I haven't experienced many symptoms yet (I'm 4 weeks, 3 days).
I'm really bloated, more tired than usual and having some acne but that's it. With DS I only had mild sickness from 10-16 weeks if I had an empty stomach. Maybe I'm lucky? I'm so stressed about losing another pregnancy that I almost wish I was having more symptoms just for my own peace of mind. I feel like tapping on my stomach occasionally and saying, "Is everything okay in there? Feel free to make your presence known!"
Oh my... the boob soreness. More specifically, the unbelievable nipple pain. Showering is not a good time. Getting dressed is even worse. I can't tell if it hurts more to have a bra on, or off.
Other than that, a little crampy/gassy/bloated and a killer headache, which may be due to the fact that I haven't had any coffee today.
My boobs are killing me!!!! And, constipation has been an issue that I didn't have with my older one. Other than that, I've been pretty good. (So far!)
Had a bit of a freak out this evening. I had some moderate, localized low back pain for about half an hour and a little pinkish/reddish spotting. Luckily it's turned brown and the back pain went away. Called the after-hours nurse and she didn't seem concerned. I'm just supposed to call my doctor in the morning and let him know. Keeping my fingers crossed it was nothing!
I tend to err on the side of caution. It could just be gas pains but maybe call the nurse at your office and see what they recommend? If you haven't had any sporting they may tell you to just keep monitoring but talking to them might make you feel a little better too.
I feel pretty good right now! My sense of smell is pretty stellar, and I get a tiny bit nauseous if I don't eat right when I get hungry, but otherwise nothing is different. I was so exhausted with my first pregnancy, but so far I'm at my normal level of tiredness (maybe having a 10 month old who doesn't sleep has trained me).
I haven't slept through the night in two years (since halfway through 2nd tri with my now 17 month old). I guess I'm in good company!
Same here @longliveregina and @KellyT22! My 10 month old hasn't let me get more than a few hours at a time!
It's crazy How your body adjusts, right? If by some freakish chance my terrible sleeper makes it more than two hours without crying out, I wake myself up because I'm so used to 90 minutes sleep cycles, lol. (Not complaining, at least not really. I knew what I was getting into when I chose an attachment parenting sort of wait it out kind of sleep "training!")
3w0d (which sounds insane -- short cycle + early ovulation + early BFP = wtf), so not much in the way of symptoms other than sore boobs. The frequent peeing hasn't really started yet. I didn't get m/s with DS, so I'm hoping that's the case again. I'm getting a tiny bit queasy if I don't eat when I'm hungry. That happened last time, too.
4w5days... It's early I guess but each morning I feel the nausea creeping in. Each morning is slightly worse than the one before it. And I feel gaggy. I'm very tired, but not overwhelmingly so, not yet anyway. And my tolerance for other humans, DH in particular, is basically nonexistent. Oh and an acidy stomach, not quite heartburn..almost like heartburn that doesnt come up into my chest. Does that make sense?

Still not really any nausea, but I've been pretty tired. Although I'm not sleeping well at all. Trying to avoid naps during the day - no more than 30 minutes if I do, but even though I'm tired I can't seem to get a solid full night's sleep. Although, getting up several times in the middle of the night to pee isn't helping... ha ha.
Ugh, I woke up this morning and the nausea hit full force. I haven't puked yet, but the day is young and I've had a lot of close calls. Even just walking around the room is making it worse, and I'm at work until 6 pm tonight with kids No bueno. Also still super tired as usual.
Is it just me, or does this feel like the worst hangover of your life? Without the perk of the night before!! I am super groggy, annoyed by everyone, and just really interested in going to bed. I am so grateful and blessed for this little one after going through 2 rounds of IVF, but dang!!!
I'm really hating that the boob soreness is coming and going. I got such an early BFP that it makes me anxious about a chemical pregnancy. 1st tri is the worst part of pregnancy for me by far. I get almost unbearably anxious.
@sarahpils22 The hangover analogy fits me to a "T" this morning - complete with the headache and the disagreeable stomach (not outright nauseated but threatening to be), the grogginess, and the irritability. I'm grateful to be pregnant with hopefully my rainbow baby, so I'm trying to not complain too much. Still, I feel like I've been hit by a truck.
I'm sleeping awful. I keep waking up to pee and/or waking up around 4:30/5. Sore boobs and a bit of mild cramping, but that's about it. I'm waiting to get my betas back from my OBs office and it's making me really anxious. I never threw up with DD, but I remember nausea around 6ish weeks - 12/13 weeks last time and I'm wondering if that will happen again. Lots of headaches, which I didn't have last time. Makes me wonder if it's a boy.
The iron has my butt like WOAH and every time I poop I want to barf.

