  • The same: nausea, then ravenous, exhausted, light headed, emotional (so many tears over the weekend), bloated

  • Things really have ramped up for me over the past few days. I've puked two out of the past three mornings. At least there's nothing in my stomach to really come out. Silver lining? (No.) Thankfully that's been pretty limited, although I've felt nauseous on and off, especially if I don't eat much.

Boobs are still sore. It still goes away at times, but much less than it did in the earlier weeks. The bloating is causing my normal pants to feel super uncomfortable. I bit the bullet and bought some full panel capri yoga pants at Target. It was so worth the $30. And I'm freezing cold pretty much at all times.

  • Holy food aversions. I am so over craving something all day long and as soon as I get it realizing I never want to eat it again.

That plus the exhaustion, I just feel blah.

  • Nausea nausea and nausea. My violent dry heaving has turned into puking - even if there is nothing in there, so I can relate @chrlyr . Add exhaustion to that and I'm pretty much getting nothing done. Worked on putting an entire body mark in the couch on Saturday. :(

  • @Schumerator Yes to the burping! It is almost constant and happens no matter what I eat. So not cool!

Hey! That's what the Olympics are for right ;) I watched them all day Saturday while DH was at work, took a nap, and then cleaned for one hour before he came home so I looked like a productive person instead of a couch potato lol success!

Anyone else been burping up a storm? It's constant! And they are big, not small cute lady burps. Not that I've ever really had those either... Also my FIL gives really good hugs, and squeezes so tight, which I realized yesterday are not good hugs for sore boobs on a pregnant lady

    Stuck in the box--
Yes to the burping all day... And also some seriously bad (read: loud and very unladylike) farting as well! Yay pregnancy!

  • @SienaC - so much farting. I keep apologizing to DH and he just tells me to stop apologizing.

  • Not much.  More food aversions than cravings, slight queasiness after eating.  Blump pops out in the evenings.  Had a 24 hour headache end of last week but that's gone thank God.  My mother said she remembered having one in early pregnancy too so I guess it could be a symptom.  Otherwise, nothing special to report.  Next US is Thursday so hopefully the thing is growing normally and I'll move along happily with low symptoms.
  • I made the mistake of wearing a pencil skirt with a blouse tucked into it to work today.  On the upside, a guy have up his seat for me on the subway -- the bloat is THAT real.  On the downside, if this is how I'm looking at not even 10 weeks, the rest of this trimester is going to be tricky.

Also noticed stretch marks on my boobs today, which doesn't bode well for my poor stomach.
  • So unbelievably exhausted. I took a three hour nap Sunday, two hours Saturday. I still feel like I could sleep forever. Not so much an aversion, but a "change in taste preferences", I can't deal with anything remotely sweet. I had an orange and thought I would be sick from the sweetness. This baby is all about salty/spicy.

  • Yesterday I had some of the worst M/S I've had this entire pregnancy--I could barely leave the couch without getting gaggy and dizzy--plus horribly sore boobs, and today I woke up and feel... nothing. Not sick, no soreness. And of course, instead of being thankful, I panicked that something happened to the baby and spent all morning searching the internet for a sign that this is normal. Forums on The Bump and elsewhere are filled with ladies like me, so I know I shouldn't be panicked, but... my U/S on Friday can't come soon enough!!!

  • Morning sickness (all day sickness) has kicked up a notch over the weekend. Been super gaggy/dizzy/weak since Saturday. Trying to remember it's all totally worth it. :)
its a fine line between figuring out if food will help or hurt the nausea.
  • @dubcompanion That's hysterical, I cracked up when I saw it! But you are a clever one so I thought you might just be keeping us on our toes ;)
  • I am part of the burping club @Schumerator @SienaC @allysondunn2.

    My biggest symptoms are:

    - Indigestion w/ disgusting reflux-ish burps
    - Sore boobs - Nipples are OK but the sides of my boobs feel like there are rocks in there or something.
    - The bizarre dreams
    - Insomnia after waking up to pee in the middle of the night
    - My eyes get tired and dry feeling a lot.  This is not something I had before BFP.

I fell asleep super early Friday & Saturday, but not yesterday.  I think I am a little more tired but not bad.

This happened to me last week. I felt SOOOO horrible and then woke up to nothing. I google ALL the things and confided in a friend that I was worried. Two days later it was back...and worse! So much worse. I say I would just be thankful and not question if it happened again, but we all know I would. haha

Did try taking b6 at all? I'm wondering if that was helping me and I didn't realize it because it took a few days.

    So. Many. Tears.

My parents visited this week and my mom got upset about something which sent me into hysterics. One night I started crying out of the blue, afraid (for no apparent reason) that something was wrong with the baby. While we were camping this weekend my husband and I had a disagreement about a grilled hamburger that I wouldn't eat because it was too pink on the inside; and I cried about that. Last night we were watching Parks and Recreation and I cried when SPOILER ALERT Ben proposed to Leslie, even though I've seen it multiple times.

I cry every time too. I love that show.
  • In addition to sore boobs, they are starting to itch as well!!  :s
  • My nausea is actually starting to get better!  My PGAL brain of course worried about this, but my rational side tells me it's supposed to get better.  Still have food aversions to meat and coffee.  Boobs are sore.  Constipation is awful, but that's partially thanks to the zofran I have for my nausea.  Bloating is not awesome.  I had to get a Bella Band and it actually works quite well (I lovingly refer to it as my "bloat holster").

  • @dubcompanion, I'm totally co-opting "Fire Nips".  And if I ever fulfill my lifelong dream of starting a garage band, that will be its name.

  • @onefootinthebayou OMG yes! And we could collaborate on an album and be called the Fire Nips and the Bouncing Volcanoes. Because that's what's currently going down.

Oh thank you!! At this point, I wouldn't mind it coming back--it's that darn PGAL brain. But it's always a relief to hear that others have gone through this too.

I haven't been taking any b6 besides what's in my prenatal vitamins and preggy pops. *shrug* I will keep trying to be thankful and calm! Easier said than done.

Aversion to water. My non pregnant self drank H20 all day every day. Now I find myself forcing it down.
  • Also in the sore nips club. Perpetual THO which totally does not match my sex drive lol. Nauseous and queasy most of the day until about 6pm usually and nothing seems appetizing. No cravings or real aversions. Exhausted all the time and suffering from baby brain already...makes me have to do everything like 5 times at work before I'm confident I didn't screw it up!

  • Sore boobs still. I'm beginning to think they'll never go away. The nausea and food cravings...which totally contradict each other. Also heavy discharge. TMI it's clear but thick. I go to the doctor on Friday and she's already told me it's normal but sometimes I run to the bathroom because I think I'm bleeding! No cramps but RLP is real. 32 more weeks to go! I don't know if I can!

  • - uhm the acne! Anyone else? My goodness it's everywhere. I never had great skin to begin with but my body looks like a battlefield. I feel like I'm in grade 8 all over again. My skin did the total apposite for pregnancy with DD.

    - so much gas that I've been dealing with bad chest pains.

    - I constantly feel over stuffed, even if I've barely eaten. I'll feel hungry, I'll take like 4 bites and suddenly STUFFED.

    - aches and pains in abdominal area.

    - and of course the sore itchy boobs.
  • I am having little twinges, almost like taps or pulses... near my cervix. I know it's too early to be the baby but it reminds me of when my DS was kicking my cervix around 20 weeks. It's not painful like lightning crotch. Anyone else?
  • @Burrberrymum...yes on the acne. It's horrible.
