How long have you and your SO been together? Are you Married?...if so, let's hear a bit about your wedding? Was this sweet baby a surprise or planned out?

My husband and I have been together for just over 6 years and married for 2 (in a few weeks). We had a fall wedding at a local antique society. It was beautiful but SOO cold for our outdoor ceremony. We hit a high of +4C (39F) that day.
This is our second baby. We knew we wanted them close together and had just decided to start trying and got our BFP! It came a little sooner than I was expecting but it's sure nice to not go through the stress of trying for months (or longer)

My husband and I have been together for 8 years married for 3 this coming October 26.

Our first dd was planned we wanted to start trying after our wedding and we'll we conceived on our honeymoon the weekend after lol.

This second one was also planned we just decided we would let it happen if it happened.

My husband proposed on the beach with a message in the bottle, we got married in a theater which was awesome as everyone had comfy seats and could see us on stage. My husband sang and played guitar Adam Sandlers grow old with you as well as added a few extra lines as I walked down the aisle this was a big surprise for me.

DH and I were high school sweethearts! We have been together for 11 years and have been married for 6 years. Our wedding was in our home state of beautiful Colorado in a manor. It was magical. But if I could do it again, I would want something a bit more organic. Like in the woods with wild flowers and camp out with our friends and have a big celebration. Our wedding felt too formal for me. I was young though and wanted that fairytale ballroom. Not so much now.
This will be our third child together. Our first was not planned, he will be 9 at the end of this month. Our second child was planned. He just turned 2. And this baby was planned as well!

We have been together for 4yrs now! We have been married just over 2yrs, we had a small wedding with 5 people in attendence including our at the time 4 month old son.
Our son is nearly 3, and was not planned, but wasn't unwanted either. This one was planned, we had been ttc for 9 months and NTNP for 6 months beforehand

My H and I have been together for 5 years (this months!) and married just over 2.
He proposed at Atlantis with a dolphin bringing me my ring. We did a big engagement party in Jordan with his family and then a wedding at a brewery in Chicago suburbs with my family. (He had a few of his siblings there)
We started trying in May 2015 and had a rough time ttc. I was diagnosed with PCOS in May 2016 and then my initial HSG showed blocked tubes in June 2016. Felt incredibly defeated, depressed, and ready to give up. Delayed surgery and repeat HSG under laparoscopy till September so we could enjoy our summer without worrying about recovery. In month 17 of ttc, We conceived in Prague! This baby was very planned but very much a surprise at the same time!!!

DH and I have been together for 8 years, married for 4 this October. He wanted a big wedding, and I just wanted to go to the JP and then go out to dinner with our families. I ended up giving him want he wanted and we had a small-medium-ish sized wedding at an art nouveau bar . It was lovely but very stressful and expensive - it made him happy though, so I guess it was worth it

We've had to jump through a few hurdles to get here in our TTC journey.. but we are here finally and this baby was very much planned

DH and I have been together 7 years, and celebrated our 6 year wedding anniversary yesterday. We had about 800 people at our wedding (including kids). Our videographer included a montage from the movie UP at the end of our video which perfectly summed up the celebration with my rowdy family.

We have 2 boys.This is my 5th pregnancy and very much wanted, but a surprise.

My DH and I have been together 10 years. Married for 8 years. We actually just celebrated 8 years August 30th.

We we had a medium sized wedding. About 115 people. Church wedding with reception at a hotel. People still talk 8 years later how it's the best wedding they've been to and how much fun it was. It was my dream wedding. I married my soulmate and best friend that day. I sound like such a sap lol.

I wouldn't say this baby was planned. Almost 7 months ago our 3rd was stillborn at 23 weeks gestation due to Full Trisomy18. We weren't trying but aren't good at preventing either apparently. So far my hubby is more excited than me. I'm just scared shitless this isn't a viable pregnancy. I can't imagine losing another baby the way we did. Odds are less than 1% for it to happen again but it still could sadly.

My husband and I met online, and I moved about 2 hours to live with him once we were married. We were the first wedding in the new sanctuary my home Church built, and our reception was at a country club - 11:00 wedding and we served BRUNCH complete with cheese grits (if you aren't from the South...don't worry, it's not weird). We will celebrate our 3rd anniversary next month.

We were definitely trying for this baby! DS is 9 months, and I've had baby fever ever since I met him!

My DH and I have been together for just over 2.5 years and only married almost 5 months. I just turned 36 and he is 35. This is a first pregnancy for both of us. We were both ready to start trying right away, and we are shocked that I am already pregnant as I went off the pill in June, and I never got a period. 2 months of nothing and then I apparently ovulated because I am between 4-5 weeks. So excited!

