Testing: waiting.... +7 bloodwork today, does that count? Lol
R/R: whaaaaaa!? Realising of course that taking progesterone is also going to influence one's chart, but still, that spike was sure cool to see this morning!
CS/Q: That is all.
GTKY: Apart from babysitting, my first jobs were working at a burrito place, (just before Chipotle rolled up on the scene), and was a lifeguard.
@leekat14. Try not to worry too much about one temp, so long as the biphasic pattern is there, that's all you need. Could be fallback rise, or ID, either way, nbd as long as AF stays away! :D
Testing: I'm so pissed! I'm out of Wondfos but I had a FIrst Response digital test. And it's FAULTY! It is still on the clock screen 2 hours later. I followed the instructions. So now I have to go buy another test and test tomorrow with First Morning pee. I feel like taking the test with me and demanding a new one for free.
R/R: um. See above lol
CS/Q: should I ask for a free test? Tests aren't cheap y'all. I paid 30 bucks for that stupid clock screen.
GTKY: in honor of the Labor Day weekend in the US, what was your first job? Canadian here, we celebrate Labor Day too. My first job was a deli at a grocery store slicing meat and cheese on demand lol.
R/R: Broke out like a teenager on my face yesterday, so I don't think thay bodes well for me. Excited for the long weekend though!!
CS/Q: nah, forgot to temp this morning, dangit!
GTKY: in honor of the Labor Day weekend in the US, what was your first job? I worked at Petsmart! I loved seeing all of the doggies that came in! Why can't work be that carefree now?
R/R: I had a weird obvious ute cramp last night, and this morning my cervix was high after being super low yesterday. So I'm obviously KU Making it until Monday to test is going to be a challenge with all the BSC I've been feeling.
CS/Q: Nadda
GTKY: in honor of the Labor Day weekend in the US, what was your first job? Other than babysitting, I started working at a daycare in their after school program right after I turned 16!
Testing: BFN on 8DPO & 11DPO. If AF doesn't show her face today, I'm testing again tonight.
R/R: It's the last day of our summer hours. And I'm just hope I actually get out at 3 with everyone. I hate month end close. And we're closing super early since my boss is out of town Tuesday. I'm almost done with my stuff, but I'm sure he'll find more small things for me to do since my co-worker switched positions. I'm also super bummed about this storm headed up the east coast. This was going to be my ONE weekend at the beach. We're definitely headed to Jersey with our pups, but it'll either be to my parent's house or their beach house. They're going to decide today. But I'm definitely finding time to pit stop and see my niece, nephew, and their new puppy!
CS/Q: none today
GTKY: in honor of the Labor Day weekend in the US, what was your first job? My parents started an ice cream shop when I was five years old. By the time I was old enough to work there, they sold it. But the new owners gave me a job anyway. I would totally work in another ice cream store again... it so much fun!
Me: 28 DH :28 Married 12/5/2015 4 fur babies - 2 cats, 2 dogs TTC July 2016
R/R: I'm trying to not get excited about that dip in my chart. There is a good chance it means nothing, and I don't want to be disappointed.
CS/Q: Nope, throwing my chart in though.
GTKY: in honor of the Labor Day weekend in the US, what was your first job? I worked at a Bess Eaton (Tim Horton's). All the free donuts and coffee I wanted!
Testing: BFN this morning (not unexpected), won't test again until Tuesday if temp is still high. Mostly I'm bummed because so many awesome ladies have gotten BFPs this week, and I wanted to be in a BMB with them!
R/R: I was not hopeful about this cycle, but my temp went up .2 degrees this morning, so I thought maybe there was a chance. I guess there still is, but I got an almost immediate BFP at 11dpo with DD, so I assume I'm out at this point. Hopefully AF doesn't show up until Sunday or Monday; I'd really like to at least have a reasonable LP this go round.
CS/Q: Nah. My temp this morning went up by .2, but I also am sick and slept horribly last night, so it might not even be real. I was coughing and blowing my nose nonstop from like 2-3am, and then my alarm went off at 4:45, so that temp was questionable at best.
GTKY: in honor of the Labor Day weekend in the US, what was your first job? I worked at The Gap. It was both awesome and horrible for my shopping addiction.
CS/Q: @businesswife I am with you on the weird temp spike. My chart is strange thanks to meds this month
GTKY: in honor of the Labor Day weekend in the US, what was your first job? I worked in retail in high school at bath and body works and Aeropostale. Neither was fun. Especially the day after Christmas
Forgot to ask... is there a "best" time to test?? I was going to test after work today, but wasn't sure if I should try and hold out for tomorrow morning...
Me: 28 DH :28 Married 12/5/2015 4 fur babies - 2 cats, 2 dogs TTC July 2016
GTKY: in honor of the Labor Day weekend in the US, what was your first job? i worked at a random little smoothie place in the Thousand Oaks mall. I got fired because all of my friends kept coming and bugging me for free smoothies lol!
R/R: The BSC is in full force over here. I think all the grads this week combined with pressure from my personal life, and knowing that if it doesn't happen this cycle we are TTA for a long while is all adding to my crazy.
CS/Q: Nope
GTKY: in honor of the Labor Day weekend in the US, what was your first job? I was the assistant teacher in a Montessori preschool classroom. LOVED IT! And as soon as I'm done being a stay at home mom I'm headed right back into the Montessori teaching world.

