Does anyone know when it's OK to give carrot sticks/celery? I know they're all ready at different rates but I was wondering if there was a guideline or something?I've given DD cucumber and tomato raw but I'm nervous about the tougher stuff, any stm's have any insight?
Re: Finger foods
Edit: I think celery would be okay if you de-string it and cut it into thin stricks. De-stringing is a little tedious but get's easier the more you do it.
Lots of his finger food gets launched across the room, lol (yes, he's at the throw everything stage) Jake doesn't seem to have a problems eating them. He has 6 teeth now (all at the front) I haven't tried celery yet either. It's cucumber, slices of red peppers, carrot sticks; slices of apple, banana, pear slices, blueberry's and his favourite; strawberry's. Love seeing his little face when he bites into one... Then it's gone in seconds. Haha
eta strawberries are roo's favorite too
Ha! Strawberries seem to be a favourite.
P.S I LOVE the 'Roo'
