I would trust the professionals on this one over a bunch of random people on the interwebs. We do have an ultrasound picture thread you're welcome to join in on, but I doubt you'll get many hits on people guessing how your kid will pee. Or maybe I just have a case of the "too sick for random genital picture-itis," but either way please feel free to acquaint yourself with the board. Cheers!
Seriously, OP. Lurk even a little and you'll see these types of posts do NOT go over well. Trust the tech. A bunch of Internet strangers cannot give you a more definitive answer than a trained ultrasound technician.
Yeah we don't really do sex guesses here. And if you're a February mom, and therefore no more than 13 weeks, I wouldn't go painting a room blue yet anyway.
I'm due mid January, and my app just told me LAST WEEK that genitals would be discernible on ultrasound, for what its worth. But you're not here anymore, so why am I bothering?

It is funny, but I just can't get past the unfunny fact that somebody claimed they could conclusively tell her the sex at 12-13 weeks. That's gotta be an elective place, right? Not a real doc?

When I had my NT scan last pregnancy, the tech guessed it was boy. But she made it clear that she was just guessing. (Turned out she was right). They didn't write it's a boy on the ultrasound until my anatomy scan at 19 weeks.