@marybpoppins if you're testing early, like before your missed period, usually you should test with your first morning pee, as it is the least diluted. but by the time you've missed your period, you should have enough HCG in your system to test at any time of day. If you're 15dpo right now, you can probably test at night and be fine. I'd suggest maybe not drinking too much water in the couple of hours before hand.
Testing: ...I may or may not have tested this morning! Haha but yeah tomorrow a.m.
R/R: im feeling out... yesterday I felt really tired, again, and my dh's shower soap was like woah when I was in the kitchen, and I thought "totally pregnant... I probably just ovulated early and ff is off" ... and now my bbs are less sore, i got a bfn and im just not feeling it anymore. Sorry to walk you through my SS craziness... but I'm just a mess and kind of sad.
CS/Q: no... unless somebody has a magic crystal ball they want to lend me
GTKY: in honor of the Labor Day weekend in the US, what was your first job? Gymnastics teacher!
R/R: welp had a dream AF came last night and lo and behold this morning my CM was a little brown tinged. So I'll probably be making my way to WTO tomorrow. *sigh* However, it is a 3 day weekend so at least there's that. And I can drink knowing confidently that I'm not KU.
CS/Q:
GTKY: in honor of the Labor Day weekend in the US, what was your first job? I worked at a local convenience store/grocery store that is owned by my high school best friend's step dad. I hated every second of it.
Testing: Despite saying I'd wait until tomorrow, a high temp yesterday and slightly high temp today made me go BSC and test and *shocker* stark white BFN.
R/R: And after the BFN my next stop was countdowntopregnancy.com (sidenote: @marybpoppins this is a site that will help you decide when to test) to see what the stats were. Now I'm holding my breath every time I go to the bathroom because last cycle I had brown spotting on 10DPO. Like @DungeonTrollMel said, the BSC is strong this month. I think because this is the first cycle ever that we've had really, really good timing and not just "still possible, but not great."
CS/Q: Can I get off the carousel now?
GTKY: in honor of the Labor Day weekend in the US, what was your first job? Worked at an Old Navy when it was still kind of a Gap outlet with more Gap-like clothing, when the stores were just starting to break out of outlet malls and be real stores. It sucked so, so much. Folding and refolding clothes all day is the most boring job ever.

CD/DPO: 26/3 (FF says I'm 4 DPO but we are just gonna have to agree to disagree)
Timing: -4,-1 (or -3, O if FF is correct)
Testing: I am not sure yet. Since this is cycle 1, I felt more BSC pre-O than post-O, just wondering if/when it would happen. I feel like I'd be surprised if we got KU month #1, so I'm mostly just hoping for a decent LP length but idk I do have wondfos so I don't feel like it's a waste of $, just don't want to get my hopes up too much!
R/R: DH is going out of town this weekend to visit his family & help them out with a few things and I can't go with because of my work schedule he will be home late Tuesday and will probably have to leave again on Wednesday to work out of town. I'm bummed...
CS/Q: N/A
GTKY: in honor of the Labor Day weekend in the US, what was your first job? I was a hostess at Bob Evans my junior year of high school. I had 3 managers and one of them was really mean. I got paid $6 an hour and I quit after 3 months with no other job lined up because "my next semester looks too difficult to balance with a job" (read "I hate this job and don't care about the extra $80 a week"). I got my second job, at a bagel shop, during my senior year of high school and I worked there until I graduated from undergrad and started my first full time job.

