Hi everyone, I'm new to the board-- I'm 33 yrs old, husband 39, just finished our first cycle of Clomid (day 3-7) and Ovidrel (250mg) and today is day 15 after my Ovidrel injection and have a BFN this morning. I was cautious about getting too excited, but it's so hard not to!! I waited the full 14 days to test and was crushed to see the negative result. We have been trying for 1.5yrs after chemical pregnancy, and after starting with a fertility specialist a couple months ago I've learned from HSG test that my right fallopian tube is blocked (from previous appendix perforation) and I'm late on my LH surge every month. I was so happy to finally have answers as to why it was taking so long to get pregnant again and was So hopeful this month since we started on the Clomid (to hopefully guarantee follicles on left side-- which it did, 25mm and 11mm) and then the Ovidrel shot since I surge too late on my own every month. I didn't have my hopes up too high since it's been month after month of disappointment, but of course I was still super sad this morning. I just talked to the RN to get a new script for next round of Clomid (I'm due for AF tomorrow, which would put day 3 on Monday to start again) and she said I may just be late and to keep testing over next couple days to hopefully get a positive. I'm not going to get my hopes up, but will follow her instructions. Anyone else finishing up their 2ww and get a BFN? I hope not for everyone else's sake!!

Wishing happy thoughts for everyone!
Re: BFN this morning after Clomid and Ovidrel (loss mentioned)
DH: 36, No known issues
TTC since 11/2014
1000mg Metformin daily
Oct-Dec 2015: Letrozole 5mg, Ovidrel, TI = BFN x 2
Feb-May 2016: Letrozole 5mg, Ovidrel, TI, Prometrium = BFN x 3
August 2016: Clomid 100mg no response, Letrozole 5mg, Ovidrel, TI, Prometrium = BFN
It took my husband 3 rounds of clomid before we conceived our first. With our second, the clomid didn't even trigger ovulation and my doctor changed my medication. I will keep my fingers crossed that you get a BFP soon!! Don't lose faith!
