The ladies on the baby shower thread were discussing their disappointment with Pink Blush. I'm disappointed too.

I still don't have a shower dress! Now looking everywhere to find one. #firstworldproblems

Also, I think I know what hot flashes will feel like when I go into menopause in the future.... This is awful.

Hit the major struggles today when I could not squeeze onto the minibus this morning on my way to work. My belly is officially too hard to squish in and there were too many people and I just got so frustrated. Finally someone moved and I was able to get by but it was definitely a trying experience.

@annabenanna Have you tried Amazon yet? They don't have the world's greatest selection ever, but I've seen some cute maternity dresses on there, plus Prime Shipping is always a good thing.

@kmolleltz I feel like I don't even fit in my truck anymore, I can't imagine trying to squeeze onto a minibus!

@annabenanna I ordered a couple of things from Pink Blush and it took FOREVER to arrive. Unlike others, I wasn't as disappointed in the quality. It's not the most luxurious stuff I've ever had, but I'm keeping both items. One is a scarf, nursing cover, car seat cover combo. And, then I got a robe for after delivery. It's really pretty, but I'm also really into florals right now...

I hope you're able to find something in time!

@kmolleltz, I don't envy your commute to work. My biggest problem is tailbone pain while sitting in the car (in traffic). I'll think of you next time I'm about to complain about that.

I ventured into the office today to get documents signed. Worst decision ever. I'm super faint/dizzy and just plain miserable. I'm trying to stick it out until my NST/BPP at 2, but I might die.

@TurtleMomma @ibabyloveb87, I walked into my office this morning and was sweating and the AC was turned on! At dinner on Saturday, everyone was wearing a light jacket, except me, and I was so hot! lol. TurtleMomma, you need to get a portable AC! I can't imagine surviving the summer without it.

@F47 @AllyTheKid, I've exhausted all Amazon options and all PinkBlush options. hahaha. I'm now looking on H&M and Asos. Hope they arrive in time!

I can never find online pieces but lucked out with my shower dress. I do have to return the other dress I got. Hellloooooo boobs! Felt a little inappropriate 8 months pregnant. Haha

Last night, I had a dream that I had the baby and when I looked over as they were cleaning him off, he looked like a perfect blend of H and I. Then, when they put him in my arms, he was a hound dog puppy.I began to nurse him and everyone yelled at me and told me it was inappropriate to nurse a puppy. I said (my exact words) "But, this is MY puppy, it's not like I walked into the pound and whipped my tit out!"

I just open those threads so it won't say "x new" anymore. I don't read them. I don't mind newbies, but until I actually see them participating in other threads, I won't remember their due date or intro anyway. Lol

I didn't even open the intro or due date threads to add my own stuff to them. Whoops.

I'm at now at that point in pregnancy when everything and everyone annoys me all the time. I just want to sit in a room by myself all day and be left alone.

Which is BIZARRE to me why a person would want to post photos of their brand new baby on a public forum in a community they never ever contributed to or were part of.

ETA: glancing at the intro thread, the most recent intro is from Knottie-string of numbers. Which again makes me curious if our knottie lurker is skulky-lurking.

This - I don't understand why?? Why would someone want to post an announcement, or even a whole birth story on a public forum among other posters that may know each other but are TOTAL strangers to them?? I mean, why not just use Facebook - at least it's people who know you. I just don't get it.

@mrszoess I kind of had the same worry but a couple BTDT moms I talked to said they either never dropped or nothing to worry about. So I guess I'm thinking it's fine.

@mrszoess I doubt it. My mom says I dropped at 7 months. I was born 2 days before my due date.

@SpaceBurger +1 for jealous - but I'm not sure which part I'm jealous of - the no clothes, water to cool off or a naked man beside me. For argument sake let's say all of it!