My husband and I have been together 14 years, married 8 as of last week (we joke this baby was actually a planned anniversary present... ) Our wedding was small but lovely outside, perfect weather. We have an almost 2 year old son, and this baby was very much planned, although the timing is pure luck lol we aren't planning on having more than two kids, so I'm happy to put up with the morning sickness and all, as this will probably be my last pregnancy.

DH and I will be together 15 years, and will be married for 10 this November! We actually went to the same HS but didn't officially "meet" until college. I actually have random pictures of him from HS that he just happened to be in, and then I am even in some of his middle school videos from band. It's kinda weird but funny!
We got married at our church and had our reception at Disney. We are huge Disney nerds and even had Mickey and Minnie come to our wedding! We danced the whole night away, it was awesome!
This will be baby #3, and yes it was planned!

DH and I are high school sweet hearts!!! We've been together 8 years married for a year and half next month! We had a courthouse wedding and a nice party afterwards with close family and friends, DH and I are simple and didn't want anything big! It was perfect for us! We have a beautiful DD together and are expecting #2. DD was more of a surprise, but definitely wanted and this LO was planned!!!

DH and I have been together on and off for 12 years. Married 4 years Oct 26th. We had a barn wedding at a restaurant here in Phoenix. He will be 36 next week and I'll be 30 in October. Our son will be 1 this Friday! This baby is sorta planned, we've been doing the whatever happens happens route since DS was born and we were going to start actively trying after his first birthday. I'm super excited to be pregnant again. Even more excited it's not during summer this time!

My husband and I have been together almost 6 years will be married for 3 on Nov 3rd. I had a fall themed wedding really enjoyed the food and then had a rainy time on the honey moon. We tried for ds from that honeymoon and ended up having to have an HSG and got pregnant december of 2014 had him a year ago in august. We just celebrated his first birthday and it was soo fun. This was a planned pregnancy as well my husband is 46 and I am 30 he wanted the most time with his kids as he could get so he wanted kids immediately.

H and I met at a bar and have been together for 14 years, married for 8 in November. We had a medium-size wedding with about 110 people at a hotel on the beach. It was nice but still stressful for me since I am not a fan of being the center of attention. In hindsight, I kind of wish we had just done a courthouse wedding and had a casual party after.
This baby was definitely planned. With DD, it only took 2 cycles before my BFP so we decided to wait until she was 18 months old before TTC again. That was in June 2015 and after 16 cycles, including working with an RE and multiple unsuccessful IUIs, we were about to give up completely when I got this BFP. Since I will be 40 when I deliver, this is definitely going to be our last one and of I have a RRCS I plan on getting my tubes tied at the same time.

My husband and I are also high school sweet hearts! We've been together for 7.5 years and have been married for 3. Our wedding was at the Art Museum in our small town. We had a small wedding with about 50 people, mostly family. Much of it was DIY and we loved all the special touches. We were married at 11 am and had delicious southern food and a dessert bar then left for our honeymoon shortly after.

I wish we could get lucky and not have to super plan out a pregnancy, but we have definitely planned ours.

We have been together 16 years this October

Are you Married?...if so, let's hear a bit about your wedding?
We've been married 11 years. The wedding was a lot of fun. We are foodies and the food was only "meh" (because our venue required their subpar catering) but the music and dancing were awesome, and it was great to have nearly all of our friends & family there (at that time -- now we have 11 more years of friendship, plus people's kids, etc).

Answering these first two questions makes me feel old, but I was married somewhat young.

Was this sweet baby a surprise or planned out?
They were all planned, but this one is the one that we were least sure about having. That said, it was in some ways the most hyper-planned. I won't get into the details, but we decided ahead of time that given some calendar considerations (career, age gap, school cut-off dates, etc), we had 5 chances. If we didn't get pregnant in that timeframe, we'd give up and probably even do a vasectomy. That said, I'm nervous, because if I miscarry, that might be it. We'll see how we feel. We got pregnant on the first try, a first for us (the others took 3 times).
The older siblings are 5 and almost-3. (Age gap was part of the "other considerations" for putting a time limit on this.)

DH and I have been together just shy of 3 years. We actually just got married in June of this year. Our wedding was an absolute dream. We had a midsize wedding with 120 people and everything went more perfectly than I could have imagined.

This baby was definitely planned. I'm almost 34 and this will be our first so we wanted to get started as soon as we got married.

