Testing: today bfn. I want to say I will wait to test again on Wednesday but who knows.
R/R: I'm a little sad about the bfn but with DS I got a bfn on 11dpo and a BFP on 12dpo. I don't expect AF until Wednesday so I should just wait. I have a feeling this is not our month though. I guess only time will tell.

R/R: started spotting last night, right on schedule, so just waiting for AF in a day or two... Sorry if I'm a bit of a depresso-doggie today. I guess we are in a bit of a mood. :/
CS/Q: nope
GTKY: I would probably call a couple people to talk, tell them I care etc., but maybe not tell them what was going to happen. Then I would spend the rest of the day with DH and the doggies. Maybe go for some nice family walkies, and drive to a pretty outdoors spot where DH and I could hike out and set up camp together. He is so handy wuth all things outdoors, and I think that would be a fun way to spend our time together - since DH hates flying! Lol
R/R: I had such a good weekend! I scored 2 pairs of Levi's jeans from 2 different stores, both on clearance and neither marked as such. Total, I spent around $30 for both! Then yesterday DH and I went out with my friend (and ex) for lunch (even though he asked the question about kids and I wanted to slap him!) and then I made some apple pie ice cream and banana bread! Unfortunately, it is Monday and that means back to work...
CS/Q: I feel like my post-O temps are really low this cycle. The last 2 cycles they were around 98-98.4. How much do external factors affect BBT? (cooler temps in the house, a/c off, heat not on yet)
GTKY: It's Monday morning. You find out you have one day left to live. What do you do? I would probably just spend the time with my family - DH, parents, siblings, nieces/nephews and maybe a few cousins. I would want them all to know how much they mean to me.

Go out to eat, do a hike, relax and maybe even snuggle on the couch and watch tv. I've been really busy lately and am really missing the laziness of binge watching tv so my answer may be a little swayed at the moment! But why not be comfortable and happy? I wouldn't want to see it coming though because I'd probably be depressed all day, plus I'd feel obligated to call a bunch of people... and that sounds horrible.
@Brooklyngirl6 so sorry for the BFN. I am trying to wait until tomorrow morning cause of my BFN 10dpo yesterday @Marley629 good luck if you cave! FX! @BertieMeetsGertie lol that gif for your chart
Month/Cycle:1/1
CD/DPO:38/11 (if I go one more day this is my longest. cycle. ever. recorded)
Timing: -5, -1, 0
Testing: BFN at 10dpo, holding out until tomorrow morning at 12 dpo unless AF shows
R/R: Get to go home today sitting in the airport now actually.
CS/Q: My doctor mentioned if my cycles get longer that we should talk about it. If AF does not show today, I will have gone over my longest cycle of 38 days. What would you do? I understand you're normal until you're not but she gave me a textbook answer of 35 days is the longest we would like to have you go, if you keep increasing passed that we should take a look. It's only my first cycle, but I keep hearing her in my head.
GTKY: It's Monday morning. You find out you have one day left to live. What do you do? I would ask DH where he wants to go (he hasn't gotten to travel very much outside of work and he'd probably say Alaska) so I would get us on the next flight out and see it with him even if we only had a couple of hours once we landed.
Got my CHs on Saturday, but still a little cautious about it because I haven't been sleeping well.

Testing: Not yet.
R/R: It was a great weekend, but I know this week is going to be long and busy at work.
CS/Q: More of a timing question. I've read conflicting things about O-day BDing. Is my timing this month as bad as I think? O came earlier than expected, so we missed -1.
GTKY: It's Monday morning. You find out you have one day left to live. What do you do? Leave work and spend the entire day with my husband and family!
R/R: H is gone so I'm on doggie duty all week; this week will consist of dog walking punctuated by work and sleep. Yay. On the plus side, I get the whole bed to myself so I slept like a log last night and had a super low temp this morning (plus it was an hour early) so I was like "Dang, I got some good sleep."
CS/Q: Nope
GTKY: It's Monday morning. You find out you have one day left to live. What do you do?

