I'm never going to be able to lose this extra weight, and then some. I actually got outside today to take my son on a walk, I was proud of myself for actually getting outside and off the couch. I get half way down my complex and my back started to spasm and I just could not take the pain. Does anyone else still live with reaccurring pain and stiffness from their epidurals? My nurse practioner told me I probably developed arthritis where the epis were (I had 2), but that was months ago and she didn't give me any advice really on what to do. I actually want to be active because this is my favorite time of year, but I can't handle the pain

someone please help is you have a suggestion what I can do
Re: About to cry out of frustration
The struggle is real!
I'm really struggling with weight loss too, so you are most definately not alone.

I started using MyFitnessPal to track my food again once I weaned LO, and amazingly I've lost 8 lbs in just 30 days just from sticking to my calorie goals! I will take a 30-minute walk when I can on my lunch break, but I know watching my calories is what has allowed me to take the weight off (and I think weaning helped me lose some of that weight I had been holding on to). Just a suggestion if losing weight is your goal and you're not able to exercise as much as you'd like right now because of pain!
Hope you're able to find something for the pain!
