I will post an update later but basically nothing has gone to plan and I couldn't be happier. I'm so excited to meet this little one no matter what way they arrive.
Today is my due date, no labor. I am getting induced on Friday but I'm terrified of getting induced and the interventions that it can lead too. Please body go into labor ASAP! (PS this is my 3rd, shouldn't they just fall out by now?!?)

that was my thoughts the other day!! This is only my second but my first was early so I never imagined going over with this one!!!
I'll join you guys now - due date is tomorrow and there are no signs of anything happening right now so blegh.
I have my 40 wk appt tomorrow and plan on begging to be induced (jk...kinda). My husband has the next two weeks off and I have to go back in Oct so every overdue day is one day less of maternity leave! I was 1.5 cm at my 38 week visit so I'm hoping an induction would go well. Who knows though. Anyway, feeling hopeful with the good updates from @setosh and @sboston06. Congrats!!
I'm still here Had a sweep yesterday, started cramping almost straight away. Later on in the evening I started getting contractions that got to about 9 minutes apart before they eased off. Finally managed to get some sleep but kept waking with cramps, this morning they started again and were about 7 minutes apart. They eased off too after a shower, only good thing is that I had my bloody show this morning so I'm hoping this is the beginning. I'm feeling exhausted and just want to lay down and sleep but it seems to hurt most when I'm laying down so I'm avoiding that! I'm hoping this ends soon!
I was here for a few days, and I'm not sure if I ever actually posted about it. We are at the hospital right now being induced, thankfully so I was here for a few days and now my kids share a birthday (unless I stall and this guy comes after midnight)
Saw my OB yesterday and confirmed my suspicions that they don't induce prior to 41 (stupid best practices...). Bummed because my mom is scheduled to come out that day and we are hoping for at least 24 hours of family-free bonding time. Now trying all the sex, walking, pineapple, and nipple stimulation! Had some intermittent contractions last night that stopped. Come on baby!
I went in today for my 40 wk appointment and an NST. NST looked great. I was having contractions every 5 to 6 minutes, which I didn't feel. Went in for my regular appointment afterwards. Fortunately I've progressed since last week and I'm now 4cm and 80% effaced. I had a membrane sweep, which I also didn't feel but I've been having noticeable contractions since (woo!), just nothing consistent. If he's not here by Tuesday I am scheduled for an induction that morning.
Technically not here til Monday (I'm due Sunday) but I haven't made any progress and I'm not having any contractions or other signs so... I'm unofficially calling it lol
I keep getting "helpful" texts from my MIL regarding being overdue and labor in general. We're not particularly close and yesterday's was to make sure I have a 'meditative place' to breastfeed. Today's was to have sex. DH is obvi familiar with her tendency toward excessive suggestions in general but this one made us both cringe.
Due today, but don't see that happening. Guess I'll join the overdue club. Not too thrilled to be here again. Unless this baby comes in the next few days, my VBAC will not be happening

Had intense contractions every 10 mins which kept me up ALL night. Finally said eff it and got up to do some housework and hopefully make the contractions more frequent, which then made them stop. Argh.
I'm 40w3d and the Bump sent me an email congratulating me on my new baby. Argh. I'm getting induced sometime next week if she doesn't come on her own by then.

@john5111 40+3 and getting more disappointed each day. I have a c-section scheduled for Friday, but am praying to go into labor before so I get the VBAC I want.
I feel you..hope you go on your own too. I have an induction scheduled for Monday but would just like it to happen..this is my second baby too and I wetn early last time. The time goes by so slow. ugh.. @jwittwer

41 weeks today. I'm hooked up to pitocin & they broke my water. Still 3cm which I was last Friday. This babe is gonna give me gray hair already!
