Okay. To get back on track after vacation. Salad most days. Gummies NO DAYS. only one dessert treat a day.
What is your fitness goal this week?
mon-elliptical and strength, tues-swim, wed-elliptical and strength, thurs-strength and stretch, fri-yoga, sat-yoga, sun-off
Any challenges this week?
getting back into it after any amount of break is always challenging.
How did you do with your goals last week?
can we not talk about this?
GTKY: What has been the hardest part of staying healthy and/or fit this pregnancy for you?
my tendon issues, my toddler energy demands, and I'm much less motivated this time around...
Bonus Bumpie Challenge: Make a to do list of the things you would like to accomplish prior to baby's/babies' birth.
1-donate a bunch of stuff to goodwill
2-survive.
What is your health/nutrition goal this week?
The usual - keep it up. DH and I are attempting a new budget to go along with my new job starting this week, and we've planned all of our meals and stocked up on groceries for the week already. Lots of healthy options. Tons of vegetables. I didn't have leftovers ready for today's lunch, so I'm literally just eating a mix of fruits and veggies all day (apple + peanut butter for breakfast, boiled peanuts for a snack, oatmeal with blueberries and walnuts for lunch, and a banana for a second snack).
What is your fitness goal this week?
I want to do a workout (anything really) at least 3-4 days this week. We shall see how all that pans out.
Any challenges this week?
The usual - very little time with work. I want to see DD in the evenings, so no opportunities for workouts there. Plus this stupid cold and my dumb kidneys...
How did you do with your goals last week?
Pretty good! Monday - 1 mile walk, Tuesday - break, Wednesday - lower body workout, Thursday - upper body workout, Friday - break, Saturday - pregnancy yoga, Sunday - 2 mile run
GTKY: What has been the hardest part of staying healthy and/or fit this pregnancy for you?
Time and energy. I had so much free time last pregnancy without DD, and now all of my time is spent with her. I love it, but I'm slightly envious of my FTM friends who are still working out like crazy.

What is your fitness goal this week? Get 3-4 days of activity in. I know I won't be able to tomorrow, but have no excuse for the other 4 days I usually work out (today, Wednesday, Thursday, and one day this weekend, probably Sunday).
Any challenges this week? I have a massage scheduled for tomorrow, and plan to hit up a friends lake place Saturday - no workouts those days... unless I want to get up early before work tomorrow.
How did you do with your goals last week? Poor. I didn't make it to the gym, and only worked out 1 day... so I guess not very good with what I wanted to do. We ended up having spontaneous plans with my SIL, her hubby and our nephews Monday night, so there went a workout to start the week. I knew I probably wouldn't get something in Tuesday or Wednesday due to plans, so Thursday it was!
GTKY: What has been the hardest part of staying healthy and/or fit this pregnancy for you? Finding the time and energy. I used to have no problem going to the gym 3-4 days a week, but it was for classes. Now, I can only go to one of them (Zumba) and I would just rather stay home. Plus, there is one instructor who I don't enjoy following, and he's been teaching EO Monday this summer, and sometimes subs for the Wednesday class I try to go to... so if he's teaching, I skip. I just don't make it a priority anymore, and know that I need to - even if it's just getting on our treadmill and walking 30 minutes. I have always ate fairly OK, so nothing with that has changed... but do notice I crave more junk than anything else... so just getting on that healthier bandwagon again.

What is your fitness goal this week? I'd like to go walking three times.
Any challenges this week? Not particularly, just the usual one where I'd rather drive to a gas station and make free with the use of their nacho cheese dispenser than focus on my fat content and upping my vegetables. That's all.
How did you do with your goals last week? I didn't do terrible. I've stayed meat free for the longest amount of time since my BFP. I did have some dairy this weekend. Most notable: Whole foods was doing some free samples on Saturday of this pan-fried goat cheese with a fig spread. It might have been the best thing I've tasted this pregnancy.
GTKY: What has been the hardest part of staying healthy and/or fit this pregnancy for you? Well there's the wanting of the cheese dispenser as mentioned above. I just want to eat all the cheese. Cheese curds, fried goat cheese, nacho cheese, queso cheese, cheese out of the fridge for no reason, etc. So that's been hard to stop doing. But mostly just my willpower, determination, and desire to be active has just died. I've been fighting back at varying degrees of enthusiasm.
Bonus Bumpie Challenge: Make a to do list of the things you would like to accomplish prior to baby's/babies' birth.
1. I want to finish our house stuff/complete our "to-buy" for the house list
2. I want to get Eaton's nursery at least started and organized
3. Re-establish a walking schedule.
4. Stop inhaling cheese on the weekends.
What is your fitness goal this week? be active everyday, whether its just walking the dogs or yoga at home, or actually getting my butt in gear and swimming laps. just do something!
Any challenges this week? I start back to work on Wednesday, so I will need to start planning my workouts again instead of just winging it for the day
How did you do with your goals last week? not great
GTKY: What has been the hardest part of staying healthy and/or fit this pregnancy for you? staying motivated! And I've always been a morning person and have gotten up to exercise before work, but since being pregnant, I cannot get myself up in the mornings so that's affected how active I've been
Bonus Bumpie Challenge: Make a to do list of the things you would like to accomplish prior to baby's/babies' birth. definitely already did this!

What is your health/nutrition goal this week? Eat out less...read find any motivation to actually cook. I'm not the most inventive cook to begin with, which is compounded by the fact that my DH is an extremely picky eater and doesn't do leftovers. After eating pulled BBQ chicken (which he said he liked initially) every meal but breakfast two days in a row, last week I gave up. I'm literally about to start cooking for myself only...if he wants it, he can eat it. If not, we typically have sandwich makings, mac 'n cheese, and ramen in the refrigerator/cupboards.
What is your fitness goal this week? Make it to the gym/workout 3-4 times this week.
Any challenges this week? My DSs both have runny noses (I think allergies, but it could be a cold), which is preventing us from going to the YMCA (i.e. use their childwatch). We have an elliptical at home, but I have a harder time motivating myself to either wake up early or give up my "me" time during their nap in order to use it.
How did you do with your goals last week? Actually pretty good fitness wise (made it to the gym 5 times last week). Nutrition wise, not so great (see above).
GTKY: What has been the hardest part of staying healthy and/or fit this pregnancy for you? Just a general lack of motivation/fatigue combined with very minimal desire to cook.
