Hi all! Well, I cannot seem to lose 2 pounds in a week and I've been terrible with actually tracking my calories all day, every day. I generally start strong, then lose steam. Ugh. But I am still trucking along and I did manage to lose 1 pound. Slowly but surely, I am losing weight! Just really want to kick it into high gear this week!
How are you all doing?

There are a lot of birthdays and celebrations in the fall so I've been allowing myself to slack off and eat at maintenance "for a week or two"... checked MFP and I've actually been doing this for over a month. So, it's time to quit being food lazy and get back to my goal calorie targets!
Goals this week:
1. Do not go over on calories INCLUDING during SS's birthday tomorrow (just had to edit that sentence to keep myself in check *sigh*)
2. Skip the fancy Starbucks in favour of homemade drip coffee (you're welcome, waistline AND wallet!)
Starting weight: 144.4
Current weight: 144.4
Goal: 138 (edited because I don't think 135 is doable for now)
Until the baby slaps my cup and it splashes all over me and the floor. At least she didn't get any on her.
DS has been sleeping terribly, so my eating has gone downhill. My goal for the week is to do better with that.
Current weight: 224.2
Short-term goal: 220 (keeping this for now)
Long-term goal: 185
I had a better week last week. Less junk during the day and ZERO chocolate chip cookies from McDonald's. I took my walks with David every day but did not do any additional exercise.
We had the house cleaned yesterday (first time in my life I've paid someone to do it!) and they must have knocked the scale or something because my weight was all over the place this morning. So after weighing in like 15 times, I've recorded here the highest weight that I saw... but I'm not quite sure I trust it. I saw #s ranging 15 lbs! If this is right I lost 6 lbs this week, which seems implausible.
Goal this week: not to let my husband's "cheat day" on his diet be an excuse for me to eat like crazy. He works hard all week for his cheat day and if I want one I'll have to do the same.
