Thanks for all the love ladies! @LauraPCOS Congratulations Baby Birthday Buddy! ♡♡♡ @Piperella@mrszoess Good luck tomorrow ladies, can't wait to see those little faces!
Slow poke hospital WiFi won't let me post in the announcements, so I'll do a small one here then a formal one later: Johnny Atticus arrived one week early today, as @Kaessi mentioned at 1:27pm, weighing 6lb 15oz, measuring 19.5" long! Unfortunately my sweetie has some fluid in his lungs and will be in the NICU taking antibiotics and fluids until he's all cleared up, so I am patiently awaiting my snuggles. I DO however get to go nurse him after dinnertime, and he's already latching like a pro so breastfeeding is looking good!
Thanks ladies! ♡ Turns out he has pneumonia, but his breathing is pretty stable. I'll be pumping instead of nursing for a few days until he has an easier time breathing through his nose. I get to go in and see him anytime I want to at least! There is only one other baby in the NICU, so unless they are running tests on the other baby they said I have full access
I'm super late on this thread!!!! But, congrats to all you ladies who've already had ur babies and those of you who are in labor!!!!! No action yet over on my side lol
@AllyTheKid omg is he not the cutest?!? Love the cheeks! And it looks like our guys are not only birthday buddies but roomies (minus the physical location difference).
OMGGGG @AllyTheKid & @LauraPCOS your bundles of joy are ADORABLE! SO happy for you both!!
Married 11-11-11 TTC only since Dec 2015. I had some weight to get off. Been working hard in the gym for over a year. BFP 02-15-16 with our first IT'S A BOY!!!
Tubes are out and I'm all over this floor like an excited kid in a candy store lol even my OB saw me today and was surprised at how much I look human.
@Schell2013 I have you to thank for looking human. I remember you talking about how at your first c-section you didn't get out of bed for 24 hours and you were so sore the next day, but your second c-section you were moving as early as you can you felt great. That's what I kept in mind and as soon as I could move my legs I asked to walk (which they told me no lol) but yea I walked around 3 times last night, and this morning I feel nothing more than a cramp and that's only when I first get up. Granted I do still walk nice and slow and take my time but I feel great! Now only need to get my little man feeling great too and we can go home.
