@MRSCORKER I keep saying baby needs to stay in at least until 10/1 in the afternoon. I have my biggest event of the year that day and will just be overly stressed if I can't be there, at least in the morning.
I just need this chick to stay put through September so I can be off work through Christmas! None of my kids have come before their due dates, but why wouldn't she be the one to break the mold?
I decided last night that this peanut needs to stay in until at least 10/10 so that I won't have to go back to work before the new year. I work in college admissions and we just started admitting for our 10/10 start date... it's so close!

Yeah, the 10th is a Monday so technical anytime after COB on Friday 10/7. lol

@emaaa I was going to post the same thing about painting my toes. I got it done but it's definitely not happening again haha. Hopefully it lasts 2 weeks until my next baby shower!
I am pretty sure Johnny isn't going to wait until October. I believe I'll be having my cervix checked for the first time tomorrow actually, so we'll see how it's looking. BH are getting ridiculous though and it makes me wonder if he's going to be an early bird like his brother. Jimmy came July 29th but wasn't due until August 12th.
I honestly haven't had a shit this is real moment yet... Our nursery isn't started AT ALL. We have to rip up the wood floor and level the floor and put hardwood down- and then do all the painting etc... We meaning my husband and his dad. My due date is 3 weeks earlier now- so I feel like we have less time.
all I've done is buy a few outfits. Haven't gone through DS1 newborn stuff yet. I made a list of the things I need for this baby but haven't even started purchasing yet.
Oh gosh I think I just stressed myself out.
@pcosbaby I hope your little one stays put! I know a lot of people that have been dilated for months before labor actually happened. I hope that's the case for you!
@mrscorker DH and I just watched TWD trailer and we definitely knew time is getting closer. Last year we got married on October so TWD new trailer was our reminder that we were running out of time, this time is for setting up baby stuff...

It's been pretty real since the first test was positive. Got those 2 lines and the first thing that came to mind was "I know we've been planning this, but did we just seriously F up by having a second kid?" Since then, (until recently) I've calmed down, but now that we are down to just over 13 weeks, I can feel myself slipping into panic mode. We were ready for another boy. Finding out we are having girl and have NOTHING to accommodate a baby girl and no baby shower planned/being planned and I'm loosing my mind!!

Yep, babies dropped this weekend. Baby B is usually in my rib/sternum and he's in my hip now. Baby A is trying to crawl out. I can breathe now, but I've embraced that pregnancy swag. Work girls noticed it on Monday.
@Kaytee1087 Yes! Same here! DH is like, "You know he's probably going to kill everyone we love on the show." And I'm all, "I don't care." Lol lol. I love him so much. The man is in my heart.
Shit is going to get real for me when someone posts the October Announcement thread. I want all our babies to stay cooking as long as possible! But I just know that when that thread goes up I'm going to be all GASP!

Today I got my script /transfer (I cannot for the life of me remember the English word) for my pre-registration hospital visit with the midwives where we make my birth plan. That's, like, something that happens at the END of pregnancy!! Yikes!
My mother-in-law bought a Halo bassinet for her daughter (my sister-in-law), but they never used it because baby slept in the bed with them. Mother-in-law brought it with her when she was visiting this week/weekend and set it up. So excited to use it!
I want to order ours, but I can't decide if I should get newborn size or 3 months. What is everyone else doing?
I'm bringing one of each size but I'm not really doing a special going home outfit. I'll just pick my favorite out of what we already have in each size.

I'm doing what @MRSCORKER is doing, but you could always buy both sizes and return one. I thought about that, depending on what we end up with after the shower.

Ugh, I'm such a planner, and I also don't want to waste money! I have no idea what this little guy will weigh, but the idea of spending money on clothes that he may not even fit into right out of the womb just bugs me. I realize it's not a huge deal, though. I'll probably do one in each size just to be safe, I guess!
