Has anyone ordered these online? I was all set to get them, then there's a recall on their site. Apparently the nipple came detached from all the other parts twice. Just wondering if anyone had used them. Also wondering if anyone had any alternatives. I want something for daycare.

DD only uses MAM pacifiers.. so I bought personalized labels from Mabels Labels:

Under personalised labels and then the dot stickers... I had to cut four small slits in the round labels and then stuck on the front of the pacifier.

Which site? DS uses the ones from www.mypacifier.com and loves them.
