Welcome new overdue ladies!! I'm almost 3 days overdue and going super stir crazy. I was really wanting this to happen naturally and now I'm worrying about the induction process- I'm scheduled for Wednesday. And people will not stop calling us about when the baby's supposed to be here!!
I am thinking about going on a hike today. I heard that could work. Then again, if it does, I just wasted all my energy on hiking.... Or I could just lay around all day and sulk. Decisions decisions.
Ok 10 days overdue but just got a call that I have an induction scheduled for tomorrow. That isn't what I initially wanted but at least the waiting game is over!!!!
@Lydiadiane I know exactly what you mean. I was walking around and dancing and then started to get concerned I wouldn't have any energy left if it actually worked. Good luck no matter what you choose!
@Smileygpotc thank you. Good luck to you on your induction. I'm currently 9 days past due and scheduled for Wednesday. So glad there's an end in sight.
@katie121209 I think I'm going to go to my appointment Wednesday and just say "hook me up." I'm ready. She told me at my last appointment we could do that, so instead of trying to schedule the morning, I'm going to just go with the attitude that Wednesday is the day. Unless, you know, I go before.
One more day ladies! I've been up since 430 am unable to sleep so I have no clue how I'm going to get any rest tonight!
My mind is actually pretty calm. I think it helps that I've been induced before so I feel like I know what to expect. My Type A personality likes having a date on the calendar. Of course, baby could surprise me and come today but I just don't think it's going to happen. Tonight when I crawl into bed could be a different story though!
I'm at work and I'm annoyed with life. I woke up this morning and told my husband I didn't want to be pregnant anymore and proceeded to be grumpy until he left. Scratch that, I'm still grumpy.
I'm still here and officially overdue. Went in for my 40 week appt on Friday and was only dilated 1cm, 30% effaced, and baby is high as can be. Due to previous csection and the current baby position I am not a good candidate for induction. My hopes for a Vbac before my scheduled c-section this Thursday seem to be going out the window. I would probably wait it out another week but my brother gets married a week from tomorrow and I don't really want to miss his wedding. Dd1 was a due date baby so I thought for sure this one would come sooner but I guess I'm not that lucky. All I wanted was at least a full week of recovery before this wedding but that isn't going to happen!
Ugh, due date is tomorrow and still very much pregnant. At this point even my stretch marks have stretch marks and my belly button has gone flush with my stomach... My (hopefully) last doctors appointment is today so I'm hoping for some sort of good news but not too optimistic seeing as I wasn't dilated at all last week. I think I'm gonna end up with a September baby unless she decides to just suprise us.

Edit- those of you getting induced tomorrow(!). Clearly all the days of the week are now the same to my over-pregnant brain.
