So, how was your New Year's Eve?

Mine was a lot of fun!  We went to a friend's house and partied until 5 this morning (minus the drinking and dancing)!  I didn't get to bed until after 6 and sh!t am I tired.

I drank Minute Maid Lemonaide all night last night and thought of you Morgan!

Now, we're getting ready to go to the monster-in-laws house and eat there Ick!

What did you guys do?  Where were you when you rang in the new year?

    Ours was nice- Capital Grille was phenomenal!  I had a few sips of my precious red wine, so that was exciting for me, plus I had filet and lobster tail!!!  We were home by 10:00, Bart was in bed shortly after.  I stayed up to watch the NYC NYE at 11:00 my time but went to bed after that.

    We went to a friend's house in the city.  We played rock band and ate and chatted.  It was nice to see all my friends from the city again, I don't see them so much now that we live so far away.  But the drive home sucked...we didn't get home until 2:30.  I was way tired by then!  And of course I can't sleep past 8, so early to bed tonight.

    We went to DH's parents' house with about 20 people. We played lots of games (with the help of some kiddos!) and did some kareoke until midnight. Then we had a girls only sleepover at a friend's house, the boys (and kiddos!) stayed at the inlaws' house. Then the boys drove over for breakfast this morning, cooked by us lovelies. It was nice... I just had to shower to get ready to go take down some decorations at church to put up different ones, then drive to DH's grandparents' house for dinner at 4. (Side bar: Who freaking wants to eat dinner at 4? I'm mad about this only because we were supposed to go to Olive Garden tonight, which we've been planning allllll week. Oh well, there's always tomorrow.)

     Glad you had a good time, and I wish everyone the best in 2010!

    Mine was fun...had dinner with the hubs, MIL and friends and then just rang in the new year at home with Nathan and some champagne.  Luckily Nathan went to bed right after and slept for five hours...woo hoo!  I was able to call my parents and wish them a Happy New Year at 8 a.m my time (midnight for them).

    We had dinner at our friends house.  There were a total of 14 people there so it was nice and low key.  It was fun to finally discuss the baby with all the girls since I've been in hiding with this group of friends for the past 2 months.  I drank my sparkling cider at midnight and it was not at all the same.  7 more months until I can taste that lovely, lovely champagne again!