@Flinstone I would call the doctor. Even if it's still borderline, they ARE getting longer, not shorter. Better to start trying to find out what's going on now, so you don't end up waiting around however many more potentially looooong cycles, before getting started. It can take a while to figure out what's going on, too, but at least each cycle can be one cycle closer to an answer. :)
@CallaLily25. Your timing is great! -2 is one of the best days since that way the spermies are hangin out up there waiting, and you hit O as well! Awesome! Fx for you :D
R/R: ...I play softball and I already messed up my knee yesterday, two hours before a baby shower. I don't want to risk any collisions. Sidenote: I went right from the game to the shower and only had three footwear options to go with my dress - sneakers, cleats, and stilettos. Limping around in heels up and down stairs was not fun. But ogling over tons of adorable baby stuff was! The baby was already born at 23 weeks and 1.5 lbs, so keep him in your prayers. He's now about 6 weeks old and wasn't due until November. I got to spend Saturday with 3 of my sisters and 6 of their kids. My aunt came over and brought pics of our dad and us as kids. It was an awesome weekend.
CS/Q: Not really a question, but I want to share my charts because I have finally realized what an effect my mouth sleeping has had on my temps. Here is my extremely slow rise post O this month. I've been using my night guard to keep my mouth closed. Normally I get a spike between 5 dpo and 7 dpo, but this is a tight chart this month aside from my preO dip. Not seeing Rocky Mountain temps and seeing this nearly horizontal line is weird for me. GTKY: It's Monday morning. You find out you have one day left to live. What do you do?
Fly my family and friends to Italy so I can be the happiest girl on Earth for my last day. Not being able to say goodbye to my two grandfathers was so hard. All I really care about is seeing my family!
@CallaLily25 I think any FW BD gives you a shot. O and O+1 depend on when your timing was compared to release and how fast those guys can swim! @eggplantface I think the same thing. I guarantee people who aren't TTC never think about their temps and what it shows about sleep! @BusinessWife I know how hard you are working at this. We will have the biggest party here when you get your BFP. I have my FX for you! @Flinstone How long have you been charting your cycle length? What is your range of lengths? Did you recently come off BC? I don't think 38 days is too much to worry about. Mine was 37 last cycle after normally being 32-33 and now it's shaping up to be 28 days. Don't freak too much! @lulu1180 See what I said above. I also notice my temps appear to fluctuate with the seasonal temp changes. @BertieMeetsGertie I'll be looking out for you on Sunday! I've got a very slow rise going on too.

R/R: I feel numb this time. I'm upset that I'm starting yet another cycle but it's almost like all of this is just a part of my daily life now.
Doc called on Friday to give me the results of my 7dpo blood work. I did ovulate and my progesterone was at 9.8. I keep reading so many conflicting things online so I'm trying not to think about it too much. (Ha....) I just hope AF doesn't take her sweet time to get here now that I know she's on her way.

If we don't get pregnant next month (our 6th month trying) my doctor said I could come in and we'll start doing some tests. Before we started trying I had an ultrasound done because I was having pelvic pain. My doctor found a lot of cysts on my right ovary, the left was clear. I wonder if that has changed. Anyways, feeling really bummed about this negative

