Really? I take a little break and come back to no unpopular opinions? Here's mine, it kind of freaks me out when adults come to work in Halloween costumes.
@foxrosy what about if they wear like a Halloween shirt? I don't wear a costume to work on Halloween but if Halloween falls on a M-F I will usually wear like an orange Halloween shirt and maybe paint my nails orange or black if I have extra time the day before.

I totally dressed up for Halloween at work when I could. H and I don't have a social life and don't get trick-or-treaters so I take advantage of every opportunity to dress up! Of course I can't at my current place of employment, so I probably won't even do a costume this year.
@marriedhamstermom Im totally down with the Halloween shirt. It's the full blown costumes. One Halloween I was working at a Skilled Nursing facility and a family member came in saying some was suspiciously lurking around cars in the parking lot. Given my car was also in the parking lot, I immediately go outside to see what's up. Well, there's a guy in a Jason mask digging a hole in the ground with the claw of a hammer. Apparently a squirrel died and he was burying it. He was there to visit a friend. While he didn't work at my job, it just reinforced my weirdness around it. Quite a scary/bizarre thing to walk up on.
I'll play - I hate all things pumpkin spice . I also don't want to go on a babymoon and I don't really get the appeal of it, so I'm planning trips for after I have the baby. Am I the only pregnant lady who doesn't feel sexy? I dunno, but I like vacations to involve lots of sexy time and lots of wine, and so a pregnant vacation just doesn't sound fun.
I'm not really feeling super sexy either @MissMerciBeaucoup, but the hormones are running wild! I had to have sexy time last night before we went to sleep, and again when we woke up!

I'm jealous of this! I have no urge at all really even though I'm having crazy sex dreams

I thought I was the only one! For real, all I want in a vacation is all the beer, all the sex, and we usually camp over going to a hotel sooo a babymoon just doesn't sound fun to me. We will also be taking one/some after the baby is born.
I don't really like vacations in general. I prefer "stay"cations. Travelling stresses me out. They cost money, which stresses me out. And all I do is worry about what's going on at the house while I'm gone. It's much more enjoyable to just stay at home and relax and do whatever we want.
In the past, H and I have always vacationed in beachy areas. We just love to sit on the beach with drinks and completely tap out of life.
Lately, though, I've been feeling like our next vacation (whenever that may be) should be Ireland. I love the beach but I want a little more culture/sightseeing. Although I do not like the idea of being on a plane that long
@BumpasaurusRex Ireland is beautiful and I loved visiting there!! Highly recommended, however I think other spots in Europe actually have more culture depending on what you are looking for (and the food isn't great, unless you love fish & chips for days!).
I love my Ugg boots (I've never even heard of them being worn with shorts) but they're my go-to footwear with leggings all winter. I also love plaid shirts with leggings or jeans because lumberjacks are cool.
Next HDBD I'm going to wear shorts, uggs, and a plaid shirt.
@BumpasaurusRex Ireland is amazing. It may be the first big trip we attempt with a kiddo because it's a pretty relaxed and family friendly country. The friendliest people on the planet. Doo it!
I'm in environmental science, so flannel shirt with jeans=work uniform. I rock it though.

Have a PSL and you will be the basicest whitest bish.
I currently don't own any flannel but back in the day, I had a blue flannel dress and I rocked that shiz on the regular during winter.
@homemake I don't like soda either. The carbonation has always been weird to me since I was a kid-but that's never stoped me from beer or champagne . I do like root beer on occasion though and ginger ale when nauseated.
I also get bummed out thinking about a vacation. I want to go somewhere tropical, and have a cocktail in my hand while relaxing on the beach. Beach time would then be followed by steamy afternoon sex more cocktails and a romantic dinner for two. Instead it looks like we'll be lucky to get my family to watch DS for two nights so we can have a weekend alone.

As a Cosplayer and Larper I take any excuse to wear a costume. So if my job lets me wear a costume, I am soo doing it and going all out.
But if the work does not allow costumes, I am at least going to theme it out, wear a cute orange and black outfit with halloween jewelry.
I also dislike flannel sheets. I think I'm just an all around flannel hater.
Growing up, my mom always made us use flannel sheets in the winter because our house was drafty. But I can't use them anymore now that I sleep with H. He always runs hot and needs cool sheets to sleep well.