@BusinessWife That surely is a pretty chart though! Gah I'm keeping my FX so tightly!
@maebee87 Hell. Yeah. Ask for a new test. That's bull. And if the store you bought it at won't refund you, call the company that produced the test.
@BitterBetty12 Fx so very hard that your CP location is a GOOD sign!!
@mamashan12 Very pretty chart! Fx that dip means something!!
@DungeonTrollMel That chart cannot all be meds! That is a really great looking chart. I know you like to test your trigger, but I would stop testing at this point. (Easier said then done right?) At this point you'll drive yourself crazy with the strength of the lines. I would wait until 11 or 12 dpo if you can. Don't throw stones at me lol.
@marybpoppins I would test with FMU just to be safe. It's the most diluted. It takes 6-12 days for an egg to implant and start producing hormones, so even if you've "missed your period" and are still getting BFN I would use FMU on the off chance that you implanted late. Of course, you may just be having a long cycle too. FX!

CD/DPO: CD14, 1.5dpt / 1dpiui/ 1dpo
Timing: -4, -3, IUI on O, +1
Testing: Way to early
R/R: I'm pretty sure I O'ed last night. I had the cramp-y feelings and some watery CM. But the cramps could have been from the pressure I had during the IUI. I also realized this is the earliest in a cycle I've had the IUI. My first cycle I didn't have the IUI until CD 33, the past two cycles I had it done on CD 16, this cycle I had it done on CD 13. I'm sure that has zero significance but fx it does.
CS/Q:
GTKY: In honor of the Labor Day weekend in the US, what was your first job? I worked at K-Mart for all of two months lol.
CD/DPO: 14/2 FF says 14/6. I disagree. The silly cat has been uber annoying around 3:45am the last three mornings so I feel like my temps are suffering. I'm hoping it realigns tomorrow. But either way I moved over because I'm always right... always FF, always...
Timing: -3,-2,-1,+1
Testing: nope
R/R: It's Friday. I've have completed my first work week at my new job and I don't want to run screaming from it (yet). Today is employee appreciation day, which is not something my old company ever even considered so I'm pretty pumped.
CS/Q:
GTKY: in honor of the Labor Day weekend in the US, what was your first job?
I was a badge checker. The 1st summer I sat in a chair and checked badges for 5 hours a day, 6 days a week. I read a lot and pretened to laugh when every single 40-60 year old said "Badges? We don't need no stinking badges." I did it for 6 summers. But after that first one, they upped the ante and we had to stand (they would fire you if you sat) and walk the beach to make sure people weren't sneaking on and we worked 40 hours so we got the extra day off. I had to wear a tank top and these horrible (but so comfortable) men's basketball mesh shorts that I actually wore last night (DH LOATHES them). So basically for all summers from ages 16-22 I had the worst tan lines ever. EVER. The best part was all the hot lifeguards and the lifeguard parties. And all your friends wanted to come and visit you because you worked at the beach and they didn't need a badge. It was the best job for a teenage girl.
Testing: BFN on cd 8 and 10, so waiting until after labor day.
R/R: Family is coming tonight, but luckily no one is at work today, so Ill probably leave early and work from home for the second half of the day. Trying to get my mind off of testing, and just enjoy the weekend with my family.

