Nothing this week other than life stuff. DH and I will probably go test drive some cars this weekend. One car is getting tough with us working in opposite directs of each other.

OK, my big question (and I might start a thread about it) is how would you describe how it feels when the baby moves. I have feelings in my abdomen (especially behind my belly button) that feel like pulses. I've never felt the butterflies some people talk about. The sensation is new to me (in the last couple of weeks) so I know its pregnancy related.
GTKY: What's your dream vacation destination (with or without little ones)?
I really want to go to Scotland and Ireland. DH and I were talking about going before we got pregnant, but didn't end up going, but maybe someday. I also really want to go somewhere I can see the northern lights!

Whats going on this week? Appointments? Had a regular appointment yesterday, everything looks good!
Rants/Raves/Questions? None really, except that I am having a terrible time dealing with the heat this summer. I've never done well with heat, but it seems so much worse this year.
GTKY: What's your dream vacation destination (with or without little ones)? Oh wow, where wouldn't I like to go! I've heard great things about Spain, so many cool places to see and lots of good food.
@jptrumptone I've had a hard time describing what it felt like at first, but pulsing is close! I also feel kind of a rolling sensation, almost like when your stomach flips on a roller coaster. People say butterflies, but I wouldn't describe it like that for me at least. I didn't really trust myself at first and had a hard time believing it was baby!

Rants/Raves/Questions? I've got lots of movement going on these days. I think the earlier movements feel like a pop or a flutter. But now I'm getting punched and kicked for sure. I've felt him as high up as my belly button now so I know he's getting big!
GTKY: What's your dream vacation destination (with or without little ones)
I have been fortunate to do a good bit of traveling already, but would love to go to Italy, Greece, and Israel. I know it definitely will not happen til all the kids are grown but that's ok with me.

Whats going on this week? Appointments? no appointments this week. Started back to work with students this week (teacher), so that's been exhausting.
Rants/Raves/Questions? Just a rant about my feet/back killing me by the end of the work day. I need to learn how to teach sitting down, I am MISERABLE by the time I get home. My shoes come off and I don't want to stand up again. DH is having a hard time understanding why getting my own glass of water makes me want to cry after I have sat down for the first time.
GTKY: What's your dream vacation destination (with or without little ones)? I would love to go somewhere tropical (Hawaii, Carribean, etc.) I've only traveled to woodsy places, cold costal beaches, or cities. A nice warm beach with a tiki drink would be nice

Whats going on this week? Appointments? Had a check-up on Monday, went pretty quickly. I start meetings for work this week, and the first day of school is Monday. Excited to go back to work, actually.
Rants/Raves/Questions? Lots of movement, and yeah, it does kinda feel like pulses sometimes! Oh, and the gas is out of control sometimes. Sorry.
GTKY: What's your dream vacation destination (with or without little ones)? Well, we were supposed to go to Australia and New Zealand over Thanksgiving break, but yeah, not anymore. We gave our flights to my in-laws so they'll be going. So... I guess Australia and New Zealand someday!

Whats going on this week? Appointments? Had my 20 weeks appointment to go over my a/s yesterday. Everything went well. She said my BP was a touch high but I had had a rough morning at work so we think that's what it was.
Rants/Raves/Questions? This boy finally decided to kick me hard enough that I notice! I laid in bed wide awake from 345 to 5 just enjoying him kick away. It's so amazing!
Rant: My last class of the day supposedly has 41 kids in it. I have 34 chairs. I have lab tables with high stools so I'm pretty sure I'm going to have kids standing on Wednesday or sitting on the floor. I got told we don't have extra of your chairs but don't worry there won't really be 41 kids! I'm not happy about class size this year.
GTKY: What's your dream vacation destination (with or without little ones)? We would love to go to Norway. I'd like to go without little ones and then maybe again when with them when they are older.
