@aframe77 yeah, the cell phone part really makes me sick. I hope she put on/took off gloves when dealing with you and didn't just switch back and forth from phone to needle butchering.
Also my phlebotomist today sucked too. She stuck the hell out of my left arm, which has never had problems giving blood, then when she couldn't find it because "my veins are so tiny", she switched to the right arm and dug around in there. And I have GREAT veins! She's the first and only (out of many many many people who have taken my blood) to say anything besides how easy my veins are to access. My husband was watching and he told me later "yeah I have no idea what she was doing but it looked painful." UH YES. IT WAS.