GTKY: in honor of the Labor Day weekend in the US, what was your first job? Other than working as a babysitter, My first real job was a summer job between sophomore and junior year in high school, working at a music shop. I worked in the back cleaning all the instruments that were returned. Most of these were from 4th and 5th grade students who wanted to try to learn and play in Band. If they chose to quit after that year, they would return the instrument and I cleaned it. To this day, I can smell the cleaner, and picture some of the nasty crap that came out of these poor instruments! EWWW

R/R: Rant - I have had some nausea. I'm on some meds and I have been taking some prenatals and I am totally chalking it up to that. This morning when I peed, my urine had that "your period is about to show" smell to it....so who knows what that means. Also I am dealing with some neckne (neck acne) which is very uncommon. It's all in my head, I totally know it. Rave - My friend was telling me about a great opportunity at the local upper elementary school as a SPED Para. On a whim I filled out my app on Monday. On Tuesday, they called me for an interview on Wednesday. Luckily Wednesday was my day off, so I interviewed and the interview lasted 30 minutes. They asked me if my current job knew I was there and I said no. Well, Thursday morning the principal calls me and says they need my professional reference as the last thing to extend me a job offer. I have worked as an events coordinator for over 8 years...I work so many weekends and I will get so much back that I have missed out in life. I'm sad to leave my job, but so happy I will have a normal schedule. I don't even know what normal is anymore.
CS/Q: No questions, just mainly bummed about the period smelling piss I had this morning. It's way to early to be starting.
GTKY: in honor of the Labor Day weekend in the US, what was your first job? The golden arches at 15 1/2! Oh the stories about working at McDonalds.....
@leekat14 – That sounds like my kinda place. Yummy!
@maebee87 – I would likely send the company an email. It wouldn’t hurt at all. They might do something. I just buy the cheapie ones online or the 88
cent ones at walmart anymore.
@slam1110 – My facial acne (think beard area) was the first
indicator I was expecting my son. Don’t
count it out yet! It happened super
early too. Do you have break outs close
to period time?
@bitterbetty12 – FX, I always struggle to wait until
10dpo!
@marybpoppins – Jealous you get beach time this
weekend. My house is a disaster and I am
working all weekend. I do have Monday
off but we have an HOA event and I am VP, so you know where that is going. Soak up some sun for me and I will pray the
rain stays away for ya!
@marybpoppins Sorry for the bad weather headed your
way! I think we are done with the worst
of it at this point. I hope you can
still get some beach time in!
Testing: BFN today. Not going to waste any
tests unless AF doesn’t come.
R/R: I feel like the last few cycles we
haven’t even gotten a chance to try. This month DH got food poisoning and was
puking for -1 and O all day. Last month I had to go to a funeral across the
country during my FW without DH. With all that it’s no surprise I don’t have a
BFP, but still disappointing.
CS/Q: Keeping the above in mind and adding
that our first cycle we didn’t try super hard because DH kinda freaked out and
we had to pump the brakes: at 6 months of trying should I be considering
talking to a doctor, looking into any sort of testing? Or is it still early for
that?
GTKY: in honor of the Labor Day weekend in
the US, what was your first job? I had a paper route in
elementary/middle school. That makes me feel really old right now lol.
@mrsdaddario I'm actually not driving myself crazy testing out trigger. I just dip it and don't even look. Just tack it down on the sheet I have with all of them. I will start scrutinizing in a few days and have them logged as comparison

CS/Q: This is probably a more of an R/R but I started to spot yesterday, and if I had to guess AF is on her way. The chances of this being our month are like 0 to -1. Timing was not in the cards for us. I am just super bummed that it appears as I have aged (ah the horror of it all) my LP would be short. Like uuuuuber short. When we got pregnant with my daughter in 2014, I had really long cycles, like 45 days with a 13 day LP. I now just have this defeated feeling that it won't be that easy this time and I am really just having a SS kind of mentality.

Testing: Tested with a wondfo this morning. BFN. Will test again on Tuesday before my RE appointment if no sign of AF. @delujm0, it looks like we are testing buddies.

@maebee87 I may not bring in the test itself to the store because you peed on it and it might look a little nutty, but I'd still bring the box/receipt and see if they can help. If not, the customer service number on the box should hopefully be able to assist you/send you a replacement.

Hopefully AF doesn't show up until Sunday or Monday; I'd really like to at least have a reasonable LP this go round.
CS/Q: Nah. My temp this morning went up by .2, but I also am sick and slept horribly last night, so it might not even be real. I was coughing and blowing my nose nonstop from like 2-3am, and then my alarm went off at 4:45, so that temp was questionable at best.

i worked at a random little smoothie place in the Thousand Oaks mall. I got fired because all of my friends kept coming and bugging me for free smoothies lol!
CD/DPO: 26/12
Timing: Pretty good
Testing: BFN @ 11dpo, testing again tomorrow
R/R: The BSC is in full force over here. I think all the grads this week combined with pressure from my personal life, and knowing that if it doesn't happen this cycle we are TTA for a long while is all adding to my crazy.
CS/Q: Nope
GTKY: in honor of the Labor Day weekend in the US, what was your first job?
I was the assistant teacher in a Montessori preschool classroom. LOVED IT! And as soon as I'm done being a stay at home mom I'm headed right back into the Montessori teaching world.

