Hi everyone, after lurking around for some time. I thought I'd take the plunge and join in. After trying for some time we were overjoyed when we found out we were expecting our little one. Our little one is due beginning of October.
I am obviously pretty late to the party (I was using what to expect but felt blah about it- a lady I work with suggested this app instead), but just figured I'd throw this in here so if people wanted to look.
Im due 10/10 with my second girl. A few details since you guys seem pretty familiar with each other: I work part time in the special education department at a middle school, husband and I have been married for almost 8 years and we live in Pa although I'm originally from New England.
So so hello to everyone. I did read all the 'read me first' and the few days they make you wait before posting, I feel like I have a grasp of this board, I promise to not upset the flow!
Hello! I know I am late to the party, but I wanted to introduce myself. **Losses Mentioned**
This is my fourth pregnancy. Our first, Robby, was born prematurely at 23 weeks, and only lived for two hours. Our second, Ellie, was also born prematurely at 26 weeks. She spent 9.5 weeks in the NICU, but she is now 3.5 and doing wonderful! I had a TAC placed a couple years ago, and then had an early m/c last July.
I am technically due early November, but because of my TAC, this will be an October baby (hopefully we make it that far).
Hey! My name is Ashley and I'm expecting twins in October! I'm 22 weeks and trying hard now to get their room ready and important things done! Nervous and excited are two of many emotions!!
My edd is Oct 8th. I am now 25 weeks along! Some days is seems like it is going fast and others slow. I've had new symptoms his time around. Varicose veins. Having to wear compression hose. Next app is the glucose test for me in July!
Hi all, I am about to be a mommy to a new bundle of joy this October! I couldn't be more excited!!! By the time our son is born we will have a 19-month old as well. Some say we are going to be busy parents, but I cannot wait to embrace the opportunity to raise another little peanut. My whole world changed when my daughter was born last year, she is the light of my life and I cannot wait to give her a sibling to love and grow up with. Before her, I lost 3 babies with my previous husband, and I was told I probably had very low chances of conceiving, so when I found out I was pregnant with my daughter, I couldn't be happier. Now I am still in shock that I am having baby #2!! I still get a lot of anxiety like something is going to happen to this pregnancy, but I try to remain positive and count my blessings. Congrats all!
I am actually over on the November board (DD Nov 8) but I have complete placenta previa and am currently in the hospital due to bleeding (currently 21 weeks). So there is a very good possibility that I will be delivering at 37 weeks which puts me around Oct 18th. Hope the PP moves but they aren't too optimistic- as its complete and I have both an anterior and posterior placenta. So anyways- was hoping you guys wouldn't mind me jumping in over here too! This board is way more active and I am struggling in the hospital. I have a LO that's almost 3 at home so this is baby 2 and it's a boy!
Hey guys. I'm Angel. I have a 19 month old son and am pregnant with twin girls. My official due date is Nov 9th, but mfm says our goal is 36 weeks and he won't let me go past 38..which puts these babies being born in October. I was also over on the Nov board, but thought I would come check it out over here.
I'm Jena, This is baby number 4, due Oct 28 but growth shows her a little earlier than that. I currently have 2 boys and 1 girl, this will be our second girl. I need to get my husband to agree to a vasectomy now lol. And I'm currently dealing with hellish hormones and mood swings !!
My name is Michelle and I am a FTM. I'm currently 24 weeks along and our due date was recently changed from November 7th to November 3rd so I figured I should probably hang out in the October and November boards (: happy to be here with all of you!!!
Hi October moms!! My name is Michelle, I'm from Vancouver BC and expecting a boy in October! Have had a very symptom-free pregnancy so far side from literally the most giant bump known to man kind.... I keep wondering if I'm carrying twins and the doctors missed one! I was pretty tiny before getting pregnant, haven't gained all that much weight (normal amt) but look like I'm ready to pop. It's weird. I look at the October 16 hdbd posts and look most like the moms of multiples! But next Wednesday I'll let you all decide!
I've been pretty active on the November board but my due date changed last month from November 8 to October 26 so I've been going back and forth a bit. I'm really excited to be a bigger part of this community!
