@NamelessAria Ugh that sounds so frustrating! At our RE we went through the "fast track," so we did all our bloodwork/HSG/SA before our initial consult with the RE. I spent so long getting all the results together (they took like 15 vials of blood from me, I remember all that), sending them all to the coordinator, and then... "Oh, you need an HSG and preliminary screening." "Oh, no, no those are all done." It was pretty awkward to point out things they had in their own files. Anyway, now we are on the right track and I hope your RE is all caught up on what you have and have not done!

@NamelessAria WOW! You're like, "I think I would remember jabbing a needle into my body to help me make a baby I desperately want." What an idiot. I'm sorry you are dealing with that. It's always frustrating when people can't do their job but even more so when the stakes are so high for you and they don't seem concerned at all. I'm sorry you have to deal with that. I hope they get their act together.

It makes me sad that people feel like they can't be honest about how they are feeling. I'm fairly new here, but I want to hear it. I want you to scream when you want to scream and cry when you want to cry and rant about how hard it is and share real stuff even when it's not pretty- especially when it's not pretty. We all know that there's bad and good with TTC.

I have a late WTF that I meant to share yesterday...
My publix (the best grocery store chain on the planet) is remodeling and now it is hard to find things. Things are still in the same aisle, but like 25 ft from where they used to be. And it is throwing off my grocery shopping game.
@furbabymom2007 my publix recently did that too!! I walked in and was like wait, what?? Some of the employees were still unsure of where stuff was. Seriously why is that necessary?
Also yes, best grocery store chain EVER. H and I lived in Dallas for almost 3 years and honestly Publix was what i missed the most. So glad we're back now.

@NamelessAria is there anyway you can get an appointment to go in, go over labs and come up with a plan? I don't know how accessible your RE is, but mine gave me his direct email so I could get a hole of him if I have any questions or to let hkm know if we change our minds or anything. If you have another way to get ahold of je doc directly i recommend if.
Ps RPL testing is the worst. So much timed hurry up and wait. Half the time stuff isn't back by the next "time" in a cycle and you wait a whole month. It blows. I'm sorry
@Aurora1973 I just want to say thank you for posting your thoughts the way you did. I think I joined in just a month or so after you and felt the shift happening, but literally everything you said about feeling too new to really have a say or step up after the old 'leaders' moved on was exactly how i felt. I didn't have time to put my thoughts together and then i read yours and was just like yes! thank you!

Lol my cousin grew up in South Florida and moved away after high school. She visited me recently and the first day we went to publix for some pub subs and took her photo in front of the store lol. She was so excited to be back!
This must've all gone down after I left work last night...
I'm new to posting, but I've been lurking since April 2015. I had the opportunity to experience the culture of the board even before that through the search function, and man, if you can find posts from before January 2015 you will see snark that is just
Perfection!
I think the snark is a Bump trademark and not tolerating drive-bys, AWs, and glitter farts is essential to keeping the culture of this board authentic, both in terms of the advice given and the board being true to itself. I've been hesitant to flame people because I, frankly, didn't want to get flamed in return for being "too mean" or out of line. I think I'll stop worrying about that now. Thanks to the old regs for keeping it real!

@NamelessAria Oooh my gosh, that is SO frustrating! Did she have any idea when they actually would know something? @furbabymom2007 I hate when grocery stores remodel! Shopping takes so much longer when you don't know exactly where everything is.
