I want to take a mud bath. I feel like mud would take even more weight off my bones and joints than water. I want this bad.
Today DH and I bought a BOB duallie stroller with snack tray on one side, car seat attachment on the other, and parent console all in good condition for $200 on craigslist. This has me very excited. We did story time at the library and then lunch at our favorite place. I have book club tonight
Tomorrow I climb for 2 hours, do yoga, and then take DS for the afternoon so DH can do some household handiwork
Sunday we go down to my parents house to celebrate my mom's bday. I make a spice cake.
I need to start utilizing Craigslist and our local Facebook baby group pages, once we get more of a sense of what we'll get from registries and then what we'll really need that didn't get bought, versus the wants - due to space.
Tonight - going out for supper with my parents, as it's my dad's birthday today!
Saturday - Watching the NDSU vs. Iowa game on TV, since it's in Iowa (ESPN2 11am CST) with my SIL, hubby, and their 2 kids. After the game, we'll all head down to BIL's place for a nephew's 7th birthday party. Initially, everyone was invited down to watch the game and start the party then, but we decided that would make for a LONG day... plus, those of us who actually want to watch the game would be watching the kids instead so that would be a waste.
Sunday - Not sure yet. Probably normal laundry stuff. I want to clean out a closet more, may go to the grocery store and then to our local Clothes Mentor for some boot sale they have going on. My feet do not fit into my riding boots well at the moment, so I figured I'd see what they have for styles I like in a half or whole size up for cheaper than new. I love my boots. Oh, and Vikings/Packers for SNF!

Not sure about tonights plans. Tomorrow, I plan to hit up a local consignment sale for things for Michael, and clothes for DD. Since it's the last day of it, everything will be 1/2 off! I've had great luck in the past, even on the last day, and hope to have the same results this time. Sunday is church and family lunch.

I've just learned about these sales. There's a handful in the fall and spring in our area and they are kind of amazing! Though I'm learning if I see something I need, snag it right then. No looking around the aisle and coming back. Someone always snatches it!
@slartybartfast, they are so popular here! There's at least 1 every month! And yes to grabbing something as soon as you see it. People can get crazy over some of the deals found here.
Tomorrow is getting L ready for a trip home for 24 hrs. H has Sunday off, and since I really don't want to be 3 hrs from the new hopistal L&H get an entire day without me.
Sunday is relaxing with my dad. No kid, no H, nothing but sleeping and trying to keep kid 2.0 inside. I'm pretty excited.

Also, update to my mud bath dreams all inspired by that gif I found. Float tanks are a thing. And I will be purchasing 3 sessions for $100 for my third tri. Just ran it by DH. No push present this go-around. Just this. I just want this.
Today I'm working, then hanging out with DS, as DH works late.
Tomorrow DS has soccer pictures and a soccer game in the morning. Then, I think we're going to IKEA to get baby's dresser. I also want to start prepping baby's room for painting. I bought a sample of the paint I think we'll use to paint her room, so I'll paint part of a wall to make sure we (I) like it.
Sunday is church and then I believe we're going to lunch for my brother's birthday. This is kind of big, as my brother suffers from severe mental illness and I haven't seen him in quite a while (he has either been incarcerated or way too unstable for DS to be around). Apparently he's doing well, so my mom is planning a get together. I'm a little nervous but FX it goes well.
Dog sitting my parents dog for a week. So thrilled....
I don't think we have any plans this weekend and that's how I like it. Wait, there is one plan...SLEEP!!!!!
With the crib on its way, DH and I seriously need to start prepping the nursery. That means cleaning up and a trip to our storage until to make more room in there. Going to see if I can wrangle a fudge brownie sundae out of DH. If that happens my weekend will be made!

