Bleeding and scared

This is my second pregnancy. With my first I had bleeding at 5w1d and everything turned out alright. I thought I would be able to cope with seeing some blood this time around but like clockwork, at 5w3d I am bleeding again and terrified. I'm not having crazy cramping but I'm having a bit (or I'm just way over analyzing) and definitely more bleeding than my first time. I'm out of town and won't be able to get to a Dr until Tuesday. Although I've been through this with a happy ending I'd love to hear if any of you have had any bleeding during this, or a pervious pregnancy with a positive outcomes. Also please send thoughts and prayers that this baby sticks.

I'm so happy to have this community to turn to as I'm away from my husband right now.

Yes between 5 and 6 weeks with my first I bled for over a day and he came out fantastic. My MD said it could have been leftover blood from when I was supposed to have my period or something.

I hope you stop bleeding and have the healthy pregnancy you deserve. I don't have a success store to share, as my previous pregnancy didn't go as I'd hoped, but I will say that my best friend told me she had bleeding with her second and was fine. It scared her a lot, but everything was fine.

Well can we just hold hands and console each other?? I am bleeding too. I went in Friday with brown spotting and they measured me a week behind. I am only showing an egg and sack, which was okay if I was just off on my dates. I started bleeding bright red yesterday all day, about a liner an hour. More when going to the bathroom, and I only noticed one dime sized clot. Today, same thing...tons of period like cramps. Light period, bright red.

I'm an emotional mess. My husband is mad I keep reading things on Dr. Google. I have a blood draw at four to compare with the one I took Friday. I did NOT have a vaginal ultrasound so I can't tell what is happened because they didn't really get a good look. I'm wavering back and forth between a mc and a subchorionic Hematoma/ Hemorrhage. All I know is this majorly sucks.

@mborn24 @marymoore711 This sucks. I know, as I said before, that it can very well end up with a positive outcome but there is nothing more terrifying than seeing red. I'll be heading to the Dr on Tuesday and asking for beta draws and hopefully an ultrasound. Unfortunately tomorrow is a travel day for me and most the day will be spent on an airplane.

@mborn24 Did they do a blood draw to check your beta levels? Are you heading back in for more blood work or another ultrasound? Dr Google is never a good idea but I'm doing the same thing! The positive side is that a lot of things come up saying bleeding during the first is normal. I would definitely be nervous seeing clots. Are you having cramping along with it? My fingers are crossed for you.

@marymoore711 Hopefully your spotting eases up quickly. Are you having much cramping? Fingers crossed for you as well. Is this your first pregnancy?

@MrsN092714 they are checking my levels yes. That's why I have to go back in to the hospital today. I won't know the results until tomorrow.

I would hope hope to have an ultrasound soon, I'm requesting a vaginal one if not. I would imagine if think I have MS they will have to check to make sure I'm indeed not pregnant anymore.

I had had one small clot, same can happen with the hematomas. My concern is the period like cramps.

How much are you bleeding? I have never experienced any bleeding with pregnancy before. It's a guessing game.

@MrsN092714 this is my 5th pregnancy. I've had 2 previous miscarriages, and 2 full-term pregnancies (both my kiddos are ra inbox babies). I was cramping earlier this morning, but I don't think I am now. I feel like I'm hyper-sensitive to every little twinge right now so whopefully really knows.

Hugs and sorry ladies! Sending thoughts and prayers for all of you. I'm in the same boat but not bleeding. They did a third beta for me and my numbers did rise but did not double so it's a wait and see. I'll have another blood draw Monday.

I agree that it's best to stay off the internet but I know it's hard to do. Hope we all get through these first few hard weeks with sticky babies soon.

Good luck to you all. I do have a success story. I had bright red bleeding that ended up being a SCH. Then even after that fully resolved I had bright red spotting for weeks. It was really scary but all was well. My mom had bleeding with my sister, too. I know they always say red-bad/brown-good but with me red was good (same with my mom) and brown was bad (ectopic). So I've really got my fingers crossed for you!

I'm loosing hope here. Woke up in the middle of the night with pretty bad cramping and the bleeding definitely hasn't slowed. Depending on how the day goes I might head to emerge tonight when I get home. Don't think I want to spend another night wondering...

@MrsN092714 not looking good for me either. Increased bleeding and cramping. Feels like the few pregnancy symptoms I was having have subsided. I'm not planning on seeing the dr unless I start having complications, since we've been through this a couple times already.

Sending big hugs to you all. I'm unfortunately in the same boat, heading to the doctor at 11am to see if we can find some answers. If this one isn't meant to be, I keep reminding myself that all this little bub knew was love and excitement and hope, which is a pretty darn good life. Fingers crossed.

Doctors office called back, numbers have dropped from 1,000 -900 something. Or roughly stayed the same I guess.
Not really hanging on to much hope now, still bleeding like I have a period.
I wish they would scan me again once more to just be certain. I need to be out of this grey area for my sanity.

Hug to all of you!

I started bleeding Thursday morning out of nowhere and it was continuously getting heavier. I called the doctor and they gave me an appt for a sono at lunch time. By the time i got there, I knew it was not good. The sono tech said there was nothing to show a pregnancy and the Doc confirmed a miscarriage. On the way to the Dr. I started having pretty bad cramping which continued throughout the day. From Friday it's felt like a regular period. Of course, emotionally its been up and down. I am thankful that I have an almost two-year-old to keep me busy and DH has been very loving.

I enjoyed the short time i was here. Sending lots of love to you all. Prayers for healthy pregnancies.
