@LuND thanks for asking that question! I was wondering the same thing!
Month/Cycle: 10/5
CD/DPO: 33/7
Timing: - 5, -3, -1, 0, +1
Testing: Been telling myself I'm waiting for AF, but of course now I'm starting to calculate when it would be reasonable to test. Going to try to hold off!
R/R: DH is out of town this weekend so I decided since I am on my own (and can't enjoy a glass of wine) I would just make a bunch of food I love that he doesn't like, so I went and stocked up on supplies last night. I am unreasonably excited
CS/Q: Yes! If any of you have had a trigger shot before, how long did it take to get out of your system so you could trust a BFP? I would hate to get one and then realize it was still from the shot.
GTKY: What is the number one most-played song on your iTunes/iPod/Spotify/etc.? I mostly listen to google play (which is basically Pandora). They have a pop/country crossover station that is my jam.
Testing: Monday, if I make it that long without AF...and if I can stand it that long. Ugh.
R/R: So last cycle, on what I thought was 8DPO, I had AF surprise the eff out of me and make it look like I had a freaking 7 day LP (some of you may remember that I came slightly unhinged then). That has apparently done some psychological damage, because today I'm all paranoid that it will happen again.
However, this paranoia has led me to obsessively compare FF charts, and what I noticed is that when I manually adjust my O date from last cycle to where I think it happened, the trends pretty well line up with my history (with the exception of the wonky temps that put the cross hairs on CD16 instead of CD12 in the first place). Long story short, I'm pretty sure I O'd on CD12 and my LP last cycle was a closer to my usual 11 rather than the are you effing kidding me 7.
Unfortunately, I will probably continue to be paranoid into tomorrow, CD23, because, you guessed it, last cycle was only 23 days.
CS/Q: Nope
GTKY: I cannot for the life of me figure out where to find the stats in iTunes, but I would have to guess it's a Foo Fighters song because they are my all-time favorites. Lately I've been listening to lots of Fitz and the Tantrums, too.
I can make your hands clap...

@ClaireCF Ahhh that sounds like an amazing weekend. Whenever I know I am not responsible for feeding DH (giant man child) I always make myself all the yummy foods he despises!
@Aurora1973 tell your brain to shut it. An AF can stay away too while we're at it!
@ahrains and @Sirius37 I've loved Fitz and the Tantrums since hearing "Money Grabber". If you haven't yet, check out the episode of Live From Daryl's House with their singers. It's excellent. Their music fits so well with Daryl Hall. And @ahrains, so glad you're still here. I know you feel out, and if you are, I'm so sorry. But it's not over until AF makes her ugly appearance. FX that she stays away!
@swimsister and @shstephenson Thanks!! I need all the good vibes I can get so that I can stop losing my damn mind. And I love that gif with the little girl. It sums it up perfectly.

@ClaireCF: I loooove my occasional weekends without DH! Don't get me wrong, I adore DH and he isn't picky about food, but he insists on some sort of meat for every meal. I'd be in hog heaven if I could eat bread, cheese, and pasta for the rest of eternity (and not get fat). And, for some reason the idea of only having to feed myself and getting to watch ALL OF MY THINGS is just da' best! Enjoy!
@SP128 Ugh that

Wow, can't believe how many posts I missed since starting the thread this morning! My takeaway is that you guys have very lucky husbands! I come from the school of "This is what is for dinner -- if you don't like it, make your own dinner" so he eats what I make on nights I make dinner. (He makes dinner about twice per week and I eat what he makes, and it is almost always pasta.)
@SP128 Joining in the chorus of thinking that is crazy but also kind of excited to hear from you what happens.
@adirat that is what I usually do, especially since DH thinks "I don't like that" and "I've never tried it" are the same things! But I do give in for some things, like the curry that I'm making this weekend, that I can appreciate would really suck to be served if you didn't like it.