@BusinessWife Sorry that AF is starting to show her ugly face.
@Nelbetron Sorry about the BFN, but it’s still really early. Don’t give up, yet!
@Flinstone I wouldn’t worry so much about your long cycle this time since you are only 11DPO. You don’t want your luteal phase to get any shorter, because a short luteal phase hinders implantation. Are you going to an RE? If so, you may want to talk to him/her taking ovulation drugs such as Letrozole or Clomid next cycle. The ovulation drugs may cause ovulation to occur earlier, which would shorten your follicular phase and would shorten your overall cycle. Don’t take ovulation drugs from an OB/GYN, though. They do not monitor you with ultrasound and bloodwork like an RE does. It’s important to be monitored because the drugs can cause issues, such as hyperstimulation.
@CallaLilly25 No, you are okay to BD EOD. In fact, our RE told us that sometimes it is better to BD EOD instead of ED because it gives the male time to build up stronger sperm.
R/R: Is there a thread for people who seem to be in limbo (between TWW and CD1)? I thought CD1 was yesterday. I had some bleeding and put my cup in. I went to empty my cup later. It was empty. And no AF in sight today.
CS/Q: nope.
GTKY: It's Monday morning. You find out you have one day left to live. What do you do? Jesus. This is really depressing. I'd have all of my family and friends come over and have a small, low-key party.
@spk112 refresh my memory - How are you confirming O? Have you taken a HPT if you think you really are 19 DPO? There is no limbo place. You are either waiting to test for BFP or testing for OPK +.

R/R: Im just really confused about my cycle. Ive been super regular (i know, I know, normal until your not), but I thought I o'd a day later than FF said. So in that case I would be 13 dpo, but still, I have zero symptoms. I HATE limbo, and I just want to get this over with, or get that positive (which Im not expecting), though just keep having that hope that my cheepie tests are just bad lol. Ugh just annoyed. @BusinessWife I’m a little bit of a downer today too.
@Flinstone I think I’d start trying to find some answers. I’d
hate to feel like I lost months if there was something I could have been doing
to improve my chances, but I just didn’t know.
@CallaLily25 Your timing was good; I’ve seen people in the
grad thread with just -2 timing so any FW BDing gives you a chance. Try not to
worry about it too much.
@spk112 You can hang out here until you feel you’ve hit CD
1.
Month/Cycle: 6
CD/DPO: 28/14
Timing: Good
Testing: BFN on Saturday
R/R: Temp dropped below the coverline
today. I had high hopes for this cycle. We had the best timing we’ve had in
months. Next month it will be insanely difficult to hit the FW more than once
or twice.
CS/Q:
In lieu of today's GTKY I'm putting up some kitten gifs.
Testing: We are having thanksgiving dinner on the 9th and even though it's really early, I'll probably test then.
R/R: I decided not to temp this month coming off a loss and just use OPKs and I have never been so confused in my life! I had a very positive OPK on the 29th, the one on the 30th I was considering negative until the one on the 1st was just as dark as the one on the 29th. Everyday since then has been questionable as to weather it's a positive or not and now I've decided to just stop. Based on the feels I think I'm 2dpo... In all the cycles leading up to my son I had 1 day positive the next was O and a faded OPK...
CS/Q: I wish I had a chart for you all to stalk!! Have you ever had crazy OPK results? Multiple positives or positives with a negative between? I know multiple surges can happen and know coming off a loss that there is a chance I'm not going to O at all... Really regretting not temping.
GTKY: I would spend the entire day with my hubby and son, he is at a really funny age and fun to play with and I'd spend his nap time snuggling with him.

@NYTino24 i had paraguard removed almost 2 months ago. Last cycle before removal was 38 days. Cycle right after removal 31 days. Tracking legnth (NOT temping) for a year and cycles hovered around 30-32 days the first half of the year (with the odd 36 day cycle the month of our wedding which I chalked up to stress) and the last 6 months they have grown to 34+ days except the cycle I got paraguard removed.. Only have temped last two cycles so I know I can probably learn more over time with proper charting. @BusinessWife thank you for your input. I want to get a jump start on things if I can @mrlight good point. I do not have an RE, only an OBGYN at this point. I did not think about how they would monitor you if they RX something. @callmemrschaos so sorry about the BFN. Still time! @eggplantface - I second the eating whatever you want in the GTKY.
@Flinstone most docs will make you wait longer without a period before seeing you, especially this soon after stopping BC. 36 days to 38 days isn't a big difference. It took me about 9 months to see my body normalize after coming off BC. From what I see now, this is your first cycle trying. Mind if I ask how old you are? Most REs won't see you until 6-12 months of trying and / or an age closer to 35 unless there is an underlying condition.
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
So sorry for all of the N's today. Btw I refuse to use BFN because I feel like it's insult to injury to call it big and fat lol.
@BusinessWife I'm sorry you're in a funk. I really hope tomorrow goes better than the last time and you get better results.
@linzrunz Well it's good news your progesterone came back at 9.8. My RE said for unmedicated cycles they like to see 10+, so you're right on the cusp. But...wtf then right? Ugh so annoying. I'm sorry
@mrlight I always do the same thing with timing! Either x,y,z or w,x,y lol. You never can really call it 100% when you've done a trigger shot!!

