thing about them. And I don't really have a desire to watch them. *runs and hides*

Any new symptoms or changes? Nada

Rants/Raves/Questions? I'm envious of all the ladies that can feel their baby moving! I haven't felt anything out of the norm. Also, my anatomy scan seems to be pretty early compared to everyone else. I don't know if that's good or bad.

GTKY: "Never have I ever ...." Gone skydiving and I don't plan on it either!

@thisisallyson I am the absolute worst when it comes to seeing movies. I've never any of the Lord of the Rings, the Harry Potter movies, any of the Godfather movies, Jaws or all the Rocky movies. With the exception of the Godfather I really have no desire to see any of them either. You're in good company!

Any new symptoms or changes? a bit of heartburn but really very little

Rants/Raves/Questions? trying to be minimalist with how much I plan on getting for the baby but it's easy to go overboard quickly. I'll be happy if we have only what we need!

Any new symptoms or changes? just the hip pain I was describing in the symptoms thread. It's so weird, I feel nothing when I am up and about but laying on my side on my hip at night gets achy.

Rants/Raves/Questions? Feeling more RLP lately, especially when I work out.

GTKY: "Never have I ever ...." eaten anything like heart, tongue, liver, brains. I don't plan to, either!

@thisisallyson @gracie4400 I have never seen all the star wars or lord of the rings, or any of the harry potters either! No interest!

@OctoberLove13 my anatomy scan is later this month, I will be 18.5 weeks. Mine seems to be fairly early, too.

Upcoming appointments this week? I had an OB appointment today and Anatomy scan on Friday

Any new symptoms or changes? like others have said, RLP pain....my back hurts if I sit too long and my abs feel like I've done a ton of crunches. Discharge is increasing and pretty sure I pee myself on occasion....pregnancy is beautiful!

Rants/Raves/Questions? baby's heart rate was 155 on the doppler and doctor said everything looks good so far...haven't felt movement yet that I can definitely say is baby but she kicked while the doppler was on and we could hear it so that was cool! Looking forward to seeing her in a few days

edit: Forgot the GTKY question! Never have I ever rode a hot air balloon...DH surprised me with a ride for our anniversary but we had to postpone it because I'm pregnant. It will be a fun thing to do together after the baby is born!

How far along are you? 20 weeks!!! I can't believe we have made it to the halfway point!!!

How big is baby? Banana/paper airplane (seems like a paper airplane would come in many sizes depending on the size of the paper and how you folded it...oh well)

Upcoming appointments this week? We had the anatomy ultrasound yesterday! So awesome to see our little boy moving around and to hear that everything measured in the normal-range and get to see details like all four of his heart valves pumping and his little fingers and toes!!!

Any new symptoms or changes? Increased discharge in the last week. Not sure what that is about.

Rants/Raves/Questions? I felt him kicking Sunday night for the first time (that I am sure it was him and not just gas). It was so exciting and amazing. This LO is an active one! My DH tried to feel too, but I guess it's too early to feel it from the outside.

GTKY: "Never have I ever ...." visited an Asian country. I had a dream that I went to Thailand last night. It was beautiful. I hope to visit some Asian countries in the future (also the continent of Africa would be cool).

How big is baby? A banana (TB)/ Paper airplane (Ovia)

Upcoming appointments this week? I had my anatomy scan today. It was so neat to see and I’m thrilled with news that “all is well”. He was sucking his thumb through lots of it and that definitely pulled at my heart strings.

Any new symptoms or changes? I have felt like I’m finally starting to get kind of enormous. I told my husband that I feel like the baby has grown A TON in the last week. I love the little movements though. J

Rants/Raves/Questions? Rant: Still throwing up daily. Rave: My dr’s office gave me the Orange GlucoCrush to drink 45 minutes before my appointment. I am pretty stoked about this for two reasons. 1- I can ensure its as cold as humanly possible to minimize the level of yuck.(although I honestly don’t remember it being too horrendous last time) 2- I won’t have to sit there twiddling my thumbs for an hour and will be able to get in, get out and get back to work sooner. W00

How big is baby? the size of a tall frappucino with whip cream at Starbucks?? That seems huge!! Well, I won't question science...

Any new symptoms or changes? itchy nipples, getting harder to see er, down there, thanks to a bump in the way (sorry, TMI, but it seems early to say goodbye to that vantage point!). Also, a suspected drop in blood pressure after eating. Really hoping it's something that minor anyway and not more severe. My mom thinks I am just very aware of my body. Which is good.. since I can actually pinpoint potential issues.. right?

Rants/Raves/Questions? Eh, I've come off enough of a worry wart in the Monday B-Fest!

Rants/Raves/Questions? my dog has become a lot more affectionate around me lately. He's always been a big love and super sweet toward everyone, but he seems to be MUCH more so toward me now and always wants to be right next to or laying on me...I've heard pets can sense when we're pregnant and their behaviors sometime change, has anyone else's pets started acting different at all?

@serenity13 That is so cute about your dog! My dog is not a super cuddly dog, nor is she super attentive to me typically, but lately when I am working at home I catch her starting at me quite a lot, with soft squinty eyes! That is unusual for her. And as soon as I look up at her she starts wagging her tail like crazy. Which again, she's usually VERY chill and could care less what we are doing unless it's eating. She hasn't been doing this to DH. Also when I was really sick with m/s and just on the couch all day, she did not leave my side. DH had to drag her out for walks!

@serenity13 @jenny0228 Both of your dogs sound adorable! I have a cat who sees me as his mama, but since I've become pregnant, he's gotten increasingly clingy and needs to be by me 24/7. That's kind of cute until he's yowling outside the bathroom door.

Just he waits until he's no longer allowed into our bedroom!

I'm late to the party but better late than never!

How far along are you? 16 weeks

How big is baby? Avocado

Upcoming appointments this week? Yes! I have an U/S today and a follow up with my MFM on Friday

Any new symptoms or changes? yes.. I keep getting weird pulsing sensations in my upper stomach area. I never had this with my DS so it's new to me. not sure if it's hiccups, babies breathing, or something else unrelated? but it can go on for a while and becomes uncomfortable even after changing positions

Rants/Raves/Questions? My DS keeps randomly vomiting in the night. He's almost 7 and has vomited every night since Friday. I don't know what the deal is, but we are all exhausted and worried. At first the doc said they thought it was a gastro illness, but I don't think so. neither DH nor I have gotten sick and normally we would have by now. my DS has reflux and takes meds before bed, and I'm wondering if they need to be moved to a stronger dose. Calling the dr when they open this AM.