I totes should've specified that I really enjoy cooking - it's the "chore" that I've chosen to be in charge of, and, in turn, DH does the yard work because I hate yard work. Not to mention that he's been working on renovating/finishing our new house for about a year now, and I'm crap with tools/carpentry/etc. I can paint, but otherwise it's all him busting his ass to build us a beautiful home. And, DH rarely has a say in what I cook, but I try to keep his preferences in mind.
@adirat I'm in the same boat as @LuND... DH does the yard work and washing of cars, ect so I do the cooking, laundry, ect. I don't ever really cater to what he wants to eat but I just don't cook stuff that I know he hates (coincidentally stuff I love)
@ClaireCF - Your weekend sounds heavenly. Enjoy every bit of it.
@adirat - I just read that your husband cooks twice a week. I am so jealous of that and not ashamed to admit it. It takes mine 30 minutes to microwave dinner sometimes WTH? He is very easy to feed but I cannot stand the answer to "whatever" when I ask "What do you want for dinner?"
Love him but I miss eating like a bachelorette.

R/R: Yesterday I cried during a bollywood movie. (I *NEVER* cry at movies). Totes KTFU right?! In reality, I think I was just super exhausted and really stressed from the past couple of days.
Sooo Rant here: I ordered a new iphone. Super excited. Got it Tuesday. Went to plug it into my computer to set it up (transfer my backup from itunes to my phone) and apparently the version of itunes I was running was older and needed to be updated. No biggie. Go to update itunes, get an error message. Ok. Look it up on the internet - do the 340832403284 options they say to try, still error. I was on chat with apple tech support for 3 HOURS Tuesday night. Still didn't get itunes on my computer, still can't use my phone. Had to go to the Apple store yesterday for about an hour and have them set up my new phone so I can use it. Come home, get on the phone again with apple tech support - and 1.5 hours later, STILL no itunes. He's going to forward the case over to their engineers to see what they say to do And they're supposed to call me by Friday..
CS/Q: Nope. May start testing soon - LP is 14 days typically.
GTKY: What
is the number one most-played song on your iTunes/iPod/Spotify/etc.?
HA! I can't tell because of rant above. I'm gonna take a guess and say it's probably "From India" by ElectrikKids - I did my first solo to it and listened to it on repeat for a while.
I'm lurking here and feeling inspired by everyone that ovulated a little late. I'm CD 19 on my first cycle and thinking I NEVER am going to see a positive OPK or rise in temps.

@SP128 Ha, well, it is not by accident -- I basically told him he had to start cooking dinner on the two days per week he is at home all day (he is in his last year of graduate school so he goes in three days per week and stays home working on his papers the other two). When we first started dating, he didn't know how to cook ANYTHING. His dinners are mostly pasta, crock pot beef or chicken, or something foolproof like tuna salad sandwiches. Even so it's pretty great not to cook every day!
I'm lurking here and feeling inspired by everyone that ovulated a little late. I'm CD 19 on my first cycle and thinking I NEVER am going to see a positive OPK or rise in temps.
I wouldn't say "late," because the 28-day cycle is a myth, an "average" used because it's easy. I call it just a long follicular phase, extra cooking time I O anywhere from cd17 to 22. One time cd30 when I was stressed at work. This site is great for hearing all the different experiences women have so you see you're still totally normal!

