Dental/gum care?

Anyone doing anything with baby's gums?  Levi keeps a white patch on his tongue (both thrush).  Going out today to get an infant brush/gum massager.  I think it bothers me more than him.

    I just clean his mouth with a clean washcloth that's been wet under warm water, twice a day. 

    I do have a brush/massager for him but haven't used it just yet.

    I just started giving him the Sophie giraffe teether and we have the little baby banana toothbrush that we plan to use but that's all we've done so far. I'm hoping our son takes after his dad wen it comes to his teeth -- I have so many fillings I lost count!  My husband is 28 and never had a cavity or any dental work besides a cleaning in his life!

    He has a white patch after nursing because of the milk residue but it goes away on it's own after a little bit.
