Using a ladder to get out of the natural spring we swam at today. It was only a few rungs but I was exhausted trying to haul myself up onto the dock from the water.

Lol @adorebella I was on a conference call the other day and speaking for long periods of time. I felt like I was gasping for air through most of it. I kept thinking, "these people on the other end (never met me in person) probably think I'm obese and/or a heavy smoker." Embarrassing.
My office is on the second floor...to say I hate the stairs first thing in the morning is an understatement. I think an O2 mask should drop from the ceiling. But I refuse to take the elevator or to give up my heels...I'll probably cave on the elevator in a few months though.

Carrying groceries up the stairs.... I had to go grocery shopping for the first time by myself on Friday. (also the first day I am able to see and feel a hard bump)
Usually I'm the "carry us much as you can, cut off circulation to your arms if you have, instead of making two trips!"
Nope.
Took me at least 4 trips to get everything up stairs. And omg... I was so tired. It makes a big difference when I can't balance heavy stuff against my stomach....
@LoneStar21416 omg yes! When I get new clients (like the 3 I'm getting today) I have to do a whole explanation of policy and treatment which leaves me totally winded. They must think I'm super nervous or something.
Going up and down the stairs in my house. I have 3 separate flights of stairs (each only 6 steps) (I have a quad level home) Just doing 6 steps I have to go sit down because I am out of breathe & or heart rate is high. I was way way out of shape (and heavier) with my first pregnancy and I never was this out of breathe so every pregnancy is different.
Reading all of the comments, I literally had to take a few deeps breaths. So apparently for me, just IMAGINING to do anything, is enough to make me lose my breath!
Re: Things that make me winded...
Singing long and drawn out notes while listening to music in the car.
