What's your favorite TV show?

First off, let me say that I just introduced myself in the discussion thread about 16 weeks late :) for a variety of reasons, but have decided to jump in with both feet; I hope you ladies don't mind.  My DH and I used to watch several TV shows together, but that really had dwindled down to just Outlander, which is now over for the season.  What do you ladies watch? I'm not opposed to starting from the beginning of the series and catching up. I just need some good recommendations.  We pretty much like anything from comedy to drama.  Recommendations?

    My favorite one to watch with dh is downton abbey ... But we rarely watch tv together.

    @slartybartfast- I loved Downton Abbey and am so sad that it is over.  My DH didn't hate it either, which is always a plus!!

    DH and I watch a lot of procedural crime dramas (bones, castle, criminal minds) but we just finished watch Gilmore Girls together. I actually started watching by myself and he would catch episodes here or there and go sucked in.  But, our favorite to watch together is probably Agents of Shield. Its a good time to start it cause you can get started on season 1 now on Netflix and you'll probably be caught up by the time the new season starts.

    We DVR and watch Once Upon A Time, Chicago Med, Chicago PD, Chicago ER, Criminal Minds, Grey's Anatomy, and How To Get Away With Murder.

    I think my DH doesn't watch TV shows, he sticks with mostly sports, but we do watch some series together on Netflix. We started Heroes (but I got too scared) and really got into White Collar and Continuum. I love Once Upon a Time and Gilmore Girls, though!

    We are finally getting around to Breaking Bad and watched The Wire last year. We are a little behind the times but its nice not having to wait between seasons!

    I personally watch NCIS, finished Num3ers, am almost cought up on Bones. 
    H watches Heros, Supernatural, Reign, the Tutors, and is re-watching Star Trek Voyager.
    Together we are watching HIMYM again, and Naruto(anime)
    Other than that, we watch All Hail King Julien, Phineas and Ferb, and Dragons: Race to the Edge for L. It keeps him calm to hear his characters speaking/singing.

    Thanks Ladies!  I used to watch Once Upon a Time, DH hated it- but for whatever reason I stopped.  I'll have to get caught up since a few of you mentioned it.

    I still watch Bones though- used to be one that DH and I both watched together but he stopped watching.  @Kate08Young- I won't spoil anything but the last episode is umm interesting.  I really enjoyed it. When telling my DH about it, he thought he might pick back up with Bones. I think next season will be super interesting.  Oh and I love the Tudors and Supernatural- is Reign pretty good?

    Ill just list my favorites of all time they could be old. Such as LOST which is probably the best show I have ever watched but I didn't watch it until about two years ago. Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, Nurse Jackie, Prison Break, Wentworth (the Australian/better version) of Orange is the new black, American Horror Story, Homeland, Sopranos... And I have fantastic taste. You're welcome lol

    @phoebecar I am on like season 8, and its been several years so I will have to start over completely. But I adore Hodgens (sp?) and his KING of the Lab.

    We have an android box so we watch a lot of series because we don't have to be watching at specific times. We also live in the country so on rainy days when there is nothing to do outside we watch tv because it takes a bit to go to the city. So I'll tell you our favourites. How to get away with murder, the blacklist, baby daddy, young and hungry, limitless, rosewood, and the catch. My favourite lately that DH doesn't watch is Once upon a time. I'm almost caught up on it and I love it.

    FI and I love watching Criminal Minds, Gilmore Girls, Dexter, every single cooking show known to man, and stand up comedy specials. I really like Grey's, Scandal, HTGAWM, and Between. FI really likes HIMYM, BBT, American Dad, Family Guy, basically all of those "weird" cartoons. We watch a wide variety in this house, lol. :)

    So many great shows but if we are talking favorite of all time I have to go with Buffy.  I could sit down and watch an episode of that any day!

    Currently DH and I are watching Mad Men, 30 Rock, and just finished Stranger Things. We typically have a long show and a short show we're watching. Before those it was How I Met Your Mother and the Sopranos, with a break for OITNB in there. Occasionally on the weekend we'll watch a prison/drug show, or a documentary. We're picky on what we both like so it's hard to find things sometimes.   

    On my own, I'm watching the Americans and Mr. Selfridge. Sometimes various cooking or HGTV shows. I'm looking forward to the new Call the Midwife season to come out, and the new Gilmore Girl things (perfect timing for those and maternity leave lol).
