Intro *TW* child and loss

Hi all.  I've been reading posts for awhile, but since DH and I have decided to start TTC #2, thought I should join in.  I'm 39 (40 in 2 months) and DH is 45.  I had my Mirena removed a month ago, so this will be the 1st cycle to start actively TTC.   I was 36 the last time we TTC, and got pregnant on 2nd cycle, but had a natural mc at 7 wks.  Was able to conceive DS 2nd cycle after mc shortly after I turned 37.  DS recently turned 2 and with my 40th approaching have decided that timing is right.  Hoping that TTC goes like the past, but we are both a few years older and due to pregnancy, breastfeeding and iud, I haven't had a cycle in 3 years, so I'm starting all over again.  Hope my stay is short, but will be glad to get to know everyone.  Best of luck to everyone.

    2016 - dx with super low ovarian reserve; failed cycle with clomid, failed IUI, 
    2017 - egg retrieval #1 - 3 eggs, 0 embryos appropriate for transfer; ER #2 2 eggs, 0 embryos on day 3; ER #3 1 egg 0 embryos
    moved to donor egg in summer 2017; 35 eggs retrieved; 19 fertilized; 9 total embryos
    Fresh transfer Dec 2017= BFP!  baby boy born 8/22/18

    May 2019 - surprise natural pregnancy ended in MC
    Nov 2019 FET; MC at 9 weeks
    May 2020 FET; BFN
    July 2020 FET; CP treated with methotrexate
    Oct 2020 BFP!

    Welcome @wvrn1216! I wish you the best! We are in very similar situations, 2-year old in the pic, bf, conceived on cycle 2 before but now a few years have passed so it's different now, etc., except you're a couple of years younger than I am, so take heart in that, lol! I haven't been on here too long but it's great to have the support of other AMAers.

    @wvrn1216  Welcome!  We are trying to conceive #2 as well.  I was 30 when I got pregnant with DD and I'm 36 now.  We just want 1 more baby to complete our family.  I hope your stay is short here :)
