Here's our little bean! The babe measured at 11 weeks, 4 days, although I was only 10 weeks, 5 days. We had this ultrasound back on June 14, I'm just slow at posting things. This is our first baby, and it was so much fun to watch him dancing around! I hope he's as bad of a dancer as I am. Can't wait for our next ultrasound, August 3rd!
NT Ultrasound at 12 weeks! The little nugget was completely upside down and decided to be stubborn and not wake up, just kept covering its face! Lucky me I get to go in again next week for the measurements another chance to see our baby!!
I got to have a surprise second ultrasound at my appointment last Friday! Baby is measuring at exactly 12 weeks so my due date has been pushed back to 1/13. This was my favorite shot looking right at baby's face. Even the RN was like "look! It's Skeletor!" LOL. She's my kind of lady. Baby was stretching and kicking all over the place. Too stinkin' cute.
We didn't realize we'd be getting another u/s today, so it was a pleasant surprise. This is at 10 weeks, 1 day. When she first put the wand thingy on my stomach, the baby kicked at it, like "wtf is this thing?" and then decided it was alright and stayed still the rest of the time, except for its little hand there waving at us
Baby was finally cooperating for the NT Ultrasound! Crazy how much it looks like a baby now. In the picture it looks like it is blowing a kiss and waving! In love.
I had an elective u/s today at 13w1d and the tech said she was 85% sure it was a boy... the 85% part because i am only 13 weeks. What do you guys think!!
Had my NT scan today and baby has caught up (was 5 days behind at 8 weeks). Measuring 13 weeks exactly and doctor said everything looks great! It looks so much more like a baby
Also, not sure if anyone else has been told this, but I got a bit told off for putting lotion on my stomach the day before. Apparently it lasts for 3 days and makes the image blurry... Oops I had no idea!
I went for my sequential screening at 13w4d, but the baby was measuring 14w2d making the baby's measurements too long for a sequential screening. Thus, I have to go back in two weeks for a quad screening. My husband and I were shocked about the baby's measurements because our son was so tiny. The baby was very active and healthy!
Had an ultrasound at 12 1/2 weeks, and I'm currently at 14 weeks (such a great feeling to be in the 2nd trimester!). I can't believe how much they were moving around, I could have watched them all day! And we did get to see a clear division between them. Didn't find out the sex, maybe at our next appointment in a few weeks.
It was amazing seeing baby kick around and wave. 13 weeks 4 days and she was pretty positive it is a little girl! We go back in two weeks for another look to confirm.
SORRY if it's so big! Our little one @ 12 weeks on the nose, measuring a couple days bigger. NT scan went wonderfully, except we almost had to reschedule because the baby was facing my back and they couldn't get the neck measurements.
July 29 we go for an elective US to find out the sex!
Hi everyone! I'm 13 weeks today and we received our second ultrasound/NT scan on Monday. I've cried at every appointment so far, but this one was especially emotional because it looks so "real" now! We were also shocked and thrilled to be told it's a boy--definitely thought it'd be too early to tell. Our doctor seemed absolutely certain (I'm including the money shot below, lol), so I'm really hoping we don't get a surprise once the blood work results come in.
*EDIT* Sooo... surprise! Turns out doctors can be dead wrong but genetics don't lie. Baby is actually a GIRL. Feeling sorta mean/guilty since we thought her parts were so "obvious."
@sanchez6 My doctor was quite confident and my picture looks very similar to yours! Hopefully your tech was right. Looking forward to seeing what other people think, too. Congratulations either way!
Sorry if it's huge (mobile bumping) but I'm so excited (and relieved) to show my little one at 12w exactly. Measuring 12w5d but she's not changing anything until 20w scan! Also had the Harmony test, eek! Lol
Also I don't know why the pic keeps going in the middle! I give up trying to fix! lol
I don't have a clear picture of our first ultra sound to post here, but I do have an image imprinted in my brain. The baby was swimming around and just as perfectly placed to see the head and arms and legs, then the baby moved. The tech didn't get a chance to take a good pic because after that the baby was running away from the "camera". That's okay, a few weeks later I got to hear the heart beat all the happy feels.
@emtimme Congratulations on your little girl!! I am nervous now but we have an appointment on wednesday to double check the gender! I also got my ultrasound at 13 weeks and agree they look so similar! We're hoping for a boy this time around as its our 4th child after 3 girls!!!!
13 weeks and 4 days, they believe I'm a week farther along than originally predicted. Tried to take a guess at gender but baby was sitting "Indian style" and would not uncross despite much prodding. The bottom photo is my favorite, looking straight into the camera, waving!
@canavara yea, I have like 8 pics and 2 vids on a dvd, too. they said that they usually don't give out DVDs until 20 weeks but my DH simply asked. That was nice of them.
13 weeks yesterday. Not sure how it works for you ladies in America but I was a bit annoyed that hubby was not allowed to video the screen so I could watch it back later. We also had to purchase the photos. Bit of a money making scheme if you ask me. The good news is that baby is doing really well and my due date was moved forward a week.
@fionnualajane It seems to differ by practice - my OB let me film, but the MFM I went to for the NT scan wouldn't - that's dumb they make you pay for photos though!
Anatomy scan today!! Babies are growing equally and nothing's missing and everything's in the right place! Also my placenta moved, no more pelvic rest and I can work out again!!! The 3D scans make them look conjoined lol but it was so cute
Also H had a shoot this morning so my sister came with instead and snap chatted everything lol! Now THIS is in my purse and I'm dying to open it!
Had our officially anatomy scan with the dr today. It's 150% a girl )) she cracked me up because she showed us right between the legs immediately and then clinched her fists, burried her head in her chest and wouldn't give us another good image! Little feisty stubborn girl!
