  I definitely think you should have to be vouched for to join. Maybe by three people?
  
  Secret, for sure. Allows people to speak more freely, and eliminates randos trying to join. 
  
  In my experience, 2-3 admins is a good number for checks and balances. No opinions on who admins should be. 
  
  No opinions yet on name, but maybe we can name it something generic like August 2016 moms to start and then decide on something more creative once the group is set.

  When we did this with DS1's BMB, we private messaged the admin via TB, who then shared her real name so people could message her via FB with their bump name. I'm not sure if there's a better way that's less clunky though, and still keeps some privacy in place...

  I agree for a secret group,  can we also compile a master list of user names - I know that is going to be confusing to me keeping it straight. I hope we can keep it to the regulars although to me,  that is a bit subjective. I also think put a deadline for adding additional people.

  I would also love to start the FB group, I think we have enough of a sense of who are regulars to keep it private enough.

  If there are three admins to found the group, then all three would have to vouch for the fourth member. If say only two could vouch, then that person might sit in queue until another member joined and could be the third voucher. So people might sit in queue longer in the beginning waiting for their three vouches, as opposed to once the group is 30-50 strong and it's easier to find three people who recognize your SN. To put a person in queue, you could simply post that person's bump name on the FB wall and three likes = vouched. Then we could just delete the post before that person is let in so that no one gets hurt feelings comparing number of likes, etc.
  
  I'm happy to be an admin since I've done this before. I nominate @BrunetteBabe722 to also admin since you started this.

  I agree with that keeping it private is the best way. It continues to allow us to ask questions and not worry about being judged. It will be a safe place.

  I don't have Facebook but I'm going to get one just for this!  That said, I feel ill-equipped to be an admin, and it might take me a little while to figure out how to do this, but hopefully I can make it work!

  I administration several groups on FB, I have never been an administrator for a bump group though.  I am on Facebook often for my work so I am available to administration if needed.

  I have been a little MIA as well since baby M arrived. The ap keeps kicking me out if I am not on everyday. Everything that has been mentioned sounds great to me.

  Agree with the pp, TB app can be difficult to work with sometimes, so I don't actually post as often as I would like- but I do lurk and read a lot... until the app kicks me out due to a large image being posted in the thread

  I'm down! FB is way easier for me than TB app. TB app is soooo slow sometimes and I have the hardest time replying to people, especially if I'm catching up on a thread. I agree with everyone else to the secret group and 3 person vouching thing.

  Yay! I've been waiting for the FB group! I agree that it should be private so we can continue to talk about things that I wouldn't necessarily want to be public knowledge and so it remains judgement free.

  Facebook group has been created!! If you would like to be a part of it, PM me your Facebook email address. I will then post your username in the group and other members will need to like the post in order to vouch for you. Once you get 3 likes, I will send you a request to join the group.