Hubs and I have been together 17 years (since sophomore year of highschool), married 10 years. Our wedding feels like a lifetime ago and it seems like we were totally different people (just babies at 23). At the time, it was perfect for what we wanted--barn wedding/reception with about 200 people and our college besties as bridesmaids and groomsmen...now our lives seem so much different, we would definitely do something else if we were getting married now--like a courthouse ceremony and a huge blow out cocktail party but just with our close friends and family.

This baby (and our son, who is 2) was planned! I will say this BFP was a surprise because we've been half-assed trying for a few months but just REALLY started trying last month and, BAM! I think I'm still a little in disbelief...

DH and I have been together for 8 years, married for 5. We had a church wedding and our reception had dinner and dancing for about 150 guests. It was my dream wedding and I'm glad he went along with it because we both had a ton of fun. He initially wanted something small and simple.

This baby was definitely planned. We'd been trying since December.

It was fun but we were babies when we got married and I imagine we would do something different now. Both of our pregnancies have been planned. Our first we tried for 2 years with a diagnosis of PCOS and Clomid cycles before getting pregnant with our daughter. She's now 19 months and we had been trying since she was a year, not know how long it would take. Now here we are

I've been with H since college, almost 10 years. Married for a little over 3. We got married at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore (where the Ravens play) and it. was. awesome. I will cherish those pictures forever.

We plan literally every step of our lives, so this baby was definitely planned and prayed for.

@emilyalso I don't know why, but I always think it's so cool when people meet online. I know it's so common now but I still love it!

DH and I have been together for over 11 years now including two years of long distance. We got married nearly 4 years ago and went the small wedding route of about 50 people. I'm impressed by some of the large weddings here!

As for babies... DD was let's go off the pill and see what happen. This one was I'll track my cycle, BD often during the fertile days and hope we get pregnant this cycle. We didn't want the two to be far apart in age. Fx this one will stick!

My H and I have been together for 14.5 years, and married for 10. Our wedding was pretty awesome, but extremely hot (that's what we get for getting married in the middle of July). Highlight includes losing my keys (they were never found), and hitting up Walmart and Taco Bell after our reception. This is baby # 3, and was definitely planned. We got a bfp from our first Ivf cycle!

We had our wedding in our backyard and it was luau theme. We have been trying for 4 cycles. This was baby was definitely planned as we started trying before the wedding : )

My husband and I have been together for 4 years. We just got married this May with a church ceremony followed by a reception at a vineyard in NH. DH and I aren't very religious but we were both raised Catholic and it just felt right to do it that way - my grandparents and DH's mom were so happy about it. Plus the church was gorgeous! Our wedding was perfect IMO and everyone tells us how much fun they had (which I attribute mostly to the open bar!

I stopped my birth control the week of our wedding and started tracking my fertile days as soon as my cycle regulated so baby was very much planned.

My husband and I met at a Halloween party in 2007. We started dating in the summer of 2008, got married in 2014, and started trying for a baby this summer. This is our second pregnancy, and we are hoping all goes well this time.

We got married in a cute chapel in my home town. My husband's bandmates were part of the bridal party, as well as his brother and some close friends. My bridesmaids were good friends and family members. We had a laid back approach and let everyone wear whatever they wanted for comfort and financial reasons.

Edited to add: this baby was planned over a year in advance.

H and I have been together for 4 and married for 2. We were friends before we started dating.

We we rented a huge beach house in the middle of the Caribbean and had close family and friends join us for a week. A local priest married us on the beach. We had our receptions (his family is out of state) a month later.

TW- our loss earlier this year solidified for us that we want to be parents sooner than later.. So this pregnancy was planned!

We got married on a golf course, it was 75* in Aug in Chicago which was amazing!!! It was a rusticy wedding, mason jars and chalk boards.

This was a planned baby!! I'm so excited.

@sarah0985 Yes I LOVE my CUBBIES!! I know you can't see it but in my picture my dog's bandanna is Cubs. My husband and I go to the games all the time. The day we officially became boyfriend and girlfriend was a Cubs vs Sox game :-)

Husband and I have known each other for 11 years, but only been together for 7 of them due to a bit of an age gap as well. (He's 40, I'm 28.) I always had a crush on him though

We got married in a rock quarry and it waited to pour minutes after the ceremony!

Our first baby took four months of ttc so this second unplanned one was quite a shock. I mean, we were about to start trying in a few months, so it def saves the trouble but... Man I really wanted a pumpkin beer this fall. Not to mention were moving homes next week and starting renovation on an old 1885 house. In the meantime, living with my mil is starting to sound like a nightmare. Did I mention no pumpkin beer??