Good lord. In the past couple days, my boobs went from nice normal funbags/security blankies to vicious, stabby kettlebells that weight 2 tons a piece. Tiredness has also kicked in hardcore, too. Not a minute past noon and I'm zonking out, or walking around in a zombie fog. I'm not a nighttime bathroom goer, so waking up at 3am to go pee was a shock - that started this week, too.
Just an update - the spotting stopped and I don't feel as crampy. I'm having pain in my c section area which is abdomin based (not feeling uterine pain). I generally get pain there during times of hormonal shifts so who knows what that's all about. My doctor said if the bleeding didn't return enough to soak a pad she wasn't concerned but suggested taking a pregnancy test again in a few days. No problem there because I am a weirdo who takes them religiously.
I have been so tired and exhausted. I don't even want to work most of the time. Every morning I get sick but once I eat I'm just fine. And I have such sore boobs.
Tired, sore boobs and peeing like crazy. Some cramping but the biggest one....wanting to yell at everyone! I agree with the low BS tolerance. Seriously any tips not not killing your husband during pregnancy??? Ugh
So TIRED. I took a nap on my toddlers bed while he read me books.
Cramping is freaking me out...I didn't have with my first. S+TMs, did you experience more cramping with successive pregnancies? Like, muscle memory or something?
SO. FREAKING. TIRED. And crampy. And gassy. And sore-boobed. DH wonders why I side-eye him when he says I look sexy. I mean, that is sweet of him and all, but that's about the last thing I'm feeling like I'm putting out there.
ok, anyone else have symptoms that come and go? my boobs were freakin' sore for a solid week, and i had mild cramping, but now....not much. boobs have felt normal for the past two days, cramping is gone. i'm still peeing more than usual, and i'm tired, but that's probably because we're currently sleeping at my parents place while our house gets some work done. i'm trying to stay calm about NOT feeling pregnant!
For those of you struggling with MS--chat with a nurse about the B6 / Unisom combo. It's over the counter, but better to ask anyway. I finally caved and pulled it out from my medicine cabinet from my last pregnancy and I feel like a different woman today.
very sore boobs & muscle pain, hurt to give DD1 a bath the other night to lean over the tub....and the constant peeing already...i know the 2nd time around you start feeling things sooner like the peeing, but it's crazy, I can hardly sleep through the night, I'm up every few hours to pee LOL

Idk if I count as a STM physically but I have been having some cramping too. Although today it seems to be gone. I'm like wtf?? As a loss mom that isn't nice!

I'm super early, but I'm really struggling with my gag reflex the last couple of days. Like, even the tiniest bit of phlegm will make me gag. I almost lost it just now in the coffee shop. Not sure what to do about it, really. Or if there is anything to do.
Yes, sammajane! This is my first, and the fact that symptoms disappeared has me worried. I'm 6 weeks, 3 days. Last few weeks, I've been cramping, and I had a few days of nausea and headaches last week. The last couple of days, no symptoms at all. I feel great, but I do wonder what's going on. I'm glad to hear someone else is having a similar experience.
Agreed with everyone who has seen their symptoms decrease and how stressful it is. I've had more energy and my boobs have not been sore the past couple of days (I'm 6 weeks and before sore boobs and being exhausted all the time were my only two symptoms). It's been making me nervous. But this morning, overwhelming nausea hit me like a ton of bricks for the first time. So I guess I'm just trading symptoms and they will all come and go?
Still having cramping and twinge-y little pains in my uterus, but like @longliveregina, I am wondering if this is a muscle memory (and 10 months post c section) thing? Very slight spotting is continuing, but it hasn't gotten any worse. FX for no more spotting. The spotting/cramping combo is MEAN.

@AverageAsh Yep, all that iron. I cramp post-BM but that's probably because all of my internal organs have to re-situate once things finally exit.
