Pregnant Brain already

Has anyone else experienced pregnant brain already?? I sure have! I was super foggy with dd, but not this early!
Yesterday I went to meet some mommy friends at a new park for a playdate. I got there fine, it was about 15 minutes from home, in the tiny town next to ours. I left and it took an HOUR to get home! DD keeps breaking my phone, so I have a cheapo flip phone now that doesn't have GPS. After 30 minutes of not being able to figure out where I was, I called my husband sobbing. He tried to help but didn't really know where I was either. Eventually I got turned back the right way and got my screaming/hungry/tired child back home. I've lived here my whole life! I felt so silly...

    Ugh, me too! It seems to happen at work when I'm either talking to a doctor or patient/patient family. Sooooo embarrassing. Plus, I can't even give the "pregnancy brain" excuse because it's too soon! Ha!

    I feel like I have been super distracted!! I don't know if it's because of pregnancy brain or just thinking about it constantly. I have been struggling to find the right words. Yesterday at work someone asked if I was ok! I'm in grad school so I just said "yeah school just has my brain all twisted up!"

    Definitely feeling the "pregnancy brain" early this time around. Not focused and keep forgetting things. I booked a photographer to come when I told MH and I totally forgot to pay her and when she called to confirm our session I couldn't figure out who she was and why she was calling me.

    Uh, yes...definitely pregnancy brain and it seems much earlier than the first go around. I have to present and speak a lot in meetings at work and I've found myself literally stopping mid-sentence with no idea what I was in the process of saying. Everyone keeps saying "looks like you need to hit the sack a little earlier!"...nope, just growing a human that's sucking all my brainpower away...

    I didn't have any pregnancy brain (that I can remember) the first time around but man I am feeling it now.  I feel like I start sentences and then just have no idea where I'm going with them and kind of trail off like an idiot.  It's not good.

    Yeah. My little miracle is sucking all my energy and leaving me sick, dizzy, undercaffeinated, and undernourished... I'd say the brain is definitely related. 

    Perhaps I shall have to illustrate the different stages and types of "pregnancy brain" as this goes along

    Good heavens yes! I have forgotten multiple things. The worst was this past weekend we didn't show up to a close friends little ones 1st bday because I wrote it down for the wrong damn weekend. I felt horrible to say the least. They made specific almond butter sandwiches for all the kids because of our sons peanut allergy. I felt horrible.

    @Kipperoo I used to be a teacher and while I was pregnant with my daughter I was being observed by our new principal. I was mid sentence and just Completely forgot what in the world I was teaching. Luckily I had a sweet class so we all laughed and they reminded me where we were.

    Jkp7749 , hahaha...it's so weird, right? You go from knowing exactly what you are talking about to a total blank slate...
