@Mamax2 My doctor considers anything under 90/60 to be "low". I've been at exactly 90/60 my last two visits and they haven't expressed any concern. I haven't noticed any symptoms related to low blood pressure. I've always been on the low end, so things like cold hands/feet and dizziness on standing are pretty normal to me though.
A few times I've gotten pretty dizzy/shaky. But food has always solved it, so I'm thinking it's more related to low blood sugar. The two are kind of hard to tell apart (to me at least).
Something new this morning, stomach cramping. Legit muscle cramping in my belly. So much worse than the Charlie horses in my legs (got those too all night long). Now on top of being uncomfortable my belly is incredibly sore.

I'm still waiting for my 2nd trimester burst of energy. Also the stretching/pulling/uterine karate has really kicked up since I hit the 20 week mark. What started out as the occasional twinge has just settled into a dull ache that mostly lingers.
I'm thinking my ability to feel baby depends on where he's at, if he's moved one way or another? Sometimes I can feel him a lot and other times it's so faint or I have to come lay on my back to feel him.
The other day at the AS he is kicking and wiggling and won't hold still. I didn't feel a thing. It makes me nervous when I don't feel him though. I need to get a Doppler I guess and just check in when I'm worrying and hopefully then I can move on.
@caseyewhitaker I agree the movement seems to be hit and miss. He moved around like crazy for two days. The last two days I've barely felt anything. It was almost less stressful when I couldn't feel anything at all.
I just remind myself they're still so teeny tiny right now. They could just be facing a different way. I also have an anterior placenta so maybe he's hiding behind there sometimes.
