Okay, about 6 months ago we lost our little girl.. I was 23 weeks pregnant and I was a very high risk case because I was on birth control when we got pregnant. I had a d&c and that was that.. it was devastating and ever since I've felt this emptiness. Fast forward to about two weeks ago. My fiance and I didn't use a condom or take any precautions and he finished inside me. The next morning I woke up with cramping and back pains. I just figured it was from some really good sex. I brush it off and go to work. At work the cramping becomes more severe ans the back pain is horrid. My boss sent me home early so i could rest. On the way home i begin feeling light headed. I feel diffrent. I strt having mood swings and cravings, white discharge, headaches. My fiance cant even touch me right now im just so cranky. I sleep so much.. My period is kinda flaky sometimes but stays in a nice little range the 19-21. I still haven't gotten it. I have taken several home tests even homemade tests. We finally went to a pregnancy center and the test came back negative. But we started talking about the date in question, the 15th. It's only been a week.. I am so anxious and confused. Can you tell immediately after it happens? Are these symptoms I'm feeling a possibility of a rainbow baby??

I think it's pretty clear if your homemade tests are coming back negative.

By the way, it's against the TOU to ask if you're pregnant on here. No one here can tell you better information than a test will.
What is a "homemade test?"
What is homemade test?
As previous posters said its against the TOU of this board to ask if you are pregnant.
In any case, women don't have pregnancy symptoms until 7-10 days past ovulation when the embryo implants at the verrrrrrrry earliest. Many women have no symptoms at all. If you aren't temping, you can't be certain when you ovulated. If you're only 7DPO it's too early to turn a test. Test in a week and read the newbie guide for this board. Lots of good information in there.

Eta: oh yeah. Please, Don't ask if we think you're pregnant...
1. We don't know
2. It's against the rules
3. WE STILL DON'T KNOW

But for realzies tho-
It is against terms of use to ask if you are pregnant.
It is distasteful to use your unfortunate experience of loss as a pass to break TOU and ask if you are pregnant anyway.
It is even less sympathetic to pull this crap saying your fiance "whoopsied" inside you ONE TIME (either a week or two ago) and now you're freaking out.
This is an actual COMMUNITY full of women who are TRYING to get pregnant. Some of us for a very long time. Some of us after multiple losses. You are not special in that regard, and it doesn't sound like you were trying to conceive at the time. So I'm not sure why you decided to join, wait 3 days, and post this here.
So just a heads-up that this type of post does not historically go over well. Please read the Newbie guide and lurk moar before posting these kind of shenanigans. Good day.
I heard the toothpaste one can be tricky tho, because it may froth up if you leave it too long either way. The tuna juice sounds more reliable to me.
jdrummond2015 First off, I want to state that I agree with PP and am sorry for your loss, but it does not excuse breaking TOU and asking ridiculous questions. As someone who is KU, I did not have any legitimate cravings, morning sickness or just about any other symptom until I was 6+ weeks along. It is impossible to know that you are pregnant the day after sex since even if my some magic you ovulated the one day you had a 'whoopsie', fertilization alone does not produce any hormone changes that would cause pregnancy symptoms. Only after implantation, 6-10 days post ovulation does the body even start to produce HCG which is generally in such small amounts that there are no real symptoms.

You know you are posting on the TRYING to get pregnant board right?
Also if a medical clinic told you that you are NOT pregnant, why would you think a bunch of random internet strangers would tell you differently?

Its a link to a book called, "taking charge of your fertility."
As a woman, especially one that has been pregnant before, you really should already know that you can't have symptoms a day after having sex. The egg wouldn't have even been fertilized yet. If you are trying to get pregnant again It would be wise to educate yourself on your own fertility.
ETA: this post is really in poor taste, and spamming the loss boards is terrible to do. I really wish I didn't already have 2 warnings and could say how I really feel without being afraid of being banned right now

1. What the hell is a homemade pregnancy test?! We need you to answer this.
2. This is so against TOU its not even funny.
3. Why would you bring this nonsense to a bunch of women who WANT to get pregnant and are doing everything in their power to do so? Its disrespectful and hurtful.
4. A MEDICAL CLINIC told you that you are not pregnant at this time. Why would we be able to tell you something that medical professionals and testing cannot?

Agreed - I told my friend I ovulated on saturday and how fun it was like the week before that to get some non-TTC sex in and she said, "maybe that sex will be the sex that you get pregnant from!!!!!!!"
I think some education would go a long way for our future generation.....

OMG this. I love these comments. Especially the ones where they list the results of the homemade tests and then ask if they are pregnant...like if you are already collecting your urine JUST STICK AN ACTUAL STORE BOUGHT PREGNANCY TEST IN IT, THEY COST $1, WHAT ARE YOU EVEN DOING.
