  I just asked my husband, born and raised Texan, he said it's like a football thing,. So like @Teach123 said, those big football states do it I guess. Im pretty glad he thought it was stupid and never did it. The idea of him wearing those things is hilarious. LOL

  Oh no, the mums are for the girls. The boys wear a garter around their arms that are decorated. Lol. It just gets better.
