What is your fitness goal this week? Get some active days in. I already got a workout in this morning, and can easily get to the gym 2 days this week with Zumba classes.
Any challenges this week? Working a weird scheduled again, so it's weird to get home between 5:30-6 when you're used to getting home between 3:30-4. However, if I went to the gym, it usually wasn't until 6:45ish for a class, so just less time home in between work and workout and then home for supper later. I will try!
How did you do with your goals last week? As expected, as mentioned above. NO workout days, except for any walking done.
GTKY: How did/are you spending your labor day weekend? In town... which was nice. I had the option to go out of town, but wouldn't have gotten back until today and wanted a day to relax. Went shopping with my MIL/SIL Saturday for some maternity clothes, then went for supper with them, DH, FIL, SIL hubby and 2 nephews and their grandparents. Sunday, just did laundry and some small cleaning. Today... grocery store trip and maybe head out to some furniture stores to look for a recliner for our upstairs living room.

Mon - OFF, Tues-swim, Wed - elliptical and strength, Thurs - stretch and strength, Fri - yoga, Sat - hike, Sun - off

No... I'm finding walking is actually really uncomfortable this time around so I'm walking intermittently much less making my workouts more important
How did you do with your goals last week?
Rockin. Gold stars for workouts. Nutrition could have been... less brownies. But they were SO GOOD. So actually probably not.

working out, cleaning out, hanging with friends, playing with DS, washing the dog, and I just made soup.

stress relief for me comes in the form of crossing off to-do list items which we've been great at lately
Eat healthier. I've been on a carbs and meat diet while in Texas. I need to undo this.

The usual - move something 3-5 days a week.

Life.

Traveling was a challenge, but I think it was okay.
Sunday - Ran 1 mile & did a yoga dvd
Monday - walked a mile
Thursday - full body weights
Friday - SO much walking...the airport, touring, etc. I'd guess I managed 2-3 miles at least.
Saturday - Nothing really
Sunday - More walking