Hi everyone! I'm Mar. Sorry I haven't posted here before, I was a bit nervous of jinxing things at first and then completely forgot about the forums on here. But I'm super excited, first time mom here I am due on 10/31 so I may end up being a November mom... who knows! Anyways I hope everyones pregnancies are going well and nice to meet you all.
Happy Friday! I am new to this forum and due with my first miracle baby October 28. We are keeping the gender as a surprise (for now ). I am 37 and have been trying to get pregnant for the past 4 years so I couldn't be more excited... and anxious at the same time! Looking forward to getting to know you all!!
Married 11-11-11 TTC only since Dec 2015. I had some weight to get off. Been working hard in the gym for over a year. BFP 02-15-16 with our first IT'S A BOY!!!
Hello! This is baby #2 for me and baby #1 for my fiancee Paul and I. My daughter Leilani is 5 years old and is very excited on the new baby. Baby #2 is left to be a surprise! (Hoping for a boy) due October 31st! I am so excited to be having a baby due on Halloween, only a few days after my 24th birthday on the 28th.
I really should have done this a long time ago,but no harm in trying now. Hi everyone, not new to the forum but first time commenting. My baby girl #2, is due october 27th,its being a real bumpy ride with moving to a new country and trying so hard not to miss home. Just glad to be where I am right now. Baby girl is doing pretty well and am busy trying to get my 2 yr old Angel to understand another bundle of joy on the way soon. It's being lovely learning so much on this family like community and I intend to keep learning, thanks for having me on board.
Hi everyone! I am so sad I did not find this community sooner. I am a FTM due Oct 13 to a little baby boy. I am nervous and unsure of what to expect as well as overwhelmed with all I feel I have left to do.
Plus, I was one of the unlucky ones diagnosed with gestational diabetes so food and lifestyle modification has been incredibly challenging for me.
Haven't been on the board this pregnancy until now....I have a 13 month old and I'm due Halloween......yup! Hoping she comes early. They will be 15 months apart. Didn't lose much weight from first pregnancy so I feel like a whale this round. Names Jen, nice to meet you all
Hello everyone! I'm very late here! I'm due on 10/31/16, but will be getting a c-section prior to that (most likely a week, but no date has been scheduled yet). I'm 37 and this is my third pregnancy. The other two I lost in the second trimester, so fingers crossed for this one! Team Blue here btw!
Better late than never I guess. By my dr's account I'm 36+1 today, since this is impossible I'm sticking with I'm 37+1 today. Super stupid long story short, he says I'm due Oct. 20. Regardless, we have made it to month 9 and I'm just now checking out this app on my phone, but I've spent the last week reading the posts and catching up. This is our fourth, we have had two losses. The other children are 18 years, 14 years, 18 months. At 32 weeks we had an US that estimated Andrew was just over 5lbs. So at this point every week that passes I'm just getting more depressed at the thought of how big he will be. My first child was 9.5 lbs. Healthy is all we really want of course.....but now that we are in the pretty safe to deliver range the walking has officially started lol
I found out I was pregnant at nearly 8 weeks. We weren't trying but it seems the stars aligned for us and decided a baby we shall have! due date was October 12 and she was born via a very lengthy induction process on the 14th. she has been such a sweet addition to our home and I am enjoying the challenges of motherhood thus far.
Hi everyone! I've been lurking for awhile but really want to join in so hopefully you'll have me. My EDD was Oct 29 but after an unsuccessful induction which led to a c section, my beautiful girl arrived on Oct 23. I'm a FTM and have a lot to learn and am grateful to join this support system.
Hi! I just found this "birth month club" on here so I'm super late to the party! I am a FTM and had my beautiful baby girl on her due date, October 27. I ended up having to have an unplanned c section after an extremely long day. I would love to keep checking in for the added support! Looks like there might be a Facebook group. How do you get added to that?
@lmrichards sorry, the fb group is only for established members and is now closed. we haven been a part of this community since our bfp and developed a level of comfort knowing each other before ever moving to fb.
