Baby's name is Isabella Arya. We will call her Bella or Izzy. DH is calling her Portabella right now because its his little Portuguese Bella. Although thanks to @slartybartfast now I'm reconsidering calling her Falcor
Me: 38, DH: 36 Married Jan 2008 DD Baby Bells born Dec 2016 5 lbs, 12 oz, 18" so in love Due with #2 Baby Arya EDD February 2020
Also, my last BMB had so many babies named after guns in one way or another. That hasn't come up once here! Sorry if you're considering Gattling. Or Klobb. or whatever.
XOXO D16
DH and I are good friends with another couple who is also currently expecting their first little one at the end of November (so our kiddos will be very close in age.) They were going to go with Kimber for a girl, like the handgun. They're having a boy, but that was the first thing I thought of when I read your comment! DH is a gun guy, but I wouldn't have been okay with him naming our child after a firearm! Luckily he never suggested anything like that.
This is not so much baby related, but we live in TX and every time someone hears our dog's name, Remy, they think it's after Remington. NO! It's Remy! Like Remy Lebeau aka Gambit from XMen! GEEZ! Everything isn't about guns, people!!! lol
Ophelia. Middle name is still being decided. DD#1 is Ramona Soleil
Oh man! I love Ophelia! That was my choice of ours has been a girl it fits in English and Spanish so well. My other daughters are Ana and Evelyn. And I love Ramona too!
Ex has stepped off to the sidelines for naming this one so I'm trying to find something ex MIL and I can agree on instead. Although ultimately it's up to me.
I love Audra, Delaney, Danielle, Kristin, and Raelyn, MN will be Josephine after ex MILs deceased mother.
Feel free to tell me your favorite combo, I just can't decide!
My hubby is an archer and clearly of Viking descent. The name Kyler (traditionally spelled Cuyler) means archer or bowman in Norse...we literally thought about names for 5 minutes and when this came along, we both jumped on it. Gary is both my FIL's name and my brother's middle name, both two of the most amazing people in our lives. If baby comes out not looking like a Kyler, then we'll go for Gary Owen (Owen being my grandfather's name). Only bad part about that is his initials will be GOG if we go that route...I would never be able to put a monogram on anything, ever.
@MissLeighAndBabyG Audra is so pretty! I think Audra Danielle goes so well together!
We are still not 100% on a name, we've quit discussing it bc we can't find anything that we like better than Brooks Anthony, but hubs is not ready to be set on anything until we see him, which I'm fine with! So we will see
Thanks everyone, Audra was my favorite for a really long time but ex MIL hates it. I've been secretly calling her baby Audra but I still had doubt in the back of my mind. Now that I have the reassurance that it's as pretty as I originally thought it is probably going to be her name!
I'm leaning towards Nora Teagan but we still haven't talked a whole lot about names. I meantioned it to my husband and he seemed to like it though. Any thoughts??

I think that's super cute. I especially like Teagan.
@mrsmerc2015 and @Lisa3379. Thanks ladies! I was aiming for something a little different and loved Teagan but didn't think it would fit us for a first name. I thought Nora would be a sweet name for a girl too
@DoodleDara Nora is one of my all time favorite names. Also, one of my friends growing up was a Teagan. I always thought that name to be very cool and unique. I hadn't heard of it again until you mentioned it on this thread. I like the combo!
I'm beyond late to the party, but I've had mine on my siggy for a while so it's no surprise. He will be Maximus John. I can tell when people aren't a huge fan because they hesitate and then say "yeeah, well, he could come out and not look anything like a Maximus!" haha. Not everyone has to love it, just us. If it were a girl we were going to go with Madeline Ann or Madeline Jo (call her Maddy).
@temmetime My nephew's name is Max (we all call him Maximus as a nickname). He's 12 and is a sweetheart and is always asking about his new cousin. Love the name!
We can't decide on a first name. My top was Eloise after my grandma but dh is nota fan. We do agree Camille is he middle name (my middle bam, and also the first name of my dad, grandpa and great grandpa). Right now the only first names we agree o are Stella and Jade but neither seem right. Also really like Everly and Eisley but again dh is not a fan. Any suggestions?
@hecklet My 4 year old nephew is named Porter James. Great name!
@acreight13 Thanks! I really like it and think it pairs well with my sons name, Graham. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea though, especially those who frequent the baby names board.
Our little girls name is Cassidy Leanne. Cassidy was the first name we both said we have always really liked and we just thought Leanne fit well with it. Her name was picked before we found out she was a girl (had a name picked for both boy and girl) and it's really stuck with both us and our families. We're starting to notice a trend though with us and naming things and everything is always after country music stars. ( cassadee pope, LeAnne Rimes, and our dog is named paisley, brad paisley) lol. How sad is this. Made the connection after naming our LO. DH has already said he likes Reba for the next if we have a girl. Guess we're going to keep with this trend.

We're pretty certain we're going with Georgia Margaret. Georgia is where DH and I met, fell in love and got married and Margaret is my mom's name.
Thanks ladies! I was aiming for something a little different and loved Teagan but didn't think it would fit us for a first name. I thought Nora would be a sweet name for a girl too
I'm starting to feel like I should have a dozen children so that I can name them all these cool names! Lol
