Easing Nausea?

So, this is my fourth pregnancy (1 healthy, 2 MC's).
None of them gave me any grief with nausea, but today I took a pregnancy test because I wasn't feeling right and AF should be appearing, but has not. Shocked myself by seeing "1-2 weeks"! I just can't get over this general "ick" feeling. I was able to eat lunch fine, but water doesn't taste great at all, still drinking it though, and I just have the overwhelming urge to just lay down flat and not be upright at all. (desk job doesn't allow that so much).
So, I guess I'm asking what has worked for easing this nauseous feeling?
