First Birthday Planning!

What kinds of food are you serving? I was thinking of catering chicken with a few sides.  
How many people and where? I'm having about 40 at my house.

Theme? I'm doing Minnie mouse for my DD!!

    We don't have a theme. Will have around 20-25 ppl including the 3 of us at our home. We are doing chili (regular and white chicken) with cornbread and other toppings. We may do caramel apples for the kiddos to make how they want, and we will have small pumpkins for painting and decorating.
