All I want to eat is pasta but I can only eat little bits and I'm stuffed. And I've learned that I can either cook dinner or eat dinner. I don't have the energy in the evenings to do both
I've managed to eat my normal diet so far. Breakfast is typically either oatmeal, Greek yogurt, or eggs. Lunch is always a nice big salad loaded with lots of healthy stuff and dinner is when I go crazy and eat whatever I want. I normally keep dinner relatively healthy but the other night I HAD to have Velveeta Shells and cheese. I may or may not have eaten the entire box.
Only fatigue has kicked in for symptoms so far which equaled soooooo much pizza this week! Also just cutting hunks of cheese from a wheel and eating it. Then I wonder why I am a walking gas balloon!
Ummmm not much of anything. But i can eat hot pockets and potatoe chips dipped in so much ranch my husband is like ewwww thats to much ranch......hes a ranch lover too . For some reason that is not making me nauseated
PB&J and Mac n cheese are the main items. Apparently I'm eating like a kid? Occasionally salad sounds good. Meat had sounded awful, so struggling to find other ways to get enough protein.
Last night I had to have steak and potatoes....with my first two pregnancies I had strong meat aversions early on...it seems so unnatural to eat meat and be pregnant!
H made tilapia last night with a spicy seasoning and it tasted better than it ever has. And he makes it all the time! I've been craving a lot of spicy foods since a few days before my bfp even, so not sure if that is pregnancy related or just a mood i've been in. For the last three days i've noticed the M/S kick in hard core. No actual throwing up yet, but i just don't feel right and nothing sounds good to eat. Except for greasy burgers, which i'm trying really hard to avoid. Saltines i can stomach. But I made a chicken avocado and hummus wrap for lunch and the idea of eating the romaine lettuce that's on it sounds horrible.

No cravings yet. I don't have much of an appetite, so I just have to remind myself to eat. Yogurt with granola every morning with some orange juice, but it is anyone's guess after that. I'm interested to find out what my cravings will be!
I don't have any aversions yet (4 weeks 4 days) so I have been able to eat all the normal food I usually do which is pretty healthy. I usually have a green smoothie (spinach, cucumbers or zuccini, apples, bananas, and blueberries) for breakfast and some plain greek yogurt with cinnamon and vanilla for a snack/second breakfast since the smoothie doesn't usually fill me up. I have leftovers from the night before for lunch and dinner is whatever H or I decided when we were doing our weekly shopping, but usually pretty balanced and healthy.
However, for the last few days I have been STARVING all the time. The normal food I bring in hasn't been nearly enough, so I have been supplementing with some extra snacks and even then I was about to pass out from hunger by the time I got home last night at 5:30. I remember this occasionally with DS in the second trimester, but I don't think it was like this so early with him last time. I feel fortunate that I'm able to eat still but I'm not loving needing to snack every hour or more right now.
Gah reading these makes me feel like a pig! I've had nausea off and on but since it comes and goes have been eating pretty normal. I can always find something that sounds good although mostly I want all the carbs and all the fruit, all the salt and all the chocolate. Meat and eggs, are the only thing I'm not really excited about right now. Tried cottage cheese this morning to get some protein in but not really a fan.
I did have a really weird craving for Gushers the other day (like the really unhealthy kid snacks?) my husband buys them but I never eat them because I usually think they're gross -- had two packages and they were delicious! Haha!

I have been wanting all the comfort foods! Luckily I get full super fast with all my bloating so I'm hoping that's enough to keep my calories down. I've had macaroni and cheese twice since last week and wanting grilled cheese and PB&J. Although MH made dinner on Monday and we were out of milk. So instead of using water in the Mac and cheese (tastes exactly the same honestly) he used my Vanilla Almond Milk!!! He claimed he couldn't taste it but it was awful. I tried to be nice but I was so disappointed! God love him.
