@Krzyriver ohhh good thought! I typically eat a lot of raspberries but maybe I will up my anty! I also was thinking maybe blueberries- I think those are high in fiber!
Apparently pear juice also helps with constipation (according to the September issue of Parents magazine), so that might be a good alternative to prune juice too.
Anyone else having pitting edema? It's kind of gross but at the same time I find it kind of cool. I just sit here and poke at them while elevating them.
Also, I find that the wheat square cereals help me stay regular. (they come in chocolate and raspberry)

There's a tea called "smooth move" that has been my savior. It's a peppermint tea and I drink it at night. The next morning I feel like it completely empties me out. Although, I don't do it every night because I'm scared it might mess me up in the long run. But 3ish times a week I do.
Just in the past few hours I've started feeling major shortness of breath. Not just while exercising or going up stairs, but just while I'm sitting or lying down (even on my side). Baby must have moved up or be stretching out into my lungs. This is so uncomfortable, I'm exhausted but I can only breathe well sitting up straight or standing. Ugh.

I don't have it all the time but have before. I also think it's neat lol
@Ashleymn and @bnsmith85 I just googled it and no I don't have it but it looks fun (maybe a dumb statement for me to make if it hurts or is uncomfortable/dangerous?)! I would be messing with it all the time