@slartybartfast good find! We bought a bob Dualie flex new and love it. Currently DD likes to have her Minnie doll next to her.
Today: finish at work, tacos for dinner, cleaning.
Tomorrow: chores until the evening and I have this all women fundraiser dinner to go to with a friend. I don't wanna stay out late (it ends at midnight) but I paid 70 bucks for the darn ticket 6 months ago so I'm gonna try. I hate getting sucked into these things
Sunday: sleep. Chores. Shopping. Fun fun.
Also going on: our master bath remodel should be getting the tile laid this weekend. Then just about a week to go. I'm so ready for my potty back! Sewing for the nursery. Finishing up smaller details in the nursery. And naps. Hopefully every day.
We are spending another weekend at Disney world. The whole point of coming was to get more use out of our annual passes before they expire in a couple months, but I don't even want to leave the hotel. Going to the park involves lugging the wheelchair on a bus and I just don't want to deal with it (borrowed the chair from church since I can't walk or stand long distances how). i think I have convinced DH and the kids to just go to supper and then watch the movie by the pool tonight. Tomorrow afternoon we are doing the spa. Late anniversary celebration! I kind of just want to ff to then. disney was nice enough however to give us a whole can of bug spray.
What my weekend should be: - Studying for my real estate exam - Applying to jobs - Grocery shopping
What my weekend will probably be: - Tonight: going somewhere for dinner... because there is no food in the house and I was lazy with grocery shopping. - Tomorrow: hubby is starting the process of making some furniture so we can move his office out of the nursery. I might go with my mom to one of the local consignment sales but I might chicken out because it is MASSIVE and intimidating and I've never been to one. - Sunday: maybe going to dinner with some friends, maybe watching some football, MAYBE finally getting to the grocery store
My mom and I took a chalk painting class this week so tomorrow we are going to try our hand on a practice dresser that I have laying around before we try to do the dresser for the nursery. Then on Sunday we are celebrating my Grandma's 96th birthday!
Oktoberfest festivities kick off today, and while I can't be there in person, I am there in spirit. Will be making lots of food to celebrate om nom nom.
Tonight is Date Night, so naturally pizza, horrible movies, and bow-chicka-wow-wow!
Thanks to @slartybartfast and this thread, I spent DS's naptime cruising Craigslist and Scored!!! So....
Tomorrow - driving to a nearby town to pick up an awesome score on a toddler bed for DS. THEN, driving back across town to pick up an awesome Graco Click Connect double stroller I've been stalking on Amazon that runs $200 something and I'm getting for $90. Whoot!!
Sunday - DH is working so I'll come up with something fun to do with DS. Prob take him shopping for sheets/besser for his new bed :-)
I'm pumped about my Craigslist finds!! Tonight will just be chillaxin' with DH since he works Sat/Sun... I think I'll open a bottle 'o vino and enjoy a glass ;-)
3 hour glucose test in the AM. I think I might go get a pedi in the afternoon. Dh has plans to game all day with his friends so I'll be solo and that's okay.
Sunday we are going to go buy the carseat and maybe we will go see a movie. I'm still recovering from a cold so it will be a relaxing and resting weekend otherwise.

Good luck to all the glucose testers this weekend!
I finally figured out where our bassinet went! We gave it to a friend of the family, she's really young and her and her fiancé are both in college. DH remembered today. Too bad I spent 2 hours looking for it this week.
Might be tmi- but spending my entire weekend tending to a new pregnancy symptom.... Hemorrhoids
I tried searching the board for any threads on this, but no go (only a mention here or there). If anyone has any tried and true relief, please send ideas my way.
@ashleygorokhovsky ugh, I'm so sorry. The OTC cream and wipes are somewhat helpful. Baths in Epsom salts can give some relief. Also, in the past my doc has prescribed hydrocortisone suppositories (which are OTC in the UK, apparently), which are SO HELPFUL. I'm not sure if those are pregnancy safe but I plan to look into it if (when) this becomes an issue for me.

Preparation H and Tucks. Also, doing kegal exercises can help. But really, it's hard to avoid them, baby is literally pushing your insides out I've been fighting them for a month. Resting helps a lot, if you are on your feet too much, it's bound to happen. And never too early to be ready! Every woman that I know who has given birth, vaginally and c-section, gets hemerroids after. There may be some lucky women out there that don't, but I haven't met them. So have your tucks and prep H ready!
@slartybartfast I was hoping to wait until H gets here for the weekend. I am currently asking Dr. Google, as I remember something about sweet smell + pad use/time. I will call if I can't find a consistent answer-or I got the answer.

I've also never had a hemi from pregnancy or birth and I pushed for hours (before ended up with a c section).
I did however have them for 2 years straight when I was in college. Honestly nothing helped and I saw doctors many times. Even had some prescription cream. It was stress related and they went away right after I finished school. What I had to do was make it less painful....so that meant stool softeners, prep h cream and wipes, sitz baths, lots of fiber, and drinking a ton of water. That's when I started drinking over a gallon a day and that habit has stuck. Even with all of that, I dreaded pooping every day. Also, don't push or strain. Sometimes it took me forever just to let it come out...but it still hurt and almost always bled.
Sorry to those suffering from them but at least there's an end in sight.

...oh and working both Saturday and Sunday.
I second the tucks. They've been the only thing that have ever helped me. I've had them on and off before being preggo so I'm kind of used to them, sadly. One thing I realized helps - don't sit on the toilet any longer than you need to. The pressure makes them worse. And just don't push, almost at all. Get a good book and forget about it. Then hop up immediately when that shiz is over and tuck a tuck in there. I also leave a couple tucks in overnight and that really helps. And so many veggies and lots of water. Sorry if TMI. Meh.
In other news...I'm making chili today, baecause, fall! And picking up done cute baby stuff just for fun and bonding. Just ate a cheeseburger (to up my iron levels, of course). Later, I clean!
