How many weeks? 38!

What size? The size of a baby

Upcoming appointments? NST and OB appointment tomorrow

Rants/Raves/Questions? I've been having painful contractions and constant menstrual like cramping the last few days. I just had physio today where she massaged some trigger points and did her internal pelvic floor work on me, and I think it aggravated things. I'm currently laying on the couch in so much discomfort. Hoping it amounts to something because I can't do 2 more weeks of this every day!

Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? Craving all of the ice cream. I eat about 2 bowls a day. Oops. And also citrus fruit still.

GTKY: What type of music do you listen to? I love EDM, so channel 51 BPM on Sirius radio. H and I crank those club beats in our Prius and probably look so ridiculously white.

How many weeks? 37!!! Out of preemie status!!

What size? Lettuce I think?

Upcoming appointments? I had one today. Doctor is happy with everything, no protein in my urine (there was a trace last week so I've really upped my fluid intake) no gain in weight since last week, BP normal. I just can't believe I've made it to this point and things are looking so good. Counting my blessings daily, for sure!

Rants/Raves/Questions? Rave- ever since I have upped my fluids I've been feeling awesome. Hardly any aches and pains and sleeping much better at night. I also think much of the anxiety of a preemie is gone at this point and I'm able to just enjoy being pregnant. I know I am not the norm in that respect. I have no desire to do anything that could potentially start labor. I want to see how long this baby will stay!

Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? I really want these ham and cheese roll up things my mom makes.

GTKY: What type of music do you listen to? Right now I've been listening to Hamilton and only Hamilton. Otherwise usually popular music.

What size? I have no idea, my insurance still hasn't approved my extra growth scan.

Upcoming appointments? Three a week until the end of time baby comes.

Rants/Raves/Questions? I'm so tired and sore and hungry and tired. It really is first trimester all over, including acne and nausea and exhaustion.

Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? I coughed earlier today and my ribs and/or sternum stabbed something and it was excruciating. That spot is still tender from the first time it happened, back when I had to go to L&D because I was in so much pain I was crying over an hour later.

GTKY: What type of music do you listen to? Mostly rock, lots of chill music.

Upcoming appointments? NST and cervical check Thursday. Based on that we will schedule my induction for next week. Anybody have any idea how to take care of two newborns at once? I feel like I should have done some sort of prep before now.

Rants/Raves/Questions? My mother is driving me insane. It would turn into the longest rant ever but signing up to present at a convention the week you know your daughter is being induced after having committed to provide child care for her toddler is NOT COOL.

Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? Nothing sounds good. Except hard cider.

GTKY: What type of music do you listen to? Mostly country. Because I'm cool like that.

GTKY: What type of music do you listen to? Mostly indie, singer/songwriter, some alternative. My favorites are things like The Head and the Heart, Walk Off the Earth, Matt Nathanson, The Lumineers, etc

Tuesday ticker change baby (due 9/13 born 8/23). One week old yesterday. We had newborn pics taken the other day and I took this one with my phone.

I'm still here and hope to have 3 more check ins before baby.

How many weeks? 36

What size? I wish I knew. She feels heavy.

Upcoming appointments? I have one in a few hours. GBS test. I don't know if I'll have a cervical check. Not looking forward to either of these things.

Rants/Raves/Questions? My breast pump arrived. Seems complicated.

Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? It's before 7am here and I'd love a burrito and a root beer.

GTKY: What type of music do you listen to? Ryan Adams is a favorite. I usually only listen to music when I'm in the car which is not a daily thing. I'm frequently switching to various Sirius stations for music that is 10-40+ years old. As far as somewhat newer music...the records that I like that DH plays are by Chvrches, Best Coast, and PAPA, but i couldn't tell you the album or song names etc.

How many weeks? 39 (Ok, so this is my first ticker change check-in...maybe my last, though the Dr didn't seem to think I was going into labor anytime soon. What can I say, I like to procrastinate? Also, I so don't want to be doing work right now so this will fill up a little time...)

What size? A pumpkin

Upcoming appointments? Friday...may or may not do another cervical check. Haven't decided if I want to know if I've still made zero progress.

Rants/Raves/Questions? Not really a rant - more like a woe is me, but I totally hit a wall today. Wish I didn't have to work until the day this baby gets here, and really wish I could have saved/or could afford to take a few more weeks leave unpaid.

Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? I fluctuate between not being hungry/kinda nauseous, or just can't seem to get full.

GTKY: What type of music do you listen to? Just about anything besides country and polka. I tend to lean towards classic rock, indie, electronic and a dash of big band/classical when the mood strikes.

What size? a small baby

Upcoming appointments? had 36 week appointment today. Didn't gain any weight since last time (this was my goal since I really upped my physical activity the last few weeks, I was starting to gain a little too much), GBS test, doppler, BP, and flu shot. All was good!

Rants/Raves/Questions?

Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? Sleeping really sucks. If I lay on my right side I get hip pain and if I lay on my left side I get back pain. Like @RG1 I've been an ice cream-aholic lately

GTKY: What type of music do you listen to? I'll listen to anything but rap (unless its 90's rap which is all good). my favorites are country and classic rock

How many weeks? 39

Size? I'm with @RG1...the size of a baby

Appts? Just got back from my 39 week appt. No change...cervix still "thick" and dilated to one. I know I won't be pregnant for ever, but after hearing the same words these past 4 visits, I feel defeated.

Rants/Raves/Questions: When will my cervix get it in gear???

Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions: I had a migraine out of no where today. I have migraines even when I'm not pregnant, so it's nothing new. I've just been on a roll not having any. BP and urine was fine at my appt, so that's good.

GTKY: What kind of music do you listen to? Very unexpected for a soon to be mom of 3, but I love dance/electronic music (BPM is my favorite on Sirius). On the opposite end of the spectrum, I also love classic rock.

Also, I'm a horrible bumper lately. Reading everything, just to lazy to reply.

@BernieRae - Overall I give the miniseries a thumbs up, with a few thumbs down in terms of mistakes/decisions I think they made ... some of it carried over from the British version from what I understand. Without any spoilers, I feel as though most of Chandra's character was done poorly and not a very believable character, but the rest I really thoroughly enjoyed.

@AnnaS930 - I didn't know that there was a British version...will need to look into that. I'm glad you like the series overall. I only half-watched it, but watched most of the finale and it seemed to wrap up so fast at the end. DH seemed satisfied, but I could see how some viewers might be disappointed.
