does anyone else have indigestion? like not so much heartburn or acid reflux - but more like upset stomach. i can't tell if it's just trapped gas (embarassing) or what. my stupid vitamin has so much iron, the constipation is almost unbearable. though i don't know if its all my vitamin or also hormones contributing to it. i might have to switch my prenatal. i get the indigestion late in the day it seems.
@jenny0228 I don't know what is going on with my stomach but it feels similar. Almost just... acidic? I don't know what's going on. Definitely worst in the mornings for me though.

@jenny0228@Ivorytower2 I'm taking zofran, and I've felt so good the past few days today I thought, I should try skipping it! So there I was in the middle of my errands racing home to throw up. I would try weaning yourself off, but keep it close. I should have brought my bottle with me incase I started feeling nauseous, so lesson learned. Also maybe try not taking it on a day you know you can be sick, like when you don't have to work or when significant other is home to take care of any other kids.
Preggo brain is in full effect- I had a meeting today at 1:00 pm and it took me until 1:45 to realize that I was supposed to go a meeting...and obviously forgot all about it. Even though its written on my calendar right in front of me and I go to this meeting every month. Its not super terrible that I didn't go, its more of a collaborative meeting/committee meeting and I didn't have anything to bring up so I would of just sat there and listened to everyone else talk. I will just get updated on the minutes for anything that happened lol.
I've been getting more energy for the most part. The nausea is pretty much gone, but now anytime I smell something, anything, like air freshener, my stomach is done. Thank god my ob just prescribed me zofran today. helped like nothing else! halleujah. But I've been peeing at least 3x a night for weeks, ugh. just need sleep.
I finally heard the heartbeat on my doppler this morning. It was too faint for the heart rate to register properly, but it was so amazing to finally hear it. Now that I know I have an anterior placenta, I'm kicking myself for trying at 8 weeks. Ha. Yeah.
My sense of smell is out of this world, in addition to food aversions. My co-worker just made some food, and it smelled terrible. It took a lot to not upchuck. Also yesterday, same said co-worker decided to clean her desk with Lysol wipes, and that was crazy! I think she's trying to test me. lol

OH man. My sense of smell is super human now too! Didn't get that with my daughter, but with this one....it's insane. Air fresheners, candles, strong perfume, the fabric softener aisle.... *gag*
Dizziness. I'm full, hydrated, haven't done anything to overexert myself today and laying on my left side-but I can't shake this feeling of the room spinning! Ugh!
Where is all th energy that the second trimester is supposed to bring along with taking awaythe nausea. Still feeling crappy because of nausea (hoping to one day see the light and be nausea free). I am also having a lot of the uterus stretching pain as well. At times I feel like I can't catch my own breath which I feel like it is to early to feel this way.
As a FTM, I never realized what superbeings pregnant women are. They don't ever talk about the pain of MS, the sciatica, the exhaustion, headaches, puke, as much as they should!!! Women are made of quiet steel.
This nausea can seriously fuck right off anytime. I'm almost 14 weeks for fucks sake. Not cool bro.
I feel you. I traded in my nausea for my stomach feeling like it's being squeezed constantly. The morning sickness is gone technically, but I still feel like puking.

And... It went away once I finally pooped. Bahaha. I'm all kinds of messed up.
Charlie horses! Ugh. Seriously. I drink 1 small glass of OJ each day and then water the rest of the day. I try to have bananas but Jesus I swear I have had more Charlie horses in the last 14 weeks than I have in the last 5 years.

Does this happen A lot? Think you might be anemic?

Ugh, I'm not looking forward to that. Last pregnancy in 3rd tri I would wake up in the m8else if the night with the worst Charlie horses in my calves. I had to stand up and stamp my foot to make them go away.

Pretty sure they tested that with the blood draw at my last appointment. So I should be good.
And I had forgotten about he middle of the night Charlie horses... boooo. Not looking forward to that again. So so painful.
ETA---also. The hunger has kicked in. I feel like I could eat a horse.
I am feeling better but the nausea still comes back sometimes. I am so sorry to anyone still hurting. It is just the worst and just so hard to deal with mentally (for me anyways - I just wanted to cry). I hope it lifts soon!
@mecoats I found Gatorade really helped when I got those. They are no fun! I like the powder because you can mix it as strong or weak as you like.

I just bought some G2 (light gatorade) last night, so I'm going to see if that helps too. My FIL suggested the same thing I'm positive I'm drinking enough water, so it has to be the potassium/calcium that I'm lacking. bought some bananas too. They aren't fun, so anything to help. Thanks for the suggestion
