Hello all,

Has anyone ever tried using the vitex chaste tree (chasteberry) herbal supplement to regulate cycles / ovulation? If so, what are your experiences with this? It was recommended to me but i'm naturally skeptical of course. I don't think I ever ovulate because my cycles are irregular, I never see that egg white CM that people talk about, and when ever Ive tracked my temps they never really changed.

I haven't tried that specific herbal supplement, but I have been seeing an acupuncturist for the last 9 months and started an herbal regimen with her after my failed IVF in hopes of improving egg quality enough for a second round of IVF. I have honestly noticed a huge improvement in all of my fertility signs with it. I've seen an increase in CM at the right times and my temps are very healthy now.

Sure! My issues are DOR and egg quality so the recommendations I got from my acupuncturist was centered around that. I would highly encourage if you haven't seen an acupuncturist/herbal specialist to get something tailored to your situation.

Throughout my cycle I do 100mg of CoQ-10 and 750mg of L-Arginine twice a day (morning and night). Days 1-3 of my cycle I use Chong Release formula, days 4-14 I use Jade Moon Phase 2 Over 35 from Jade Woman Herbals, and days 5-end of cycle I use Jade Moon Phase 4 from Jade Woman Herbals. For each I do 2 capsules 3 times a day. I also added in 1500mg of Royal Jelly once per day.