@NYTino24 I am 26. Which is why I put this question out today. I don't want to hyperbolize a problem that isn't there or cry wolf-- I just have noticed it seems to take forever (in my mind) each month to O! I would like to know why now in my like 13-14 years of having a period it suddenly just gets longer. Normal til you're not
@mrsdaddario I had suspicions that mine was low, so while I was happy it wasn't THAT low, I'm now even more confused. What the heck is going on??? Also the F in BFN does not stand for fat in my head. Mostly because it's the word I say when I see yet another stark white Wondfo. I can't wait to start peeing on some OPKs so I can see two lines.

GTKY: It's Monday morning. You find out you have one day left to live. What do you do?
hop a plane and see my family then head to the Maldives!

Lol
CD/DPO: 16/6
Timing: EOD (-4, -2, O)
Testing: trying to wait for AF

Month/Cycle:1/1
CD/DPO:38/11 (if I go one more day this is my longest. cycle. ever. recorded)
Timing: -5, -1, 0
Testing: BFN at 10dpo, holding out until tomorrow morning at 12 dpo unless AF shows
R/R: Get to go home today

CD/DPO: 17/ 5 DPO
Timing: -5,-2, O
Testing: Not yet.
R/R: It was a great weekend, but I know this week is going to be long and busy at work.
CS/Q: More of a timing question. I've read conflicting things about O-day BDing. Is my timing this month as bad as I think? O came earlier than expected, so we missed -1.
GTKY: It's Monday morning. You find out you have one day left to live. What do you do?
Leave work and spend the entire day with my husband and family!
Married: November 2015
CD/DPO: 28/9
Timing: -1, O
Testing: Saturday
R/R: H is gone so I'm on doggie duty all week; this week will consist of dog walking punctuated by work and sleep. Yay. On the plus side, I get the whole bed to myself so I slept like a log last night and had a super low temp this morning (plus it was an hour early) so I was like "Dang, I got some good sleep."
CS/Q: Nope
GTKY: It's Monday morning. You find out you have one day left to live. What do you do?
Spend the day at home with H and my dogs eating whatever I want.

Baby boy born 2/2/18
CD/DPO: 21/6
Timing: -5, -2
Testing: Not until Sunday because...

@Brooklyngirl6 Sorry for the BFN!
@Marley629 Good luck with your audit!

I’d hate to feel like I lost months if there was something I could have been doing to improve my chances, but I just didn’t know.
@CallaLily25 Your timing was good; I’ve seen people in the grad thread with just -2 timing so any FW BDing gives you a chance. Try not to worry about it too much.
@spk112 You can hang out here until you feel you’ve hit CD 1.
CD/DPO: 28/14
Timing: Good
Testing: BFN on Saturday
R/R: Temp dropped below the coverline today. I had high hopes for this cycle. We had the best timing we’ve had in months. Next month it will be insanely difficult to hit the FW more than once or twice.
CS/Q:
In lieu of today's GTKY I'm putting up some kitten gifs.
CD/DPO: 23/2 (maybe...)
Timing: -3,-2,0

I'm sorry