@SP128 My bff has a relationship like that kind of. They get into all these fights all the time. It's literally all I hear about and then when I try to say that maybe it's not working out she goes "but there's things I do like about him". Now they're looking at buying a house together and I said to wait till they're married and she goes "what if we're engaged?" Like that's not married. You aren't protected by law if you split up and need to deal with a mortgage. And she wants both their names on the mortgage.....I literally can't even deal lol
@ClaireCF I'm the wife that cooks whatever I want and he can eat it or make his own food (like @adirat ). In the end he eats it but has never really complained. He did say though that in the beginning he hated how I used tomatoes so much but now he likes them. I love tomatoes. He can make one meal and it's just pasta with olive oil, chicken, and broccoli with parmesan. Last night I made lasagna with eggplant and Sunday I made creamy pork stew so I think he eats better when I cook anyway.
For all the Fritz and the Tantrums people....How have I never heard them before? Brb adding to my phone for running lol
Month/Cycle: 2/2
CD/DPO: 26/ 13
Timing: -2 - +1
Testing: BFN yesterday with FRER, waiting for AF which should come in two days or so
R/R: I'm handling the BFN pretty well. Last month I was a wreck but it coincided with other stresses I was having. Needless to say, DH agreed to a 4 week vacation to go visit our family and relax in the woods which included almost 2k in travel costs. At least we won't need a hotel lol.
We specifically timed our vacation so that we're back before the Army elementary school's vacation. My coworker and I basically split time and while I'm gone he'll work full time vice versa when he takes vacation. I saw his daughter the other day and she asked where we were going, so I said to visit family. She goes "Oh, we're going to Greece." lol Must be nice to be married for 20 years with only one kid and basically have a job that's just for fun money. (His wife is a teacher for the military school on post).
DH should have the weekend off. There's a major military exercise going on and he's been working 12 hour days. He comes home, eats, we try to BD but then just chat and fall asleep.
CS/Q:
GTKY: I mostly listen to radio stations through an app on my phone. All my itunes is like 6 albums and that's it so a lot of Adele, T Swift, and Beyonce with some Sam Smith and Ed Sheeran thrown in there.
I'm lurking here and feeling inspired by everyone that ovulated a little late. I'm CD 19 on my first cycle and thinking I NEVER am going to see a positive OPK or rise in temps.
Cd19 is the earliest I have ever ovulated. And that was when I was TTC#1...now I'm lucky to hit cd22-23. DD was a CD 31 ovulation baby. Don't get discouraged. It doesn't matter when you ovulate, it can still happen! Longer cycles are annoying but you can handle it! More time between periods when you're not TTC is a pretty good perk!
@mrsdee15 me and H saw bad moms and loves it! Was super vulgar but I was literally laughing my ass off the entire time..win in my book!
month: 1
cd: 20
testing: started today
r/r: BFN today which is frustrating because I have no idea when I od. Definately going to start tracking better next month. Af due in 6ish days hoping I'm not out yet. Not feeling any symptoms so who knows! Also feel like I'm gaining super amounts of weight lately from eating unhealthy. And bought a new computer this week I can't get to work!
Gtky: just listening to various mixes on Spotify. Loving the pop chill out mix right now!
@delujm0 and @eggplantface, thank you so much for the encouragement! I think the tough part is that I've seen EW for the past six days...I was a little doubtful the first three, but the past three days, I am positive that is what it is...so to have only negatives on OPKs makes me so confused. Plus, I don't know if it's coming off the pill that is causing the weirdness or if something is wrong with me (I always jump to "something is wrong!" so quickly). But it's really encouraging to hear of other people's experiences. And I wish you both all the best on your BFPs! I hope this is your month!!

I get EWCM as early as 10 days before I ovulate. Sometimes I'll get a batch for a few days and then it will go away and come back. I used to also get multiple rounds of +OPKs before I actually ovulated. It was a whole thing.
This month, for example, I started seeing EWCM on CD16 but didn't ovulate until CD23. Bodies are weird, there is probably not anything wrong with you, don't worry about it!
Seconding @delujm0 - I get watery and EWCM about six days before I ovulate so for me it isn't a smoking gun. I also continue to get some (though less) EWCM for a few days after I ovulate (confirmed by temp spike) so I can't use it as an indicator by itself. I'm sure your body is just doing its own thing but nothing to worry about.
Thanks @delujm0 and @adirat. Today I'm CD20 no +OPK or temp rise...about my 7th day of EW. My husband says my body just needs a break to regulate after BC and that we should assume everything is fine. It's really good to hear that other people have experiences of EW not necessarily indicating imminent ovulation. I'm not sure at what point one should go to the doctor, but I've heard it can take up to three months to regulate. I just hope I don't have crazy cycles forever!
TTC since 8/7/16 BFP 9/13/16 MMC 10/18/16 D&C 10/20/16
@mrsegan13 I know: waiting is the hardest piece but unfortunately "be patient" is good advice. You should take it as a really good sign you are having EWCM in your first cycle off bcp since the opposite also occurs and is tougher to deal with. I also took bcp for years to deal with endo so I feel your pain. I understand that the "excess" EWCM is caused by extra estrogen which may resolve on its own after a few months.

Come home, get on the phone again with apple tech support - and 1.5 hours later, STILL no itunes. He's going to forward the case over to their engineers to see what they say to do And they're supposed to call me by Friday..
CS/Q: Nope. May start testing soon - LP is 14 days typically.
GTKY: What is the number one most-played song on your iTunes/iPod/Spotify/etc.?
HA! I can't tell because of rant above. I'm gonna take a guess and say it's probably "From India" by ElectrikKids - I did my first solo to it and listened to it on repeat for a while.

TTC since August 2018

testing: started today
r/r: BFN today which is frustrating because I have no idea when I od.
