I won't be calorie counting or anything until after baby, but I am going to try to get into the habit of logging meals and all that before then.

OMG. I remember logging into the app on my phone while lying in bed last night to see what my user name was - I DO NOT remember posting on here to let you guys know! I was just now going to post it! I must have fell asleep in the middle of Bumping. I guess that explains why I woke up in the middle of the night with my phone on my neck...
well after my appt today, it seems like I should be tracking my eating now. I'm going to start tracking now to get in the habit, then get really active after baby is born. I'm ufjen, just like here

I'm hoping to get back into a healthy routine and be more active. I am the MOH in my sister's wedding in May, and the other girls in the party are adorably petite. My long term goal is to be able to hold my own . Short term goal is to not re-establish end of third trimester weight with Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up!
I'm going to start exercising Nov. 1st now that I'm cleared to, and I'll start tracking calories and everything in December. I'm getting the Nexplanon implant in my arm on the 17th and since I'm BFing I don't to do too much that may affect my supply in a months time.
My hope is to get into the habit of logging foods again. I have definitely struggled with remembering to eat normal meals this last week since sleep is a little... sporadic I'm hoping to just avoid binging on brownies when I realize I forgot lunch again. That may or may not have happened a few times already