R/R: welp had a dream AF came last night and lo and behold this morning my CM was a little brown tinged. So I'll probably be making my way to WTO tomorrow. *sigh* However, it is a 3 day weekend so at least there's that. And I can drink knowing confidently that I'm not KU.

Testing: I am not sure yet. Since this is cycle 1, I felt more BSC pre-O than post-O, just wondering if/when it would happen. I feel like I'd be surprised if we got KU month #1, so I'm mostly just hoping for a decent LP length

FX!
Month/Cycle: 12/9

I worked at K-Mart for all of two months lol.
@businesswife What a great chart!!! FX for you!
Month/Cycle: 4/4
CD/DPO: 26/11
Timing: -5, -3, -2, -1
Testing: BFN on cd 8 and 10, so waiting until after labor day.
R/R: Family is coming tonight, but luckily no one is at work today, so Ill probably leave early and work from home for the second half of the day. Trying to get my mind off of testing, and just enjoy the weekend with my family.

EWWW

Testing: I was silly and caved last night. I know way better than to test so early so of course it was BFN.

@mommytom13 – Ugggg to vacation being over!
@businesswife – Love that rise you got today!
@leekat14 – That sounds like my kinda place. Yummy!
@maebee87 – I would likely send the company an email. It wouldn’t hurt at all. They might do something. I just buy the cheapie ones online or the 88 cent ones at walmart anymore.
@slam1110 – My facial acne (think beard area) was the first indicator I was expecting my son. Don’t count it out yet! It happened super early too. Do you have break outs close to period time?
@bitterbetty12 – FX, I always struggle to wait until 10dpo!
@marybpoppins – Jealous you get beach time this weekend. My house is a disaster and I am working all weekend. I do have Monday off but we have an HOA event and I am VP, so you know where that is going. Soak up some sun for me and I will pray the rain stays away for ya!
@mamashan12 – That is a great dip! FX!!!
@delujm0 – You aren’t out until she shows. FX for you, temp rise is good! Sorry about the BFN this AM though L
@hopeforababy – Glad to hear about the temp rise!
@dungeontrollmel – Loving your chart right now too.
@tripledaggerWed95976 – I totally wish I could get excited about a Friday. Maybe soonish…
@Angelaplus3 – Sorry about your BFN this morning.
@nelbetron – Still so early…you aren’t out yet! Think positive!
@shstephenson – Sorry about your BFNs and the spotting.

@avidvertigo Congrats on what looks like a new job!! And yes, I do usually have some break outs prior to AF coming... womp womp.

Testing: BFN today. Not going to waste any tests unless AF doesn’t come.
R/R: I feel like the last few cycles we haven’t even gotten a chance to try. This month DH got food poisoning and was puking for -1 and O all day. Last month I had to go to a funeral across the country during my FW without DH. With all that it’s no surprise I don’t have a BFP, but still disappointing.
CS/Q: Keeping the above in mind and adding that our first cycle we didn’t try super hard because DH kinda freaked out and we had to pump the brakes: at 6 months of trying should I be considering talking to a doctor, looking into any sort of testing? Or is it still early for that?
GTKY: in honor of the Labor Day weekend in the US, what was your first job? I had a paper route in elementary/middle school. That makes me feel really old right now lol.

R/R: My boss is out on vacation, which means, I get left with all the wacky clients that need decisions made on some of the most mundane things. Seriously, I can't believe that people call their attorney for this stuff. On a positive note, its a long weekend! Whoop Whoop!

@maebee87 I may not bring in the test itself to the store because you peed on it and it might look a little nutty, but I'd still bring the box/receipt and see if they can help. If not, the customer service number on the box should hopefully be able to assist you/send you a replacement.
